I have been in contact with the seller five times regarding an undelivered item due by the 16th. Despite requesting a refund three times, the seller keeps stalling. I informed them that I would contact EBAY if the refund was not issued. It is unjust for them to keep my money without delivering the product or offering a solution. This situation is unacceptable. The seller even admitted fault in the matter. I am now reaching out to EBAY for guidance on how to proceed. The order status shows as paid for $19.99 and was expected to arrive between April 14 and April 16. The seller attempted to refund only $13.29, but I have not received the item even though I offered to return it if it arrived late. It is now nine days overdue, and I have not received it. Thank you for your help.

Hello, my name is Deborah Sadler. I canceled my first order due to tracking issues. eBay confirmed the cancellation with a confirmation email for the AUTOMATIC [redacted] MAZDA6 2.3L TRANSMISSION FWD NON-TURBO. I then reordered the same item, but my second order was also canceled the next morning. eBay stated they refunded the money, but I have not received it. Order #11-04[redacted]0 was my first order, and order #06-04[redacted]5 was my second attempt. I have not heard back from the seller after contacting them. I need assistance with this issue promptly as I spent $[redacted].53, which I need refunded or processed correctly. Thank you for looking into this matter promptly.

Regarding transaction ID 8TA54505NW412235J, I am frustrated by the seller's actions on eBay. Despite their tracking number indicating delivery, the package never reached my address. eBay sided with the seller, closing my case prematurely. Upon contacting UPS, it was confirmed that the package originated from Amazon, not addressed to me. Amazon was equally unhelpful due to privacy concerns. An email from Amazon mirrors UPS's statement that the package was not intended for me. Regrettably, eBay's final decision leaves me unable to appeal. The seller, yunhuibaic, seems to be exploiting Amazon's privacy policy and eBay's delivery confirmation rule to defraud buyers. I am seeking a refund for this deceptive behavior.

I am reaching out to discuss an issue I encountered with an online order from seller yunhuibaic. Despite providing a tracking number for a package that was marked as delivered, I never received it. After filing a claim with eBay, the seller provided a tracking number (1Z8Y[redacted][redacted], UPS) that showed delivery, leading to the case being closed. Attempts to appeal the decision were fruitless. I contacted UPS, who mentioned the package originated from Amazon but not for my address, advising me to reach out to Amazon for further information. Amazon confirmed UPS's account but due to privacy policies, could not disclose the actual delivery location. An Amazon representative did confirm via email that the shipment associated with the tracking number was not intended for me. It's vital to address this issue promptly as it seems this seller may be engaging in fraudulent activities with multiple customers. I am seeking a refund and the closure of their account to prevent future occurrences.

Good morning, On 24.04.[redacted], I received a letter from the Public Prosecutor's Office in Münster accusing me of fraud. It states that someone using my Ebay account (Robert Upmann) allegedly sold a Sonos Subwoofer for €[redacted] to a Mr. or Ms. Pototzki, with the money being deposited into an account with IBAN DE[redacted][redacted]99, under the name of Elena Dochin. I would like to address this as follows: 1.) I am Robert Upmann, residing at Karlsruher Str. 10A, [redacted] Berlin. 2.) I have never opened an Ebay account. 3.) I am not familiar with the individuals mentioned. 4.) If an Ebay account was indeed opened in my name, I kindly request it to be immediately blocked. 5.) I request prompt information on how and when this account was opened, and by whom with what form of identification. Best regards, R. Upmann

I am disappointed with the seller who ignored my cancellation request made within an hour of purchasing. It took three days for them to reject my cancellation claiming the order was already shipped. This experience feels like a scam, and what's worse is that I'm unable to leave negative feedback! After eBay refunded me $13 out of the $18 I paid, it's clear the seller misled about shipping, kept the money, and essentially stole from me. I am requesting a refund of the shipping fees. This seller should not be permitted to sell on eBay. This situation reflects poorly on your platform, allowing such behavior indicates a lack of concern for customers being scammed. How is it fair for a seller to keep the shipping charges after treating customers this way? As a result of this, I no longer wish to support eBay, as allowing sellers to deceive and mistreat customers is unacceptable.

I received an email about an unauthorized purchase on my account made by a family member. I promptly informed the seller, Pedromrodriguez, and Paypal to resolve the issue. However, I have been facing challenges ever since. The seller has been dishonest multiple times during our interactions. Despite being assured that I could reject delivery, I received a shipment notice today after weeks of back and forth. The seller initially promised a refund but later claimed there was a pending case with PayPal, even after I provided evidence. He falsely stated that I could keep the product and still get a refund, offering additional compensation for the inconvenience which I declined. I want to close this matter and obtain my refund. Reviewing all email exchanges with Pedromrodriguez will provide a clear understanding of the situation. This has been a distressing experience unlike my previous positive transactions on Ebay.

On March 18, [redacted], I purchased a TP-LINK AV500 2-Port Powerline Adapter Kit with AC Passthrough (2Pack) TL-PA4020. However, on March 21, [redacted], I received a tp-link tl-ps110p single parallel port fast ethernet print server instead (USPS tracking number [redacted][redacted]78). This was not the product I ordered or paid for. I contacted the seller immediately to address the issue and requested a return label to send back the incorrect item. Despite providing pictures of the received package and item, the seller promised to send a return label due to my lack of a printer. However, to date, I have not received the correct item, return label, or a refund. After waiting for a resolution, I had to make a new purchase elsewhere. At this point, I am requesting a refund for the inconvenience.

