I made a purchase on eBay, but the item never arrived. The seller initially promised a refund but gradually stopped responding. After reaching out to eBay and starting a resolution, I was informed that I missed the deadline for a refund. It seems the seller purposely delayed until the timeframe expired. eBay’s handling of the situation feels dismissive, as they kept me waiting on hold for over 30 minutes and claimed they tried calling a number in Guam which is hard to reach. My conflict with eBay is set to expire soon, and I've been attempting to contact them daily for a resolution. I fear they are dragging this out, hoping I'll give up. I just want my money refunded.

I made a purchase on Saturday but didn't receive a confirmation email. I need assistance tracking my order, as my bank confirmed the payment. I am frustrated that despite informing your tech team that I'm not good with computers, I still encountered issues. I need to speak to a manager. Kindly contact me at 1([redacted])-[redacted] by 9 am Missouri time tomorrow or I will seek legal help. The customer service experience was unpleasant, and I am eager to receive the Jurassic World Legendary Collection Velociraptor Mask I ordered for my fiancée's birthday. Please ensure I receive the confirmation email promptly. Failure to address this may lead to legal action due to the repercussions it could have on my relationship. Your prompt attention to this matter is greatly appreciated.

Hello, I am reaching out regarding a recent eBay transaction charge of £59.04 debited from my bank account. I am requesting a refund for the amount related to the purchase of the Alexander McQueen Men’s Black/White Sneakers (UK size 9 EU size 44). Despite 21 days passing, the buyer has not paid, and there has been no communication. Therefore, I need to cancel the order. eBay's records still show the item as sold, even though there has been no payment from the interested buyer. I kindly ask for a breakdown of the £59.04 charge to understand its components. I appreciate your prompt attention to this matter and eagerly await your response. I will send supporting photos via email, as attachment here seems unavailable. Thank you, J. Yanukova

I logged into my Afterpay account because I find it helpful with the 4 fortnightly installments. I wanted to buy a water pump, but unfortunately Bunnings doesn't offer Afterpay, and I couldn't find any other stores on Afterpay selling water pumps. After doing some research, Google suggested that water pumps are sold on eBay. I don't usually use eBay unless I have the funds available. Recently, when I logged into Afterpay, I saw that eBay is now available on Afterpay, which I thought was great. I selected a pump and also purchased a caravan-sized one for around [redacted] dollars, thinking I could manage the 45 dollars for the first instalment. This purchase leaving me with enough funds for my other bills, including a recoveries Corp payment I make fortnightly and a 50 dollars Wish payment due on June 2nd. I was under the impression that I could make the first deposit and then pay the rest over 3 fortnights as with my previous Afterpay orders. Unfortunately, that wasn't the case, and now I'm stuck. I want to assure you that I'm not trying to scam anyone. I hope you can give me the benefit of the doubt and understand my situation. Can this issue be resolved, allowing me to pay using the Afterpay method I'm familiar with? This would help me manage my payments and fulfill my other obligations. Thank you.

I would like to address an issue I had with seller "Wangwangshuai1992" regarding the purchase of 3 UV-9R 18W Plus Baofeng VHF UHF Walkie Talkie Dual Band Handheld Two Way Radios through order # 08-04[redacted]8 placed on April 19th. Despite the listing stating they were 18 watts each, they were actually only 5 watts as confirmed by testing equipment. After unsuccessful attempts to resolve this with the seller, I returned the radios for a full refund of $[redacted].92. The return was initiated on May 26th, with tracking showing they were "OUT FOR DELIVERY" on May 28th and then "A FORWARDING ORDER EXPIRED" on May 29th. Despite my efforts to follow through with the return process, I encountered issues where the address used for the return was apparently invalid, leading to complications. I am seeking assistance in obtaining my refund as the seller appears to be uncooperative. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I am sweller and I recently experienced an issue with a seller, rachelford72012, regarding an espresso pot I purchased. The seller initially accepted my offer of $70.00 for an espresso pot that was listed to make 6-8 cups. However, upon payment, she informed me it only made 2 cups and refused to negotiate a lower price. She then refunded me but relisted the same item at the same price without correcting the description. This behavior reveals a pattern of deceit, as she knowingly misrepresents the item to potential buyers. Despite claiming it was a mistake, she continued with the misleading listing. I find this behavior unacceptable and dishonest. I attempted to report this on Ebay, but encountered difficulties marking the seller as "invalid."

