Thank you for your message. I purchased an Apple MacBook Air 13" i7 2.2GHz with 8GB RAM and 256GB SSD in January [redacted] from an eBay tech shop. From the beginning, I experienced repeated issues with the laptop crashing daily. Despite efforts to troubleshoot with the seller and conduct remote checks, the problems persisted. The seller suggested that the crashes might be due to running Adobe Creative Suite, which they claimed was not compatible with the MacBook Air. I uninstalled the software, but the issues continued. Eventually, I had to return the laptop during the warranty period. The seller agreed to test it and potentially exchange it for a different model. However, upon trying to initiate the exchange, I found that the preferred model I wanted was no longer available on their eBay shop. After reaching out via email, I discovered the sellers were out of office until June 22, which would exceed my warranty period. I feel frustrated and stress due to the situation and lack of communication. I am seeking guidance on how to proceed given these circumstances.

I meticulously cleaned the laptop before selling it, and the box, which is valued at up to $60, was in excellent condition. However, the item was returned to me with all 8 corners of the box smashed, the inside tray and booklet were covered in scratches, and the bottom of the box was smashed in. There were pubic hairs on the keyboard, keys appeared oily, and there was dried fluid splattered on the screen. It seems the buyer used the laptop inappropriately before returning it, impacting its resale value. The packaging was intentionally damaged, possibly in retaliation for a dispute. Unfortunately, I now have a negative balance on PayPal, received bad feedback, and have to deal with cleaning the laptop before I can resell it. The buyer manipulated the return system, despite the listing being marked as no returns, causing this troublesome situation.

Hello, my name is L.J., I am 61 years old and have been trying to get assistance for the past two weeks. I have been using eBay as a guest customer for four years as I only completed up to 10th grade and struggle with spelling and understanding. I've encountered issues with multiple guest accounts. On June 13th, I placed orders for an Ice machine, Ford Escort ZX2 car floor mats, and Ford Escort Southwest Baja car seat covers. Unfortunately, there were problems with the deliveries. Additionally, on June 8th, I ordered Three red foam bathroom floor mats and received only one. I paid for three and still missing two. I am in need of help with these orders and hope that someone can provide assistance as I am a Senior Citizen on a fixed income and finding it challenging to navigate the help process.

I made a payment of $21.78 on Feb 25, [redacted], at 17:35 PST for some items. The estimated delivery is between Tue. Mar. 17 and Mon. May 11. The tracking number is UP[redacted]15CN and the order number is 03-04[redacted]5. I want to express my dissatisfaction with Joytownonline and eBay. Joytownonline's product descriptions are misleading, and they do not accept returns. I have had issues with the products I received, specifically the Home Security Wireless WiFi Smart Life Door Window Alarm Sensor Detector US #[redacted]27. I have tried to set it up following the instructions on the website, but it did not work. I suspect they sent the wrong items as they do not seem to have WiFi capability. Hello, My username is hare-runs, and I am currently located in Spain with the postcode LA1 2PE (UK). Recently, I purchased a used printer in the UK with the order number --22-04[redacted]0. Upon receiving it, I found the printer covered in black ink, which I cleaned as best as I could. Despite my efforts, I have been unable to set it up, and after an extensive online chat with Epson support, it seems the printer needs servicing. The printer was advertised as 'in pristine condition,' and I would prefer not to return it for a refund since I have already bought ink for it. I have been dealing with a harassing seller on eBay for weeks now. The seller, with the username tina287, had to refund me for an item that was misrepresented. Unfortunately, she has been sending me threatening messages through eBay ever since. The messages contain horrible, vile words and threats of violence, lawsuits, and abusive language. I have reached out to eBay three times, and each time I was assured that the seller would be dealt with and blocked from contacting me. However, she is still able to message me and the harassment continues. All communication is documented on eBay, so there is a record of her behavior. Despite providing eBay with evidence, such as case number 1-[redacted]16, the issue persists and I feel unprotected.

I recently made a purchase on eBay and unfortunately received the wrong item. The seller admitted the mistake and offered a small refund, which I declined, requesting a full refund instead. The seller, after some back and forth, has gone silent and keeps repeating the same unhelpful replies. I recently tried to purchase an item on eBay and ran into some issues with the seller. I bought a Canon SL2 / 200D Camera kit on eBay on March 21, [redacted]. The item has not arrived, and I have not received any communication from the seller. I have noticed similar reviews from other buyers facing the same situation. I suspect possible fraudulent activity and would like to either resolve this issue or receive a refund. Despite sending multiple messages, I have not received any replies. On May 21st, I initiated an investigation regarding leena12665. Despite USPS confirming a significant shipping delay, causing eBay to issue a refund to leena12665, the item was eventually received, but not paid for or returned. After USPS remedied the delay, leena12665's package was back on track. Despite leena12665 initially agreeing to return the item to me, there has been no action taken. Can eBay intervene to assist in resolving this matter? However, I was surprised to receive an email from eBay customer service the same day, notifying me that my account was suspended, preventing me from future transactions. Despite being an avid eBay shopper, I found myself restricted from making purchases due to a misunderstanding that led to suspicions of illicit activity on my part. On May 27, [redacted], I bought 4 face masks for my wife, two sons, and myself. The package hasn't left Kearney, NJ, according to USPS tracking number [redacted][redacted][redacted]. I reached out to the seller about the issue, but despite promises, they haven't resolved it. Today is June 17, [redacted], and I still haven't received the masks I paid for. USPS confirmed the package might be lost, misplaced, or damaged. The seller was informed of this, yet hasn't provided any assistance. I purchased replacements from a different seller and am now seeking a refund from the original seller, who has been uncooperative.

I bought facemasks for Covid-19 on 5/27/20 from Tong-91. I paid $47.92 for the masks, but they were never delivered. It shouldn't take over three weeks for a package to travel from Kearney, NJ to Amityville, NY. Despite contacting the seller multiple times about the tracking information and their promises to replace the masks or refund my money, nothing has been done. USPS suggested the package may not have been received, lost, or damaged. I provided all this information to the seller, but they haven't taken any action to resolve the issue. I no longer trust this seller and feel they are not keeping their word.

I was content with eBay until about two weeks ago. I used to have one-click payments set up. Recently, when I try to Buy It Now, I am asked to enter my mailing address and PayPal password. When bidding on items, I am prompted to submit my email address and password. The system is indicating that I am using someone else's email address, which is incorrect because the email being questioned is actually mine. I am not experiencing any issues with my email address. Please address this problem and restore the functionality to what it was two weeks ago.

I am currently facing restrictions on my eBay account and cannot access my previous listings. I unintentionally misrepresented myself as a business when I began selling on eBay. The item I ordered has not been delivered, and the seller informed me that the tracking states there was no safe place for delivery. Despite being home constantly due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the seller indicated that the item was left with the post office. Now, being 75 years old, I am unable to spend more than 2 hours waiting in line at the post office for undelivered packages. I requested a refund, but the seller mentioned that I have to wait for the post office to return the item before issuing the refund. The post office will hold the item for 2 weeks before returning it. I feel it is unjust that I have to wait for a refund due to the seller's choice of an unreliable shipping agent who fails to deliver my purchase, neglects to inform me, and then shifts the responsibility to USPS.
