I ordered a cream through eBay, but I canceled the order after 20 minutes upon reflection. The seller was supposed to acknowledge my cancellation, but did not do so. They are refusing to refund me, claiming they had already shipped the package, which is impossible given the timeline. I am struggling to reach eBay to resolve this issue as they are supposed to send me a phone number to contact them, but I have not received it despite numerous attempts. I would like my money back and for this matter to be resolved promptly. It is frustrating that I have been waiting for days without any progress on the refund. It is unfair considering I changed my mind within the allowed timeframe. I hope to connect with eBay soon to address this situation.

I purchased a mask for protection against the virus on April 14, [redacted]. The seller, who is located only 30 miles away from me, canceled the order after four days and has not yet issued a refund. Despite my attempts to contact them, they have been unresponsive. I noticed that this seller has done the same to other buyers, and I believe that eBay should automatically provide refunds in such cases. Furthermore, my valid negative feedback was removed from the seller's page. I am frustrated by the delay in resolving this issue and disappointed in eBay's lack of action. I have also encountered problems with multiple other orders from the same seller. Winning cases against them has not resulted in refunds or return of shipping costs. This is unacceptable. I rely on eBay for many purchases, but if buyer protection is not guaranteed, I may need to reconsider. I urge eBay to intervene promptly and address these unresolved cases. The platform should prioritize addressing such blatant issues instead of minor listing problems. I need assistance to resolve these matters promptly.

I recently purchased a new clutch on eBay with a guaranteed delivery date. The item was supposed to be in Victoria, near South Australia, and I chose it because Fastway can typically deliver in five days. However, despite the promise of delivery by April 20 and stock availability of 9 units in Victoria, the actual location turned out to be in Sydney. The seller emailed me on April 16 to inform me of a 2-day delay, but the package was only sent on April 20. It seems there was misleading information about the stock location. The seller blamed the delay on the coronavirus, but I find their excuses unacceptable. I strongly believe eBay should impose a significant penalty, such as at least 25% of the cost, for the way they mishandled this situation.

I bought the wrong item and initiated a return on April 2. I was informed I had to cover the return shipping and send it back to the seller by April 20. I posted the package with a tracking number, and on April 16, eBay asked for the tracking number to confirm the return. However, the link provided in the email was not functioning. I replied to the email with the tracking number on the same day the seller received the package. On April 19, I got another email stating they hadn't received the tracking number, so I sent it again. On April 20, eBay emailed me saying my refund/return was canceled. Not a great experience with eBay!

I would like to address a recent issue regarding the American Express Account update. There have been complications with updating the account, causing disruption in the company's purchasing capabilities for the past two weeks. This has resulted in the need to send checks to the affected merchants, including a recent incident today. I am deeply concerned about the impact this has had on our operations and the restrictions it is placing on our Ebay transactions. As an owner with a longstanding history on Ebay dating back to [redacted], it is imperative that this situation is rectified promptly. I believe there must be a way to resolve this matter with a direct human interaction to correct the error made by American Express promptly. Sincerely, Dr. Boege

Hello, I am in the process of placing a large order on eBay and have noticed some discrepancies in the shipping charges with the seller. Initially, many items had shipping charges, but now most say "shipping included" and there are a couple of items with significant shipping costs. I believe combined shipping costs are supposed to be halved based on my research. My total has also increased significantly from yesterday to today. I'm concerned about the high shipping costs and want to address this with the seller without causing any issues. I understand the order size but believe the shipping charges might be excessive. I want to resolve this before making the payment. Kind regards, L.S.

Hello, Last year on eBay Kleinanzeigen, I bought tickets for a theatre event for €[redacted], which cost €70 from the organizer. Due to the current situation with the Corona crisis, the event is canceled, and refunds are only given to those who purchased the tickets directly from the venue. I don't have any contact information for the seller who sold me the tickets. I hope you can assist me in getting in touch with them. Please reach out to me via email or phone at [redacted]88. Thank you, Sandra B.