My eBay account got suspended for suspicious activity. eBay mentioned they need to verify my account directly to unsuspend it, without specifying the duration. Due to COVID-19, some orders got delayed, but I communicated this to customers and provided extra products or refunds. I managed all delayed shipments last week using Ship Station, with tracking numbers uploaded to eBay. I got the suspension email early yesterday, making it hard to contact eBay or fulfill new orders. I'm also in an email refund conversation with a buyer and facing a dispute from a new eBay user who received his order after filing a claim. I can't appeal the decision because I can't access my account. I need eBay to reinstate my account promptly to handle pending orders and resume selling, especially since I have a [redacted]% positive feedback rating.

Hello, my eBay account got suspended due to suspicious activity. I received a message from eBay stating that in order to lift the suspension, they need to verify my account with me directly. The account is relatively new, and after selling around $1,[redacted] worth of items in a month, there were delays in shipping due to personal family issues related to the coronavirus. I contacted customers about the delay and even offered free products as an apology. While I issued refunds to some customers, all delayed orders were eventually shipped using a third-party shipping software with tracking numbers uploaded automatically to eBay. I can't log in to eBay to resolve issues with new orders and ongoing refund requests. Additionally, a buyer initiated a dispute claiming non-receipt of an order, which was already shipped with tracking information provided. Despite the buyer receiving the item and being refunded, I cannot appeal the decision without access to my account. I need eBay to reinstate my account promptly to fulfill pending orders and resume selling. My feedback on the platform is all positive.

I have been struggling to reach customer service for help. Despite numerous attempts, I only encounter automated systems. I purchased a product on eBay and have extensively communicated with the seller without resolution. The order number for the one-year warranty I bought from Square Trade is [redacted]21-[redacted]50, while the Acer laptop, bought on the same day, has the order number [redacted]69-[redacted]0. The laptop has been malfunctioning for several months, and despite multiple phone conversations with Square Trade, providing numerous proof numbers as requested, I am yet to receive help. Their lack of cooperation is frustrating. I am appealing for a direct interaction with a human representative as the automated responses are not addressing my concerns. Please contact me at [redacted]. I appreciate your assistance. Thank you, B. Cantrell.

I recently bought Turbo Tax Premier on eBay with the transaction number 27-04[redacted]2. After receiving the product, I encountered an error message ([redacted] or [redacted]) stating that the activation codes had already been used. Despite contacting the seller who claimed to have only used one code, and attempting various troubleshooting methods, the issue persisted. Turbo Tax was unable to verify the software's authenticity. The seller mentioned a no return policy, but considering the software's unusable state, I believe it is defective. I have since bought a new one from Best Buy and can provide photos as proof. It would be helpful if eBay could facilitate a refund as the software I received cannot be used.

I purchased two lots from a seller and asked to combine them; upon agreeing, she charged me $21.99 for shipping. However, I realized a medium box would work better and decided I didn't need her service. When I asked for a refund, she insisted I pay, so I requested a cancellation. After she relisted the items I had paid for, I asked for a refund again. Frustrated, I left feedback and reached out for help. In response, she maliciously sent me old, dirty socks, shirts, and pantyhose. She still has my money and the items are now sold to other buyers. I have evidence of the relisted items with bids and pictures of the unsatisfactory items she sent. I am hoping to get my money back for the items she now has and sold. Thank you for any assistance you can provide.

I have a major complaint about the seller Techmartllc regarding my purchase of the Lenovo Thinkpad Yoga [redacted] i5-6300U laptop. Despite the purported [redacted]% positive feedback, I encountered issues upon receiving the laptop. After contacting the seller and returning the item at my own cost, I have not received any updates on the status of my refund or replacement. I am disappointed with this experience and am seeking a resolution as per the 30-day money-back guarantee. I have been a loyal eBay customer and hope this matter can be resolved promptly. Thank you for your attention. Best, Dan S.

I won an auction for a rare Pokemon game on April 24th, with an expected shipping date of April 28th according to eBay guidelines. I shipped the order on the 28th, although I had purchased the shipping labels on eBay the day before, which showed them as dispatched. The buyer messaged me within an hour of shipment, filing an appeal that led to my account suspension before I could explain that I hadn't deleted the item from eBay, as claimed. Additionally, I clarified that the tracking information was accurate (Royal Mail, not UPS as he stated). Despite this, eBay refunded him, leaving me without payment for the shipped game. The impact of COVID-19 on individuals and businesses has made this situation particularly challenging, especially with £[redacted] on hold with PayPal/eBay. I'm eager to contact eBay for assistance, but their help lines are closed during regular hours. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Just received an email from the seller who has already processed my payment. The day I made the purchase, he charged an additional $0.87 without notifying me. I simply want a refund. Dear Buyer, Thank you for your quick purchase and payment. Due to the global impact of the coronavirus, the Hong Kong Post Service is currently suspended. I have arranged for a courier service to deliver your item to your country. Please note that no signature is required at this time, and your shipment may be placed directly in your mailbox. Delivery may take up to a month because of flight adjustments by some airlines. I apologize for any unexpected inconvenience this may have caused. Take care and don't hesitate to reach out if you have any questions. Best regards, Yeung
