Good morning, last night I participated in an auction and narrowly missed winning due to a nonexistent reserve price. Today, I noticed that the same item and seller have relisted the item on eBay. It seems like the person who won the auction is the same seller or an accomplice. The transaction numbers in question are: [redacted]17 and [redacted]19. I am requesting eBay to intervene due to this unfair behavior as I competed in the auction with the same seller and associates. I ask to be awarded the item at the initial auction price and for the seller and associate to be penalized. Best regards.

Hello. I recently purchased an item that did not match the description and photos provided by the seller. Despite being assured that the product was authentic and original, it turned out to be a 1:1 copy and not genuine. I had the item professionally verified, and it was confirmed to be a fake, not meeting the seller's claims of authenticity. I attempted to address this with PayPal, but due to being away on a trip, I missed the deadline to return the item. Now, I am unable to open a case on eBay as the system blocks my request, citing PayPal's decision. I believe this is an error, as I was unable to return the item within the specified timeframe due to my absence. I am seeking assistance from eBay and hope to receive a prompt response.

I have compelling evidence highlighting how the fraudster manipulated your return system vulnerabilities. My astonishment stems from my case favoring the fraudster within just thirty minutes of being closed. Typically, I handle such customer issues independently, but this time, I lost my money before fully addressing the matter. The ease with which individuals can exploit the eBay system without consequence is alarming. I no longer feel secure selling on this platform. I implore you to review this situation promptly and take appropriate action. The users Valkli3, aiashi_89, and ilsibga_52, all created accounts in January and February this year, made suspicious identical purchases totaling £[redacted] to the same location in the Russian Federation. Their coordinated return requests, citing missing items, followed a pattern that strongly suggests collusion. It is evident that all packages arrived at different times, yet return requests were submitted simultaneously. The timing of these actions indicates a deliberate scheme. The parcels were received at the correct weight, highlighting a deliberate attempt to exploit your processes. These circumstances cannot be overlooked.

I have made several purchases in December, but most of the products have not arrived. I understand the challenges due to the pandemic, but some items have been received. There was one seller who threatened not to send my order unless I changed my feedback to positive, which I did. Now, they have canceled the order I paid for, which is unacceptable. I do not want a refund; I want the products I ordered. I have emails where the seller committed to sending the items before canceling. Phone assistance seems to be unavailable, and I require urgent help from E-Bay to resolve these issues. I am hopeful for a prompt resolution from E-Bay, a reputable company. Thank you, Olga D.

I'm unsure why my account got suspended today. Could prices be too low? I have a genuine account, lost 5 bids, and feel embarrassed. I pay immediately after each purchase. I was looking to earn some money, particularly now, by starting my items at a 0.01 bid auction. It seemed to work best. This is the second suspension. Last time, an employee mentioned my PayPal wasn't linked properly. I fixed it, but hadn't even started selling. Now, I'm not sure what's gone wrong. I've put in a lot of effort only to lose access now. I'm anxious. Making money from home is crucial for me, and I had a good start with low bids. Could they be too low? I didn't find any rules against it. Now, I can't access anything about my account. Please assist.

I recently had a buyer request a cancellation and refund for a product I sold on eBay. This is my first time using the platform, and I accidentally approved the cancellation. I shipped the product on March 17, [redacted], shortly before the cancellation was requested. I informed the buyer with a receipt and tracking number, but did not know about entering the tracking number on the website. The buyer now claims she won't pay and will keep the item even though it's set to be delivered today. I would appreciate advice on what to do in this situation. Thank you in advance.

Hello, I placed an order for a surgical mask on March 2. The order number was [redacted]25, with a total amount of $[redacted].94. It was delivered on March 13. Upon realizing the seller's listed location was in California but provided a return address in Singapore, I contacted eBay customer support on either March 14th or 15th regarding the discrepancy. The eBay representative acknowledged the misrepresentation and instructed me to wait until March 19 for the correct return address. Despite eBay's email directing me to return the item by March 23 to the Singapore address, the seller is unwilling to provide a California address, offering a discount instead. I attempted to reach eBay this morning, but they are closed due to COVID-19. I plan to email the seller requesting the correct return address. Hello, my name is Attallah Banks. I made a purchase of a router from a seller named heaweb_92 on March 2, [redacted]. Due to a mistake on the address, the package was not delivered to me and was returned to the sender. Despite the seller's promise to resend the product, they did not do so and refused to issue a refund. As a customer with dyslexia, mistakes can happen, but it does not justify the seller keeping both the product and the money. I recently ordered a NETGEAR N600 WiFi Cable Modem Wireless Router from seller heaweb_92 on eBay. Due to a dyslexic error in my address, the package was returned to the sender. Hello, I recently had my eBay account suspended about a week ago due to verification issues. Despite trying to contact eBay several times, I was unable to reach them as they are short-staffed due to the pandemic. Yesterday, my account got suspended even though I had just started selling items and had 10 successful orders. I shipped all items and provided tracking numbers to buyers. The message I received from eBay mentioned concerns about my recent activity posing a risk to the community, leading to the suspension of my account. They mentioned that I won't be able to use eBay while suspended and that any outstanding fees will be charged. I am hoping to appeal this decision and would appreciate any assistance in resolving this matter.

