I purchased a puffer parka from Ultamodan on eBay on February 5th. Despite my numerous emails, the seller has been giving me excuses instead of delivering the item or processing a refund. They claim the item is in transit but provided a tracking number, GV[redacted]91GB, which shows no results. I feel like I am not getting a straight answer from the seller and it's been almost a month since the order with no resolution. My order number is #[redacted]. I reached out to the seller for an explanation, but their response was disappointing. I am concerned about the impact of such actions on eBay's reputation and the trust between buyers and sellers. I recently placed an order on eBay for 7 items, including some with support contracts. I paid nearly $[redacted] for these items, and they are all listed in my account summary. The issue I'm facing is that only one item, a rechargeable LED clamp light, is mentioned in the confirmation email from eBay. This particular item was actually bought separately after the other 6 items, as I initially forgot to include it in the original purchase. I noticed a reminder note at the bottom of my purchase page and quickly added it to my order.

I have returned a faulty item following your instructions via the address label provided. The seller now requests I send it to a different address than the one you supplied. Unfortunately, I have already returned it to the address provided by you. The seller insists on receiving the package to issue a refund. I am dissatisfied with this situation as I complied with your guidance. It is now too late to change the address, and I would not have felt comfortable sending it elsewhere. The purchased item is a Linn lk280 power amplifier from g7trader([redacted]). The package has been sent back to Trevor Mathews, 60 Charles Street, Leicester, Leicestershire, LE1 1FB. The emails prompting the return have been from an individual named Asif, who can be reached at [redacted]. These emails are marked as from g7trader([redacted]). I am awaiting a refund.

Order #26-04[redacted]8, Case #[redacted] has been processed and shipped. I inadvertently sent the watch to a different address due to emails from another user. I believed it was a valid request for a change of shipping address. I am concerned about the potential for scams through eBay messages and believe this issue should be addressed. I made a purchase on January 23rd, but it hadn't arrived after 3 weeks. I contacted the seller, who apologized for the delay and mentioned it would be sent out soon. When I requested to cancel, they mentioned needing to consult another department. Later, I received an email stating the parcel was dispatched despite my cancellation request. When it finally arrived a week later, I asked for the returns address to expedite the return but was told to provide evidence once in possession. I perceived this as stalling when the address was on the package upon arrival, so I returned it to that address. The seller later claimed it was the wrong address and couldn't issue a refund. This situation has dragged on for too long. Unfortunately, as a guest on eBay, I lack order history to contact them directly. Can anyone offer assistance? The seller in question is iwantzone. My son, Geoff, recently had his eBay account suspended without any explanation or warning. His account, [redacted], was even granted an increase before this issue arose. eBay is refunding his customers for already shipped products, but Geoff cannot access his account to communicate with them. He has been unable to reverse the refunds totaling around $[redacted] in the last 24 hours and over $[redacted] in the past week. Geoff sells custom jerseys with a strict no returns policy as they are made-to-order for each customer. eBay's actions are causing him significant financial losses and frustration, as they are essentially giving away his products without compensating him. Regarding eBay item #[redacted]33, the buyer has opened a case claiming non-receipt. The package, sent via tracking number ESUS[redacted]2 through eBay International Standard Delivery, arrived at the delivery terminal on Saturday, Mar 7. It is possible that the buyer needs to pay duties to receive the package. All necessary details have been provided to the buyer through the Resolution Center. I purchased a belt online, but it seems to be fake and not the correct size. I canceled the order within 10 minutes. Even after contacting the seller and eBay multiple times, there has been no response after 4 days. There has been no shipment or movement regarding the order. I have been trying to call every day, but no one has been able to assist me. All I want is a refund for my purchase.

I purchased the USB 3.0 External SATA 2TB Hard Drive, USB 3.0 2.5" (6.4 cm) HDD WINDOPT (product number [redacted]06) on Monday, December 31, [redacted] for €27.5 via PayPal. I hadn't used it as it was meant for backup. Recently, when I tried to use it, I discovered it wasn't working. I tried contacting the seller through your platform, but received no response, and the seller is no longer listed. The issue is more than just a malfunction; I've been a victim of a scam. The hard drive I bought, advertised as 2TB, is actually an empty box with a metal plate glued inside to simulate weight, a USB connector, and a non-functional 2GB chip. It's a clear fraud - no actual hard drive inside the box. As a responsible platform, it's necessary to regulate who can sell on your site. Such deceit is unacceptable.
