I bought a luvabella doll,and its defective. I let the seller know and she told me to contact spinmaster for a doll exchange through the manufacturer company but spinmaster will ot exchange thendill without a receipt and box.so I told Yemeni wanted a refund, and she approved the refund but somehow nownim responsible for the return of this doll amd I know that's not right when the doll is defective so that's not my fault nor could I help the situation so why am I being made responsible for the cost of returning the doll it's bad enough that my granddaughter is upset the fill has to be taken away from her as it was a gift amd she is only * yrs old so she definitely does not understand the dill I'd not working properly and this is our only option. I want to talk to an Ebay representative!!! I've been trying for * whole days to reach a representative but have had no luck!
