I had multiple cases closed and encountered an issue with items being shipped to my old address due to a recurring problem with my payment method settings. This has happened three times despite selecting to ship to the billing address. My children, aged 5 and 8, are unhappy living in our current apartment after being raised in a larger home with outdoor space. I used to work as a successful nurse until my daughter was diagnosed with cancer, which led me to resign from a 16-year career due to the demands of caring for her. I am currently unable to work as a nurse due to COVID-19 and financial constraints. I am concerned about items shipped to my old address and the lack of disclosure during our house closing last July. I have researched these items extensively and cannot afford to reorder them. I am disappointed by the lack of communication from the seller and would appreciate assistance in resolving this matter. Thank you.

I purchased a Luvabella doll that turned out to be defective. The seller advised me to contact Spin Master for an exchange, but they require the receipt and original box for the transaction. I requested a refund instead, which was approved, but now I am being asked to cover the return shipping costs, despite the doll being faulty. This is unfair as it was a gift for my 5-year-old granddaughter who is upset about losing her toy. I have been unable to reach an eBay representative to address this situation for the past two days.

I recently bought a purse that is disgustingly dirty inside, something I wouldn't even use if it was free. When I contacted the seller, they provided personal info in the package with instructions to contact them outside of eBay, which is against the rules. Despite trying to resolve the issue, the seller now has an attitude. I am 75 years old, and if they had been honest from the start, I never would have purchased this item. I am returning the purse, but I am requesting a full refund, including shipping costs. The seller claimed to have steamed the purse, but it is still dirty, faded, and covered in water marks inside and out. A picture doesn't do it justice. If the seller had been honest about the condition, I might have been able to overlook it. It's worth looking into this as the seller is conducting business outside of eBay and provided me with a contact number for their new online store. The item in question is Jfs1704 item #[redacted]45. The seller requested I text them at [redacted].

I encountered an issue trying to purchase an Oculus Go headset. When attempting to log in, I received an error message stating "oops, that's not a match." After updating my password and still facing the same error, I decided to proceed with the purchase as a guest. However, I encountered difficulties with my credit card during the process. Eventually, the order went through, but shortly after, I received an email indicating that the payment had been refunded without explanation. I attempted to rectify the situation but was unsuccessful. I then tried to place a new order through a different seller, only to discover a different mailing address in the order details. Uncertain if the order was successful, I received a confirmation email from the initial seller. This situation has left me confused and frustrated.

Hello, I am looking to purchase 2 textbooks from you. The first book is "Exploring English Level 4," published around [redacted], starting with a lesson about a RACE FOR CITY MAYOR featuring a candidate named Mr. Bascomb in either Lesson 1, 2, or 3. If you have this book, please let me know. The second book is "Cause and Effect," also published around [redacted], with content focused on the repetitive use of "If" throughout the lessons. The third book I am interested in is "Two Words Verbs" by John Hook, which has a black cover. Please confirm if you have these books available. Feel free to contact me directly at [redacted] if you have any questions. Thank you.

I recently experienced recurring issues during my online purchases. Two incidents stand out from the past week. First, when I bought a well pump, it automatically selected the credit card payment method instead of the PayPal credit option that I intended to use. I tried to rectify this yesterday, but I couldn't due to your phone system being offline. Secondly, while trying to purchase a Switch a few days ago, the transaction interrupted midway, and I couldn't resume it. I ended up buying another one at a higher price to proceed. Later, I received a notification to pay for the initial Switch, leading to further frustration as I couldn't resolve this with eBay's unresponsive support. I've attempted to contact them via phone, but I haven't been successful. Please reach out to me at [redacted] for assistance.

I recently purchased a set of 4 [redacted] batteries from seller: hulk_9446, which were supposed to come with a charger as per the description and image. However, upon receiving my order, there was no charger included. After contacting the seller, they agreed to a return and provided instructions to use eBay's return form. Unfortunately, the return label generated required me to pay for postage instead of the seller covering it. This has been frustrating as I believe it is the seller's responsibility to cover the return postage since my order was incomplete. I have tried reaching out to eBay customer service without success. This experience has left me feeling like I have been scammed and has soured my opinion of using eBay in the future.

