I am Seller KJ, seeking an Appeal regarding a returned item sent to the wrong address by Buyer. The tracking number is [redacted][redacted]77. The item was delivered to an agent in Katy, TX [redacted] on May 11, [redacted] at 4:41 pm. I spoke with Eliza at eBay on Friday, 05/15/[redacted], who noted the conversation. eBay sent a shipping label per Buyer’s Request, but it was mistakenly sent to Katy, TX [redacted] instead of my address where I have lived for the past 5 years. eBay informed me that the Buyer is responsible for ensuring the return address matches the initial shipment address. The correct shipping information has been updated as per the instructions provided by customer care.

For the past month, I, a 64-year-old person, have encountered a persistent issue. Despite maintaining the same address since before joining eBay/paypal eight years ago, utilizing it for all my eBay orders, likely having the same IP address, credit card, and computer for eight years, I suddenly faced a problem. My credit card information vanished, preventing me from re-entering it and making eBay purchases. Despite contacting customer service after days of trying, I still face sporadic blocks during purchases, claiming no credit card information is on file. Strangely, this same credit card works flawlessly on Amazon, RockAuto, and Walmart. Despite conversing with paypal multiple times, they continue to insist the issue lies with eBay, not their service.

I purchased brake discs and pads for my car assuming they were the correct ones. After having them installed, I noticed my car wouldn't move, and unfortunately, the clutch blew as a consequence. I drive a Jaguar and now face a substantial bill. I verified the part numbers on the items, but there was a slight discrepancy in the discs. The pads were correct, but the discs had a variance that caused interference with my alloy wheels, preventing them from turning. Consequently, my clutch got damaged. Although I prefer to avoid legal action, I will consider it if necessary. I reinstalled the original components and bled the clutch, but it's evident the clutch is no longer functional. The car won't shift into gear, despite no previous issues like slipping or a high bite point.

I won a bid for a full-size air mattress for $21.00 plus $14.90 shipping. However, my invoice was charged $10.00 more for shipping. Similar items are listed for $65.00 in shipping, which seems unfair. I contacted the seller about this issue as there is no return policy, and I no longer trust this sale due to the product’s condition. After several emails, the invoice was adjusted to $37.43, but it should have been $10.10. I have not paid for the item and I am concerned about other buyers facing the same issue. I want to retract my bid and avoid any negative consequences on my record. The seller's practices are unacceptable, and I hope this gets resolved promptly. Thank you.

I recently encountered an issue with my eBay account being suspended. Despite never having had an account previously, I received a notification stating my account was suspended due to various concerns in my account activity. It's frustrating that I can't reach out to anyone via email or phone for clarification. The message mentions the option to verify my account details directly to resolve this matter, emphasizing that creating a new account might hinder the appeal process. It's essential to address this promptly to ensure the issue is resolved and my account reinstated securely. Thank you for your attention to this matter. [Redacted]

As a long-time customer and veteran, my family has utilized your services since the beginning. I truly think you have the potential to outshine your competitors. Here are a few suggestions: 1. Implement an easy button to navigate purchase history seamlessly. 2. Consider offering a monthly delivery charge option. 3. Ensure accuracy in providing older vehicle parts by matching not only the year but also the model correctly. This will prevent receiving incorrect parts. 4. I appreciate your acceptance of PayPal, which is fantastic. Promoting the benefits of utilizing PayPal for over six months of interest-free financing is beneficial for customers managing their expenses. 5. As a fifth-generation Californian, I suggest exploring cost-effective locations like Nevada for lower taxes and transitioning to [redacted]% solar energy for sustainability. I believe these steps could elevate your company's potential. Thank you.

I purchased an item and patiently waited for a month for it to be shipped, which was acceptable. It was dispatched two weeks ago, scanned by USPS twice, and then there was no further tracking activity for two weeks. I contacted the seller who requested I wait an additional week, but there has been no progress. After speaking with USPS, they indicated that after two weeks without tracking updates, the package should be considered lost. I reached out to the seller again, informing him of the situation, and requested the agreed-upon refund to my PayPal account. However, I have not received any cooperation from the seller. It seems like he is avoiding refunding my money. I am now insisting on an immediate refund without any more delays or excuses.

I won an auction, but I'm having trouble making the payment. Every time I try to pay, it says the seller can't receive the payment at the moment. I've been in touch with the seller, Langi-[redacted], regarding the Dell Inspiron item with the item number [redacted]28. The seller advised me to contact eBay, which I did, but it didn't work. The seller then suggested contacting PayPal, so I left a message with them. I also linked my PayPal account to eBay, but I'm still getting the message that the seller can't take payment at the moment, and I should contact the seller. I would appreciate it if you could help me resolve this issue. Thank you.

I recently settled my balance with eBay and inquired about resuming selling on the platform. After speaking with two representatives who assured me I could sell again, I tried accessing my seller page but found that I was still blocked. Despite contacting eBay and exchanging multiple emails, I was ultimately suspended without justification. I feel let down by eBay as I faced scams from two individuals without proper protection or assistance from the platform. Now, I find myself blocked without any means of reaching eBay for a resolution.