I purchased a gift card at Sheetz in Raleigh, North Carolina. Unfortunately, when I tried to use the $[redacted] card, there was no money on it. Upon returning to the store, they claimed it had already been used and I was out $[redacted]. Along with that, I also bought a $50 gift card which apparently was sent to another account. I haven't even used it, so this mix-up is quite frustrating. Can someone please assist me with getting my $[redacted] reimbursed? Hello eBay help representative, I recently made a purchase from mOyshOp1 (Order No. 14-04[redacted]4) on eBay. Upon receiving the item, I discovered that it was actually purchased from Amazon and sent to me as a gift. It seems that mOyshOp1 is listing items on eBay, then buying them from Amazon and having them shipped directly to the buyer to conceal the purchase price difference and profit from it. The item I received is exclusively sold by Amazon, not by third-party sellers like mOyshOp1 claims. I have noticed a discrepancy where I could have saved money by purchasing the item directly from Amazon. This experience has led me to believe that mOyshOp1 might be engaged in similar practices with other items on eBay. Despite being a long-time eBay user, I am disappointed in this deceitful behavior and will be leaving negative feedback for the first time since [redacted]. Our upgraded shipping option, which should be available for an additional $3.95, is not displaying on our listings despite being added to our U.S. Shipping options under the FedEx policy. I requested a refund from eBay, but they closed the case based on inaccurate information provided by the GLS carrier's tracking system. Despite having received numerous orders at this address, GLS has chosen not to deliver my order or seek assistance, even after providing GPS coordinates. The seller continues to deflect responsibility, claiming it is the carrier's issue. I have attempted to contact GLS multiple times without success. I am writing to report that I have not received the item I purchased - a 10.1inch Android 8.0 10 Core Dual SIM Game Tablet PC WIFI 8G + 64G Tablet Pad ([redacted]18), under ORDER NUMBER 26-04[redacted]3. The seller did not package the item properly, as there was no packaging paper or envelope. The shipping address was directly attached to the original packaging, resulting in an empty box being delivered to me. I have sent a detailed letter to the seller requesting either a refund or the tablet I paid for. However, the seller is now asking for the empty box to be returned to Hong Kong at my expense. They have not provided a free shipping label for the return. I find this request unreasonable since the package was sent from Kentucky, not Hong Kong. I have attached photos for reference. On March 17, [redacted], I successfully won item number [redacted]90 and promptly paid via Paypal the next morning, receiving a confirmation. After waiting a few days for the seller to ship, I reached out to inquire about any delays. Unfortunately, the seller mistakenly claimed I hadn't paid and reported me to eBay as a non-payer due to an incorrect email address in their PayPal profile. The seller relisted the item, instructing me to pay a higher "buy it now" price. When I opted to bid instead, the price quickly rose with bids from a user with no transaction history, leading me to suspect shill activity. I am requesting appropriate actions against the seller gdc306 for false reporting, relisting unfairly, and potential shill bidding. Additionally, I am asking for the removal of the non-payment report on my account (wilbar) and the delivery of the item I rightfully won in the eBay auction.

I made a purchase on eBay for a car part and was expecting it to arrive between 3/13/20 and 3/17/20. However, FedEx claims to have delivered the package on 3/16/20 to my residence even though I did not receive it. They say it was left at the door, but I did not see any delivery person. After contacting FedEx multiple times, they mentioned the package was mistakenly left at another residence. They advised me to contact the seller for a refund. Unfortunately, I have not been able to reach the seller despite my attempts. eBay's website does not recognize my purchase, which is frustrating as I am now facing additional charges at the mechanic's shop due to the delayed part. I have noticed a discrepancy between the quantity shown under "print labels and ship" and the quantity in the PayPal transactions. Shouldn't these quantities match?