I bought an item on eBay.de and paid via bank transfer since it was the only option provided on the checkout page. The seller claimed the item was [redacted]% original, but it turned out not to be. Even after confirming to eBay that the item was not as described, I was initially told that I couldn't get a refund because eBay.de does not cover wire transfers. However, eventually, a representative named Kimberly Y acknowledged that wire transfers do apply to this transaction. Despite that, I was informed that I couldn't get a refund as the purchase was supposedly made on eBay.com, even though the item was never listed on that site. All the transaction details, including the wire transfer information, were from eBay.de, which doesn't offer the option for wire transfer on eBay.com. I believe this situation is an intentional deception and I am seeking assistance from eBay's legal department or a resolution to this issue. Thank you.

I Recently came across a listing for a [redacted] Toyota Tundra priced at $[redacted]. After contacting the seller, I was informed that the truck, located in Topeka, Kansas, belonged to her late husband, who passed away. The seller, posting on behalf of her sister, asked me to email mirandabell272@gmail. They mentioned the truck is warehoused with paperwork and would be sold through eBay Motors. In exchange for my contact details, I was assured eBay would reach out for payment within 5 days of inspection upon delivery. Despite the seemingly hassle-free terms, I am hesitant due to the generous offer and circumstances surrounding the sale. To validate the legitimacy of this transaction, I would appreciate verification of the truck's availability and details. Please confirm at your earliest convenience, as I'm interested in a prompt purchase. Thank you, Gina.

It seems that eBay is violating state sales tax laws by charging NJ state sales tax for an item shipped from Italy. There is no agreement between an Italian seller and the state of NJ. I believe your programmers may not have thoroughly tested the code when it was installed. This issue is generating false revenue, which reflects poorly on eBay's programming and accounting team, in my opinion. Kindly investigate and rectify this situation.

I have received a refund request on eBay that I do not agree with. The request is for an item that was not listed which the buyer contacted me about, assuming it did not work. There is no mention in the listing that the item was not functional. I have corresponded extensively via eBay's messaging system, explaining my position. Despite not agreeing to the return, eBay has processed it. I intend to discuss this with eBay's customer service to clarify the situation. The case in question is related to item [redacted]36, involving myself, Mathew Wallack, with eBay ID Ilvdiana, the buyer with ID swajohtho, and return ID [redacted]. If you need to reach me, please do so at [redacted]. Thank you.

I purchased a wig for $80, but it arrived completely different from what was described. Despite contacting the shop immediately, they only replied with "send it back." When attempting to initiate the return the next day, I encountered issues selecting the correct reason but chose "does not fit" since I had already explained the discrepancy in a prior email. The return was denied, and after back and forth communication, they now claim they cannot accept it due to hygiene reasons. They even blocked me from the site, alleging harassment when all I want is for them to honor their agreement. The issue is not just the money but the dishonesty involved. Please review the provided email correspondence for clarification. I have a history of being a loyal Ebay customer who seldom complains or returns items, and this situation is unacceptable.

I made a regretful mistake by buying two items without checking the seller's reviews first. Several recent negative reviews mentioned scamming, and after three days without shipping, I contacted them. True to one review, they requested more money for shipping. When I asked for a refund, they evade the issue, ignore my messages, and no one seems to have received their orders. I deserve a refund from this dishonest seller who is taking advantage of customers during these difficult times. I urge eBay to take action against them to prevent others from losing money. I eagerly await a resolution to this matter.

Hello, I bought a filter replacement set from "directive21" on March 27, [redacted]. The order number is 04-04[redacted]9, and the eBay item number is [redacted]81. The package arrived without delay, delivered in a US Postal Service padded flat rate envelope. Inside, there were two new filters with blue protective caps and instructions. However, the filters did not fit my water filter unit as expected due to thread size issues. I contacted the seller on April 12, [redacted], within 30 days as per their Return Policy. The seller mentioned that the filters were only for ceramic filters and could not be returned as they had been opened. The seller's response did not align with their updated policy which was modified post-incident. This lack of consistency and honesty concerns me as a customer. In all my online shopping experiences, including eBay, integrity has been key. Despite this situation, I remain appreciative of eBay's reliable service for buyers. Best regards, Oscar E G.

