My account got suspended, possibly for selling multiple identical items, but it's unclear from the emails received. The suspension happened suddenly, even with active orders awaiting shipment and money pending from previous sales. The email from eBay mentioned concerns about recent activity posing a risk to the community, resulting in the following actions taken: - Account suspension. - Removal of item listings. The purpose is to safeguard the community from unintentional harm. During the suspension, eBay use is restricted, and creating a new account could affect the ability to appeal the decision. To appeal, account verification and activity details need to be confirmed. Pending fees for selling will be billed, including undisputed amounts. Any questions can be directed to eBay Help. The listed items removed: - Apple Watch Series 5 44mm GPS in Gold - Apple Watch Series 5 44mm GPS with White Sport Band - Apple AirPods Pro White - Apple Watch Series 5 44mm GPS in Rose Gold.

I made a purchase on eBay for an HP laptop on May 9, [redacted], with expected delivery by May 15. Unfortunately, the item has not arrived, and I did not receive a tracking number for it. When I tried to inquire about the status, I accidentally selected "request a return" instead of “request a refund”. My Case # is [redacted], and I kindly ask eBay to review my message. In my communication, I mentioned that the package did not reach me by the expected delivery date of May 15. Since I have not received the item, I wish to request a refund instead of returning it. I hope eBay can verify that the item was not delivered to my address by checking the package status.

I purchased a camera online but have not received it. The seller has been unresponsive to my messages, and when I contacted FedEx for the tracking number provided by the seller, they confirmed that the package was never handed over for shipment. This was my first time buying on eBay, and I am deeply disappointed with the service. I wouldn't recommend this seller to anyone. I had a special event planned for my family on May 24, [redacted], which I wanted to record with the camera I bought, but now I couldn't because it never arrived. I feel deceived and let down by both the seller and eBay.

Dear community, I received the following email from eBay regarding my recent order. The estimated delivery date was between March 26th and April 1st along with details of the product purchased, Viacen Male Enhancement ([redacted] capsules) 2-month supply. The email included the order number, item number, item price, and seller information. It also mentioned the money-back guarantee and options to download the eBay app for easier shopping. However, despite making the payment, I have not received any updates on the status of my order in the past two months. I'm concerned about the lack of communication and would appreciate any assistance in resolving this issue. Thank you. Sincerely, FW

Dear Sir or Madam, I am writing to inquire about a product I purchased on May 13, [redacted] - a Samsung Galaxy S9 mobile phone priced at €[redacted]. Item Number: [redacted]94 I have received the phone, but I am experiencing configuration issues. I have reached out to the seller, but I have not received any response regarding sending me the invoice. Could you please advise me on how to obtain this invoice to activate the warranty with Samsung, as they require it for the reset process? I am having difficulty reaching eBay for help, and I find it frustrating. On April 27th, I sold a pair of shoes on eBay. I have messages from the buyer confirming the sale. After some delay, my funds were supposed to be available by mid-May, but I still haven't received payment, although I see eBay has taken their fee. Now, the buyer claims the shoes are fake and wants a refund, even though I sent the exact shoes from the pictures I posted. It's frustrating to deal with potential scammers in online transactions like this.

I am Smallblock1953. During my auction, the BIN price was supposed to disappear after a bid over 75% was placed, but it didn't. Sadly, I ended up selling the item for less than a third of its worth. The buyer then resold a similar item for $[redacted].00, proving its actual value. Despite understanding the auction categories, the starting bid didn't override the BIN as expected, resulting in a loss of at least $65.00. The auction quickly ended due to a bidder hitting the BIN instead of allowing for a bidding war. I believe eBay should compensate me for this mistake. The auction number is [redacted]10.

Dear forum members, Last Thursday, May 20, [redacted], I sent $[redacted].00 in eBay cards in two hundred dollar increments each for the purchase of a [redacted] Honda Civic to an individual identified as Amia Ward. The order number associated with this transaction is #12RDF[redacted]89. The recipient, claiming to be a United Airlines stewardess named Amia Ward, shared a heart-wrenching story about losing her husband and wanting to sell the car due to the associated painful memories. She mentioned relocating with her children to Billings, Montana, to be closer to her parents for support while she works. Unfortunately, I have yet to receive the car, and my attempts to reach eBay customer service have been unsuccessful, with no response to my emails. I sincerely hope to receive a refund for this fraudulent activity involving someone posing as a representative of your reputable company. Best regards, Dorothy L. Mays

Following eBay's email on May 25, [redacted] regarding item # [redacted]59, informing me of the cancellation due to concerns of a compromised account, I am requesting an immediate refund of the $13.87 collected by the seller upon ordering. I am worried about the seller's legitimacy and the security of my account. It is unsettling that sellers can charge buyers before shipping the item on eBay. I am a regular buyer and wonder where my protection lies. As a loyal Amazon customer, I have never encountered such issues there. It appears there are significant differences between Amazon and eBay in terms of user protection.

Hello, my name is Hamahonda Dutel. I purchased an iPhone 11 Pro on eBay from a seller named Cynthia Gomez. After buying the phone, I was instructed to make a payment via eBay cards loaded with money. I followed the instructions and was promised shipping details via email. However, I received an email today asking for another $[redacted] loaded on a card for assurance, which has left me feeling confused. I would like a refund for my order #67EBD[redacted]03 as guaranteed at the time of purchase. Additionally, the contact number provided, [redacted], always connects me to the same person at eBay billing, making me suspicious. I hope to get my refund promptly.

