The issue in GetHuman-shawte's own words
On ****** I shipped an item to a buyer which was damaged by USPS. I had purchased additional insurance on the item Order * **-*****-*****. Invoice ID **********. The item was shipped priority mail which was automatically insured for $**. Additional insurance was purchased to cover the sale of $**.**. Upon going to the post office to file a claim I was told that there was no additional insurance paid. USPS said that the postage paid was for $*.**. I was charged $**.** for the postage by ebay shipping. Transaction ID *XA****KP******B. I would appreciate someone looking into this and letting me know what happen to the purchase of the additional insurance and what needs to be done.*Thank you for checking into this.*Terry Shaw