I discovered a pair of Sketcher sneakers priced at $17.95 with an $11 shipping fee on item #[redacted]14. I negotiated with the seller, LeeErvin11927, who agreed to sell them to me for $20 with free shipping after a few exchanges. I expressed my gratitude and mentioned that I would purchase them on 6/4/20 when I got home. Upon trying to buy the sneakers by clicking "buy now," nothing happened. After reaching out to the seller for assistance, I was informed that another buyer had mistakenly purchased them, assuming it was me. This mistake is unacceptable. I urge the seller to retrieve the sneakers promptly and inform the mistaken buyer of the error. I, under the name MC, am disappointed as I had been searching for sneakers in that color for a while and was elated to find them at a reasonable price. I have frequently made purchases from this platform, and sellers usually confirm item numbers directly with me to prevent such mishaps. This is the seller's error, not mine. I am distressed that after negotiating the price, the shoes were sent to the wrong recipient. I kindly request the seller to rectify this situation. Thank you for addressing this issue promptly. Sincerely, Mary C.

Seller: SupplyHut, [redacted] #0 6.5x10 Eco Kraft Bubble Padded Envelopes Mailers Lite Shipping 6.5"x10". Unsatisfied Buyer: Concerned about the negative feedback for this seller as I've experienced non-receipt of items or receiving fewer items than ordered in poor quality. Despite multiple attempts to contact the seller for updates, promises of shipping are unfulfilled, and now there is no response at all. I am requesting a full refund and cancellation of this order, given that only a tracking number exists and the item has not been shipped. I live close to the seller's location yet have not received my purchase. Cancel this order! My eBay IDs are Videobuff (buyer) and SupplyHut (seller).

I placed an order on eBay on 06/05/[redacted] for an outdoor patio large hanging egg swing and two hanging chaise patio lounge hammock floating swing chairs in orange. The egg swing was priced at $26.99 and the chaise lounges at $53.98 together. Despite the low prices, I proceeded with the purchase hoping to use them around my pool. I am disappointed that my order was canceled without my involvement. I believed that once an item is advertised at a certain price, regardless of any errors, the seller is obligated to honor the price. I made the purchase in good faith and expected to receive the items. I am concerned that this experience means any future order could potentially be rejected. I seek clarification on this issue. Thank you, Fawn R. Wynn.

I bought an ear thermometer online and the seller claimed it was brand new. However, the package arrived with the seal broken, the box was in poor condition, and the tab on the thermometer had been pulled. The seller refused to communicate beyond offering a refund if I returned the item. I tried to negotiate a partial refund so I could replace the batteries myself, but received no response. Since I don't have access to a printer, I had to open a case. It's frustrating when sellers on eBay don't respond, and the fact that I can't contact eBay directly by phone only adds to the frustration. I'm considering taking a break from using the platform altogether.

I am reaching out regarding a payment issue with an item I sold on eBay, listing number [redacted]66. Although eBay confirmed receiving $18.24 from the buyer, the payment did not reflect in my PayPal account. I have attempted to contact eBay ever since the buyer claimed to have paid and I shipped the item, facing delays due to waiting for payment to appear in my account. I suspected the delay was related to Covid-19, which I communicated to the buyer. Despite my persistent efforts from mid-April, only recently did I manage to speak with eBay, who informed me the payment was returned to the buyer, suggesting a need for the buyer to repay. Subsequent attempts to address this with the buyer yielded no response. I was not informed by eBay about the refund or its cause. Upon discovering the missing funds in my PayPal account weeks later, I was informed that PayPal did not receive the money. I provided the buyer with tracking details, confirming delivery of the item and maintaining a record of our communication on eBay. Despite being out $25.15 and incurring a $1.75 fee to eBay, I find it perplexing that eBay did not notify me of the refund to the buyer. Please refrain from indicating that eBay cannot assist due to elapsed time limits, as I have diligently pursued resolution for over two months without any success. I seek a prompt and favorable resolution to this matter.

I require immediate assistance from a LIVE agent at eBay. I previously had a detailed discussion with a representative about a fraudulent issue that is now resulting in my eBay account showing a negative balance due to a refund issued to the buyer against my instructions. This buyer's actions seem suspicious, and I urgently need to speak with someone from eBay to address this matter. I am astounded by this situation and the buyer's actions. Please have an eBay representative contact me promptly at [redacted]. Your swift attention to this matter is greatly appreciated as I am perplexed by the buyer's refund and the lack of assistance following my initial discussion.