I am facing several issues that require assistance. Initially, I purchased a digital video game and was asked by the seller to provide my account details, including my email and password, to add the game to my Xbox account. It has been two days, and I have not received the game despite making the payment. Subsequently, items in my shopping cart were purchased without my knowledge, leading to difficulties in canceling and requesting refunds from the sellers. Moreover, I mistakenly bid on an item and am now being pressured to purchase it to avoid consequences, even though the shipping cost exceeds the item's price. These incidents have caused me frustration as I have never encountered such problems while shopping online. The request for my personal account information for receiving a digital game code seems suspicious and inappropriate.

I am facing an issue updating my seller account with a credit card for automatic payments. Unfortunately, when my credit card expired, I was unable to input the new expiration date successfully. Despite trying with different credit cards, the problem persists, and it doesn't seem to be related to my credit card issuer. Many eBay sellers are encountering the same problem based on numerous forum posts, and the feedback suggests eBay's customer service has not been helpful in resolving these issues. Searching "We couldn't verify this card. Please select a different payment method" on Google brings up various forums where users discuss the same validation problem with eBay. As a result, I am currently unable to post any listings due to the requirement for an automatic payment method on eBay. I'm reaching out for assistance in correcting this matter as my account is affected.

I've been attempting to seek assistance for over an hour without success. Each time I try one of your chat options, I'm redirected to a different site requesting payment for a help subscription, which I refuse to pay. If assistance cannot be provided, I will cease using ebay, despite having spent thousands in the past. Could you assist me in locating my order # 19-05[redacted]3? It is for a Jackson-Pollack abstract painting with item number [redacted]18. The delivery was expected by yesterday, 05/26/[redacted], and we are leaving our Florida residence on Friday morning to return to New York. If the delivery arrives after we depart, it will be left exposed on our front steps for months until our return in December and likely ruined by the weather. It's crucial to receive the painting before our departure. I have attempted to reach out to the seller without any response. If the delivery can't be located promptly, I will need to contact my credit card company to halt payment.

My daughter fell victim to a scam while purchasing a camping trailer on eBay. She sent $[redacted] in eBay cards to the seller, Barbara Wilson, who has now become unreachable. My daughter, Angelic L., who is deaf, completed the transaction through Marketplace after being instructed by Wilson to do so via eBay. I am seeking assistance in stopping or tracing the eBay cards to recover her funds. The seller, Barbara Wilson, provided the order ID #[redacted]-[redacted], and a phone number for eBay Motors (1-[redacted]) which led to unhelpful encounters. Any guidance on this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you. Dale Evanchof. Email: [redacted]

I purchased a Pulse Oximeter Fingertip-Lovia Automatic Digital Blood Oxygen Saturation Monitor from joanabs0 on Ebay. Although UPS claims it was delivered, I never received it. My contact information on Ebay and PayPal is accurate. After contacting UPS, they revealed the item was not delivered to my name and address. The seller promised to send a replacement, but this second package also did not reach me, according to UPS delivery status. Despite my attempts, Ebay refused a refund citing UPS delivery confirmation. I am unable to verify the recipient's details as UPS will not disclose that information to me. I have successfully received other Ebay purchases after this incident.

I purchased a product that has not been delivered. The tracking information indicates it was collected in China, but the seller adjusted the delivery date twice. I had to wait until the third expected delivery date before being able to file a complaint with eBay. Unfortunately, eBay informed me that since it has been over 90 days, they could not assist me and directed me to PayPal. Now, I am unable to reach a customer service representative as there are no live agents available, only email or automated responses. I have received partial refunds in multiple payments even though I made a one-time full payment using my debit card on eBay, not PayPal.

I placed an order for an intelligent watch from the seller "keepdrive68" on May 25th. The following day, I received an email outside of eBay asking for extra money due to shipping issues. I cannot reach the seller because their message box is full. I paid for the item as a guest (maeco16) and now I can't log in to follow up. The seller removed the item from the site after asking for additional payment. I need help as I haven't received a refund or the item I paid for. The order number is #[redacted]82. The seller requested an additional USD 2 for shipping to a PayPal address. I'm disappointed and hope for assistance in resolving this issue and not letting the seller get away with this.

Subject: Issue with eBay Refund Case [redacted] Hello eBay, I recently sold two CDJ 900s on your platform, clearly stating their perfect working condition in the ad. Unfortunately, the buyer claimed one USB port was damaged upon receipt. After some initial communication, I assumed the transaction was closed. However, I was surprised to find a large sum deducted from my Monzo account by eBay, affecting my PayPal balance. This has put me in financial difficulty. I am unable to cover the £1,[redacted] charge or have a negative balance on PayPal. It seems unfair that the buyer keeps the items while I face these financial consequences. As a non-frequent eBay user, discovering this situation late has added to the stress. I kindly request a prompt resolution to this matter. Warm regards, A. Maguire eBay User: ajmagu

I am a small business owner concerned about a potential identity theft and credit card fraud incident I encountered. I received an order on May 21st at 11:39 PM on my website for a headlamp from Laura K. in Fort Worth, TX, using the email [redacted] and a phone number [redacted]. The order was to be sent to Mike S. in Adams, NY, with the same phone number. After trying to contact Laura K. and discovering the provided information was invalid, I spoke with Mike S. and found he had bought a similar item on eBay, not from my site. The eBay seller, cranford_38, sent the item from MI, not PA. Mike S. received his item on May 27th, and I found out it was purchased from PCS Outdoors, one of my dealers, by a Richard M. in Fort Worth, TX, using the same email. I suspect cranford_38 might be involved in a scam using stolen credit card information. I believe reporting them to eBay has been challenging as their reporting system is not straightforward. The listing on eBay has since been reduced, potentially to attract more victims.