I purchased a Window Adapter Kit for a portable air conditioner from seller kwotop2014 on eBay. However, the first delivery I received was a metal sign instead. After contacting the seller and filing a complaint with eBay, I received a full refund. Despite this, the seller sent a second package today, June 20, [redacted], containing only a part of my original order - the window adapter from the kit. The exhaust hose was missing. I want to ensure I am not charged for this unauthorized second delivery, as I had already received a refund and did not authorize this additional shipment. I do not consent to any charges for this incomplete delivery. Please prevent the seller from attempting to charge me for this unauthorized shipment. Thank you, Della G.

I had an agreement with a seller on three listings, but due to a misunderstanding, the deal fell through. I initially bought one item, only to realize the miscommunication. The seller cancelled the order, yet my credit card was still charged. After reaching out twice, the seller responded rudely, stating I was making a big deal out of it. I've asked eBay to intervene, but the seller has only sent a picture claiming they encountered an issue, not taking any actual steps to refund me. The seller's username is 98platinumproducts, and mine is psc_collectibles. Hoping for a prompt resolution. Thank you.

I am Scott Hewlett, an eBay seller using the username scullie0007. I have been trying to access my eBay account unsuccessfully for the past day. When I reach the 2-step verification page, I usually receive a 6-digit code promptly, but I haven't been receiving any codes in the last day. I am unable to proceed as eBay's customer service support requires me to be signed in. Despite attempts, eBay has not been providing the necessary verification codes. Many users have reportedly experienced similar issues since [redacted] without resolution. I urgently need eBay to either send me the verification code or disable the 2-step verification for my account so I can manage pending sales promptly.

I am very frustrated about this issue, especially since I am unable to reach anyone at eBay for assistance. I have been in contact with the seller for months regarding an item that has yet to arrive. Today, the seller requested additional payment, which seems suspicious to me. I need guidance on how to proceed. Below is a copy of the email I received: Dear Jacqueline, We sincerely apologize for the delay in shipping your ordered binocular. Unfortunately, India Post Economy Shipping is currently unavailable for USA or Canada. We initially included the price based on India Post Economy Service, but as an alternative, DHL and FedEx services are available at a higher cost, approximately three times more than India Post. If you are willing to pay an additional $10.50 for these charges, we can ship your item via DHL or FedEx. Otherwise, there may be a delay until July for India Post service to resume operations. - Sapphireinst

I would like to request for more photos of the doll you are selling. During our conversation, I was offended by the name-calling. I believe they should be reprimanded for their extremely rude response. The selling process should not be connected to Covid-19. I personally lost a sister to it, and I would never use it as an excuse. I felt attacked when they refused to take more pictures and reacted harshly. Please see the following message exchange for context. Thank you.

Dear Sir/Madam, I am experiencing an issue with an item I purchased on March 15, [redacted], that I have not received. Initially, I waited due to COVID-19 as advised by eBay, and the seller mentioned they would resume work on May 1st, so I patiently waited. However, the item did not arrive, and when I inquired, I found that the open issue had been closed without resolution. After further communication, they claimed to have sent it out by June 10, but I still have not received it. When I requested a refund, the seller disappeared without responding. I am seeking guidance on how to obtain a refund as I have shown great patience throughout this process. My eBay ID is yocc12, and my email is [redacted] The seller in question is cosmetiqoncom, and the item number is #[redacted]34. Your assistance in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated. Best Regards, Hyekyoung

Hello, my name is Jay West, and I wanted to share my experience as a loyal customer. I recently moved, and despite updating my address multiple times on eBay, I've encountered issues with deliveries being sent to my old address. In March, my spark plug wires were sent to the wrong place, which prompted me to purchase them elsewhere. Later, I ordered a brain box for my car, and it arrived correctly at my new address, so I thought the issue was resolved. Unfortunately, my recent order for a brake power booster costing around $75 was sent to my old address again. This ongoing problem has cost me over $[redacted] in merchandise. I am reaching out because I cannot afford to keep losing money due to this address mishap. I hope to get this matter resolved promptly. Thank you for your assistance. Jay West.