I recently bought a car on Facebook Marketplace but the seller redirected me to your platform to complete the transaction. After receiving an invoice three days later, I was instructed to purchase $[redacted] worth of eBay cards to proceed with the purchase, which I did. I was informed that the car would arrive on Monday, the 8th, between 3pm and 4pm. However, two days ago, I was asked for an additional $[redacted] for insurance or offered a refund. I opted for a refund but have not received any response despite reaching out to the seller and eBay without any luck. My wife and I desperately need a car for work, and we cannot afford this kind of financial burden. The supposed seller's name is Sarah Palmer, and her email was [redacted]

I purchased an item which never arrived as promised. Although a second order was refunded, the full amount was not returned promptly, considering the extended delivery time and the non-receipt of the items. The lack of response and communication from the seller has left me very upset and disappointed. I have decided not to make any future purchases from these sellers. I have experienced numerous issues with items ordered from eBay and am feeling quite frustrated with these sellers. They seem to have no concern for the customer, hastily charging for orders without addressing delivery problems adequately. I am tired of checking repeatedly without any resolution. I will refrain from shopping with businesses that operate in this manner. I am extremely dissatisfied. Please reach out if you have a positive outcome to share; otherwise, please refrain from contacting me. Thank you.

I listed headphones for sale with Item ID: [redacted]39. The buyer disputes the product's quality, leading eBay to hold my Paypal funds during the dispute. My description, which she overlooked, clearly mentioned: - The headphones are made in China - I cannot verify their authenticity - The ear cushions cover the ear partially, unlike my other pair - A strict No Refunds policy is in place, urging buyers to read thoroughly before bidding - Detailed photos of the box were included for clarity Due to her lack of attention to these details, she is misinterpreting the situation as fraud. I need eBay to assess this dispute to release my funds and clarify that I have acted transparently in this transaction.

On April 30, [redacted], I placed an order for 4 x Eneloop AAA rechargeable Ni-MH batteries through eBay from seller premiumpleasure. Despite ordering other items simultaneously and receiving confirmation emails for those, I never received an order confirmation for the batteries. An unofficial shipping notice without tracking details was posted on my eBay account, leaving me concerned. After waiting for nearly six weeks, I contacted the seller to cancel the order, suspecting a possible scam. My inquiry was closed as a case without resolution. I have decided to cancel the order since there is no proof of shipment and the lack of tracking information now seems suspicious. It's disappointing that eBay may not be assisting with these fraudulent activities. Additionally, the items do not show up in my purchase history.

My friend has been hacked, and I have reported the issue to eBay. Someone used the gift cards with the numbers [redacted] [redacted] (for $[redacted]) and [redacted] [redacted] (for $[redacted]). This person is a criminal. They hacked Judith Kelsey. Upon realizing the hack, I attempted to use the cards but couldn't (I tried to purchase from Kids Help Phone). I purchased the cards on May 7, [redacted], at 1:01 pm at Shopper's Drug Mart in Brockville, Ontario. The hackers assumed my friend Judith Kelsey's identity. The criminals must be identified and prosecuted. I would like a refund or at least the amount of the gift cards to use on eBay. This is a serious criminal hacker who even mimicked my friend's voice in emails.

I came across a car ad on Facebook for sale at $1,[redacted]. After contacting the seller through Gmail, she claimed the car was with eBay. Unfortunately, despite these efforts, the car was never sent to me. The seller identified herself as Isabel Ortega, residing at [redacted] Marydale Drive, Mobile, AL [redacted], reachable at 1-[redacted].

I suspect we fell victim to a scam involving individuals impersonating eBay. To proceed with filing a police report, I require an investigation ticket number from eBay to confirm it was not perpetrated by their staff or affiliates. Our attempted purchases include a [redacted] Sweetwater Suntractor Pontoon Boat for $[redacted] with an extra $[redacted] requested for shipping insurance, promised to be reimbursed upon boat acceptance. Another purchase entails a [redacted] Stingray 195LS Boat for $[redacted] with an additional $[redacted] for shipping insurance, also promised to be refunded upon boat receipt. A third request for $[redacted] due to customs delays was made, which we did not pay. All payments were made using eBay gift cards. We have all the gift cards and learned from an eBay agent that the cards have an electronic trace. We confirmed with eBay Motors that this payment method is irregular and the phone number provided on the paperwork is not linked to eBay Motors. Thank you for your anticipated support.