Hello, I want to share my recent experience with a purchase I made from the "directive21" vendor on March 27, [redacted]. I bought a filter replacement set, and my order number is 04-04[redacted]9, with the eBay item number [redacted]81. The delivery was prompt, arriving in a USPS padded flat rate envelope. Inside, I found two new filters, plastic caps, and instructions. Unfortunately, the replacement didn't fit my water filter due to thread size differences. When I reached out to the seller, the return policy stated I could get a refund within 30 days with free return shipping. However, the seller mentioned that the filters were only for ceramic filters, which I overlooked. They suggested reselling the opened filters but didn't address the policy change after my purchase. This experience has shown me the importance of honesty and fairness in online transactions. Despite this, I trust platforms like eBay to provide reliable service. Best, Oscar E Gonzalez

Dear eBay, I, user am2014-mikay, encountered an issue while trying to purchase item #[redacted]98 from seller tristan332014 on your platform. The item displayed a shipping cost of USD 8.25 along with USD 11.95 for my default US address during checkout, however, the payment transaction failed stating "We can't process the transaction." The seller later quoted a shipping cost of USD [redacted] for Armenia, my registration address, although I needed the item shipped to my default US address. This discrepancy led to me not wanting to proceed with the purchase due to the high shipping cost. Despite never committing to buy, there seems to be confusion in canceling the order as both the seller and I are unable to do so. I kindly request your assistance in canceling the order. I can provide screenshots reflecting the discrepancies between the website display and the invoice presented by the seller. Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter. Best regards, am2014-mikay

I have been trying to contact you multiple times without any response regarding my order of a Medcursor Foot Massager Vibrating Massage Circulation Booster from the seller nekteck-direct on eBay. The item was purchased for $89.99 on March 8, [redacted], and was returned in excellent condition, but the seller has not refunded my money. eBay has a money-back guarantee for purchases like mine. I need assistance with returning the Drain King Drain Unclogger. I contacted the seller, who advised me to utilize eBay's return process. The seller, Supplyfully, with a high rating of 2,[redacted] Red Stars, responded to my inquiry about returning the item for a full refund. Unfortunately, I accidentally closed the return process and now I am unable to reopen it to proceed. I would appreciate your help in rectifying this issue before it becomes too late. I wish to return the item as I have no use for it and receive a refund. Thank you for your help. Sincerely, Maria D.

Hello, I am very upset. I have been trying to buy 7 items since yesterday, one of them is a pressure washing machine for 2 hours. The prices kept changing on me. For example, it said it was discounted to $69 USD with free shipping. Today, I bought the nine items with PayPal. There are 7 items: 1 massage machine, 2 LED lights, 3 relays for my car, 4 door rubbers, 5 warranty, 6 [redacted] yards of black elastic for your underwear, and 7 the pressure washer machine. I am going to pay $[redacted] including delivery with PayPal. I have a coupon that lowered the price to $[redacted].95. So far, PayPal checked the first time, and all 7 items appeared. I authorized the payment, but to my surprise, only 3 items were listed. This is theft. I am very angry with eBay. I need the 7 items, please help me. Since 4 pm today, nothing has been resolved. Please respond. GOD BLESS YOU.

I made a purchase of a car on eBay that was supposed to be delivered on Saturday the 25th. I paid $[redacted] for the car, and then was asked to pay an additional $[redacted] for insurance which I did. In total, I paid $[redacted]. However, when I inquired about the car's location, I was told it was at the Oklahoma border and they needed an extra $[redacted]. I threatened to involve a lawyer and sue eBay for misleading me, but the person on the other end quickly hung up. Upon trying to reach them again, the number was no longer in service. I used my bank debit card to buy $[redacted] worth of eBay cards. I possess all the emails I received from who I believed was eBay and the seller, as well as a picture of the truck. I am determined to get my money back and see those responsible face consequences. I need the funds returned to my bank card promptly, and I demand that the individuals involved are apprehended and punished. If not, I will seek legal action, and it will escalate. My contact number is [redacted]. My name is James. The eBay transaction ID provided to me was [redacted]0.
