Hello there, I hope you guys are doing well *:-). I would like to hopefully have a resolution to a situation pertaining to two items I bought, then canceled upon the same day. The items and situation are as stated below:**I ordered on ebay, the **th of March **** some mylar bags that equaled the amount of **.**: ***** —-* Quart Genuine Mylar bags * ** (**cc) oxygen packets and a Free LTFS Guide @ $**.****** —-* * Gallon Mylar Foul Bags * ** (***cc) oxygen packets and a free LTFS Guide @ $**.****I then presumed to go to check out and ended up clicking next on the order, which was actually to pay for it, so when I saw your order has been submitted successfully, I was like :-O, shocked because I did not actually know which card was being used, so I hurriedly went to My eBay and saw it was my boyfriend’s card and not mine, so I requested a cancellation from the seller(Packfreshusa) on the same day I ordered March.**,****. It was not until April.*,**** I received a message back from the seller (Packfreshusa) via, eBay, It stated my order had been cancelled and refunded, even though there wasn’t any money taken to be refunded, we did not have any money taken out of the bank, all was fine until, April.*,****. My boyfriends card was trying to be charged $**.** from paypal regarding the item I cancelled and received confirmation from the seller my order was canceled. My boyfriends bank card then had a $** insufficient funds fee from his bank From this order that was canceled. Then again on April.*,**** another charge Of $**.** trying to be charged and yet again a $** insufficient fee was added. He took his card off of paypal so that he could NOT be charged again. I am hoping that A.You guys can check to make sure that the order IS canceled on your end, (I did contact the seller and they sent confirmation that *order * **-*****-***** had indeed been cancelled). As the buyer I was using account name: aw*us*p**ffmmvsy. I am also asking that B. Since this item had been cancelled and it was still be charged to the bank account and accumulated $** insufficient funds, TWICE, causing $** to be payed for, and there should not be ANY reason to be in this situation, seeming how it had been cancelled and CONFIRMED by the seller. My boyfriend should not be being charged for an item he did not receive and it was I who did not realize I was using his card and did all the appropriate steps to cancel the order the same day it happened, right after the order was submitted and the seller accepted my cancellation the following day and the order was cancelled. He had to REMOVE his card off of paypal in hopes this will help and doesn’t feel like he can leave his card on file without this issue being resolved, which is not something anyone should have to go through, it is frustrating and not right, I have bank statement pictures regarding this situation and have shared this with the seller, I received a response back from the seller stating they do not have any way to handle this situation, that it was ebay and paypal to speak to, so here I am, trying to contact ebay about this situation and I am asking that the insufficient funds of $** be reimbursed back to the original card used to purchase the cancelled item and for someone to find out why This cancelled order was still being processed * days later then * days later after that, if my boyfriend had not removed his card he was afraid it would keep happening and he would keep having a bill racked up, from the charge going through over and over again and not having sufficient funds, let alone be charged for something you do not have and cancelled, and being charged for an item you do no posses, that would be like a store charging your card for an item you did NOT purchase over and over again, trying to get their money from an item you did not have or buy or even an item a cashier cancelled out for you and yet the store was still trying to charge you as though you bought the item but did not pay for it, so they keep trying to get the money from you, mean while you use your card to pay your bills and are racking up insufficient funds fee from your bank because of this. I am asking for a resolution and compensation to this unfortunate situation, I am yet again stating a refund of $** for the insufficient funds charged. Please and Thank You!. *I would like to express my gratitude for all who are working during this time, I appreciate your willingness to work and I also know working with the public is NOT always easy, I do hope I have not upset you or come across rude in any way. I do know your just a person doing your job, I would just like some resolution and Be able to give my boyfriend some peace of mind regarding this and be able to reassure him it WILL NOT keep happening.