I recently purchased 7 lots of Chinese postage stamps from a seller on eBay who operates under multiple accounts, such as adolfcorder_3, yaqueline43, and veroara23, all based in Miami, FL. The stamps I received are counterfeit and not as pictured in the stock photos provided in the listings. The seller cancels orders to avoid fees and sends fake stamps in different sizes, which is a clear indication of fraud. He also uses Wildlife Conservation stamps to mail packages, cheating both buyers and the USPS. When I raised concerns about the forgeries, the seller offered a refund if I return the items, but I am wary of getting my money back due to potential issues with his payment. I believe he should be reported and his accounts suspended to prevent further fraudulent activities. The total cost of my purchase was $[redacted].24, including additional shipping charges and sales tax. I seek a full refund before returning the fake stamps as evidence of his wrongdoing.

I purchased a product for my car, only to find out later that it was not compatible. After confirming with Audi that the part was not faulty but not suitable for my car, I opted to sell it. The same issue occurred with the new buyer. I clarified that it worked based on Audi's confirmation, but an upgrade in our cars would be necessary to make it functional. The recent buyer contacted me demanding a refund after selling it to a third party who faced the same problem. While I'm willing to refund, I believe the previous buyer, whom I contacted about the issue, should also offer a refund. Can both of us be eligible for refunds since we both resold the product? I'm seeking clarification as I have tried calling and reporting the issue, but have not received a response. Thank you. Kyle

On the 28th of April [redacted], I purchased a pair of Hobo shoes from Shoezone, and they confirmed the order at 2:12 p.m. on that day. Later, at 7:45 p.m., I received an email from Shoezone with the subject "checkout incomplete." Initially, I didn't respond, assuming my earlier order was complete. Upon reviewing the email further, I couldn't find any reference to an incomplete checkout. Instead, I discovered that I had unknowingly purchased an unwanted pair of Hobos (order number [redacted]25 at £14.99) due to misleading information from Shoezone. I have reached out to eBay with this issue and am disappointed that they have sided with Shoezone by suggesting I cover the return postage. As a frequent eBay user, I now feel let down by this experience. The unopened Hobo shoes are still in my possession, and I have informed PayPal that I will only return the package if Shoezone provides a free return label. Thank you, Viv T.

I'm writing regarding case number [redacted]. A customer purchased a new, factory-sealed jigsaw puzzle from my eBay account, only to report missing pieces on June 12th, nine days after receiving the order. Despite the item being delivered in pristine condition, the buyer claimed pieces were missing. eBay suspended my account, hindering my ability to address the issue. While the buyer received a refund, I have not received the returned item. I am frustrated by the lack of communication and tracking information. Should I involve legal action or send legal documents to the customer's address to resolve this matter? Your advice on retrieving my product or obtaining a refund would be greatly appreciated.

I recently purchased a product priced at $[redacted] using my debit card in US dollars, as I have done multiple times before. However, PayPal made an error by billing me in British pounds, causing me to incur unnecessary conversion fees. I tried resolving this with the seller, but they directed me back to PayPal. I urgently need the item delivered as I am currently in Antigua and will be returning soon. I reached out to PayPal, but their services are closed until Monday. I am seeking assistance to rectify this currency billing issue promptly. Thank you.

My account has been suspended. Upon reviewing the reasons for the restriction, I discovered that I mistakenly left my account set to "individual" instead of changing it to "business." Despite having previously verified my business status with Ebay, my account was flagged for selling "above standard." When I contacted Ebay's support team, I received automated responses except for one representative who claimed my account was restricted due to being under 18 years old. However, I have submitted my ID, can provide my passport and driver's license, which clearly indicate I am almost 22 years old. I have tried reaching out to Ebay multiple times via email, but have not received any meaningful response. It seems like Ebay might be avoiding addressing the issue even though I pose no risk to the community.