My AOL account was hacked from Russia, causing issues with accessing my eBay and Amazon accounts. I managed to speak with someone at Amazon to resolve the problem. However, my eBay account remains inaccessible, and I have not been notified of any suspension. When I visit eBay, I see an unfamiliar account. I am worried about my access to PayPal through my eBay account and the security of the information stored there.

I recently purchased an espresso machine online, but the seller claimed they were hacked and never had the item. I have been trying to get a refund for two separate fraudulent transactions. The first refund was processed through PayPal, but it has not shown up in my Wells Fargo bank account. The second espresso machine purchase turned out to be a scam as well, and the seller is uncooperative, blaming a hack. Despite contacting eBay for assistance, they require me to call them directly, which has been a challenge. I am frustrated by the lack of progress and concern in recovering my funds. Any advice or help would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you for your interest in the [redacted] E-Z-Go Freedom TXT Gas Golf Cart I have for sale. The golf cart is in excellent condition, street legal, and well-maintained. It comes with all necessary paperwork and a clear title. I am currently serving on active duty and the golf cart will be delivered from a military compound with free delivery included in the purchase price of $1,[redacted]. Due to urgent circumstances, I am not negotiable on the price but will consider only serious buyers. If you are interested, please provide your Zip Code and Phone Number for verification. I purchased a mug on eBay as a Mother's Day gift with the expectation of a 4 to 7-day delivery window. After 4 days had passed without any updates, I reached out to the seller for information. Their response, blaming delays on a high volume of orders, seemed untruthful. When I realized the item had not been shipped, I attempted to open a return request, then canceled it when I discovered the delay. Unfortunately, the seller's account was closed at that point, making it impossible to reach out to them. The mug arrived more than 2 weeks late and was severely damaged due to inadequate packaging. I am unable to open another return and can't contact the seller for a refund. Can anyone advise on how I can proceed with getting my money back?

After reviewing your eBay account, we've identified some issues with your account activity. Consequently, we have suspended your account. If you believe this was a mistake and wish to restore access to your eBay account, we need to verify your account and activity directly with you. Creating a new account could prevent you from appealing this decision. This measure is to safeguard our members and ensure that any activity does not harm the eBay community, even unintentionally. We appreciate your understanding in this matter. Thank you.

I purchased a $[redacted] gift card at Kinney Drugs, but when I tried to use it, I encountered several error messages indicating it had already been redeemed or was in dispute. Despite not using the card since buying it at 7:40 pm and promptly contacting eBay, I was given conflicting information about its status. The store manager, Dan at Kinney Drugs in Potsdam, New York, initially confirmed the card was active, but eBay stated it had been redeemed earlier. I followed their advice to file a complaint at the store, but Dan only provided a yellow paper with purchase and redemption times. He advised me to contact eBay directly instead of using their chat line.

I am experiencing harassment from an ex-client who refuses to stop bothering me. He creates new eBay IDs, emails, and aliases to deceive me. Despite his attempts to pretend it's not him, the PayPal name, address, and behavior clearly identify him. I have already banned his previous accounts, but he persists in trying to purchase items from me only to leave unjust negative feedback, which I had removed with eBay's assistance before. It has become incredibly frustrating dealing with this troll. I am reaching my breaking point and hope for measures such as blocking his IP address or permanently banning his accounts to prevent further harassment. This behavior is unacceptable, and it is distressing to have to endure such actions.

I accidentally purchased two bottles of Ashwagandha. I've returned one by Priority Mail on 05/09/[redacted], and it should have reached the seller, "simpsoproducts," by 05/12/[redacted]. Despite this, I have not received any communication from the seller. My sole request is a refund for the second bottle I returned. I chose to return it via Priority Mail due to difficulties faced while attempting to print labels. However, I suggest a physical mailing list could have been more convenient. Here is the tracking number if necessary: (USPS Tracking #) 9[redacted] 6[redacted] [redacted] 96. I would appreciate a prompt response. Thank you.

I encountered an issue with a seller after purchasing an item that was inaccurately listed. The seller priced it at $[redacted], when it was actually $36. Additionally, the bills received were in poor condition, with one even torn. After contacting the seller, they agreed to refund me upon receiving the item back. I complied and returned everything. However, the seller is now denying a full refund, claiming I did not return everything and asking for more bills. This feels like extortion. I have evidence of the return, including a photo of the envelope with the bills and a receipt. The order number is 18-04[redacted]6. I possess a record of our entire conversation. I feel unjustly treated, especially knowing of similar incidents involving this seller. This behavior is unlawful and fraudulent; the seller should be banned from the platform.

I recently made a purchase from Fastrip on eBay in the UK. However, the courier advised me via email that the goods were being returned as they were addressed to Austria instead of AUSTRALIA. I have been in communication with Fastrip, and they claim that my address on eBay and PayPal shows as Austria, which is the only address they can ship to. Strangely, my eBay account settings display my correct address as Alan Brock at 14 Konda Way, Robina, Queensland, AUSTRALIA.[redacted]. Can you please clarify why there is a discrepancy in the address country between what the seller sees and what is listed in my account settings? How can this issue be resolved? Best, Alan Brock
