Good afternoon. I purchased a product, a Passenger Side (right), front air strut for a Mercedes Benz E*** *matic* this product was purchased March *, **** and delivered on March **, ****. Because of the Pandemic I was unable to have the part installed. On May **, **** while the mechanic was about to install the part he discovered that the part would not fit the vehicle. *My goal is to exchange the part for a part that will fit the vehicle. On June *, ****I communicated my intentions to the seller, but I have not received a response.*Please assist me with this exchange.*Regards, *Winston Joefield
