Hello, I recently reviewed my past orders and noticed two orders from Sleep Kings (Order Number: [redacted]) that I do not recall placing nor receiving the items. The orders were for a Verona corner group priced at £[redacted].99 and a Verona 2-seater sofa priced at £[redacted].99, totaling £[redacted].98, placed on January 5, [redacted]. Unfortunately, the amount hasn't been refunded to my account and my attempts to contact Sleep Kings have been unsuccessful. Taking care of my husband, who has dementia, leaves me with limited time to address this issue and the situation has caused me a great deal of distress due to the significant amount of money involved. I would appreciate any assistance in resolving this matter. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Best regards, Lesley

Good morning, I won an engine cover from Ford Pro Smithfield as the highest bidder on eBay. I called them to arrange pickup and went there yesterday, only to find out that they had sold it to someone else. This was very disappointing as I had left work early to make it before they closed. The item number is [redacted]28. I'm frustrated with their service and don't recommend them. I wanted to leave negative feedback on eBay, but I'm new to the platform and don't know how. This experience has made me hesitant to use eBay again. What should I do next?

About a week ago, I bid on a 35mm camera and won. However, when I tried to pay, the site stated they don't accept orders from Canada. Despite reaching out through email and attempting to contact the seller, I received no response. After four days of unsuccessful attempts, I stumbled upon this site. I am a dedicated eBay customer and have never had payment issues. I am willing to pay the $10 fee, and I wanted the camera. Unfairly, I have received an email stating this problem will affect my account, which frustrates me. I hope you can rectify this situation, as it is not my fault but a glitch on your site. Thank you for addressing this issue. - Norm P.

I placed an order for two rice bran shampoos on December 31st with an expected delivery date no later than February 14th. After not receiving the items, I contacted customer service and spoke with Jessa. She mentioned there was a wait period for the seller to respond before issuing a refund. I insisted on receiving the product rather than a refund and requested for the seller to send it overnight due to the two-month delay. Jessa and supervisor Ruth informed me they were unable to accommodate the request. I inquired about a representative in the US, but Ruth indicated I would need to call back with no guarantee of assistance. I am frustrated as I simply want the package delivered as promised, not a refund. It's disappointing that the seller, who relies on your partnership, cannot expedite the two-month-old merchandise through express carriers.

I received an email stating that a request was made to close my eBay account. (Hello haimb_2730, eBay has received your request to close the account haimb_2730. If you didn’t submit this request, then please contact us immediately. You have up to 30 days to cancel your request by contacting us. Please review the information in this notice, which describes eBay’s account closure process and, if applicable, the process for the deletion of data, including personal data, associated with the account.) I am certain that I did not request the closure of my account. Please assist me in reopening my account. Thank you.

Hello, my name is Jacob A. with the eBay account name Anglers 11. I bought a shipping label, but unfortunately, my dog decided to have it for a snack, which was quite funny. When I tried to reprint the label, I encountered an issue where it wouldn't allow me to print it more than five times, even though I only printed it once. To resolve this, I voided the label and purchased another one for $5.40. After receiving an email notifying me that my new label was ready, I discovered that I could only reprint it instead of getting a fresh label. I attempted to reprint it once more, but I faced the same issue restricting me to print it more than five times. This situation is new to me, and I am feeling frustrated. I would appreciate any assistance you can offer, like providing a new shipping label without the need for me to void it again. Thank you in advance.

Last week, I sold a trail camera to a buyer in Virginia. Unfortunately, when I initially posted the product for sale, I had two available. Being new to eBay, I sold one locally to someone I knew, only to realize later that there was a competitive bidding situation for the second camera. After the auction ended, the buyer paid for both cameras. I reached out to explain the situation and we agreed that I would refund him for the extra camera and cover the shipping. On Monday, February 17, [redacted], the buyer messaged me stating he received the package on Saturday and is awaiting reimbursement. Yet, when I checked the tracking number, it still showed the package in transit, with messages indicating "Out for Delivery" and "Waiting on delivery scan." I suspect the post office missed scanning his box. It's now Tuesday of the following week, and I am still without my money while the buyer is understandably frustrated. My phone plan has expired, leaving me unable to refill it due to the hold on my funds. I am unable to access a phone since my money is on hold. I urge for a resolution promptly as my buyer and I are facing inconveniences due to this delay. Thank you.

Subject: Urgent Notice from eBay Regarding Your Account Dear Michael, I was deeply troubled receiving the email claiming your eBay account has been suspended. It appears there are security concerns related to recent activity. The message detailed actions taken, including account suspension and removal of item listings. I am concerned by your experience with eBay as a new user trying to make legitimate purchases. It's disheartening to hear about the difficulties you faced while attempting to bid on items. Your frustration is understandable, and I empathize with your situation. Your feedback on the website's usability is duly noted, and your disappointment is quite apparent. Rest assured, your passionate message has been shared. I hope this matter is resolved promptly to your satisfaction. Warm regards. Original Message Sender

I came across a car for sale on Facebook and contacted the seller. She provided me with information about an eBay Buyer Protection Program using ID #AU-WSCD15661LOP. I was asked to provide my driver's license and proof of payment to the escrow bank account eBay provided. On the day the car was supposed to arrive, it didn't show up, and the money was refunded to my account. After reaching out to both the seller and eBay, they admitted to a mistake with the escrow account and provided the correct one. Despite sending the payment receipt, the promised car delivery on Tuesday never happened, and my emails remain unanswered. I am seeking a refund and resolution to this issue promptly to put an end to this matter and move on from this troublesome experience. Any assistance in resolving this situation would be greatly appreciated.

I ordered two pounds of mini chocolate chips about a week ago. I checked the USPS tracking number yesterday, and the package was received at the USPS branch in Elk Grove location. Great! I live only a few miles away from Elk Grove in Des Plaines, Illinois. However, when I checked the USPS tracking number today, my order went back to Sacramento, CA! I have written to the eBay seller twice already, but have not received a response. When I tried to call them, the phone number was disconnected. I would like either a new order or a refund for this mix-up. - Shirley-Marchwnds Email: [redacted]

I purchased a bed set for £19, but it arrived damaged. I reached out to the seller indicating that I am housebound and unable to reach the post office, proposing a 50% refund to keep the set or for the seller to arrange a courier. The seller offered £5 which I declined, opting for a full refund. I printed the eBay postage label, packaged the set, but no one came to collect it. After speaking with eBay support, they granted the seller 5 days to respond, but the case was automatically closed without resolution. Due to my health conditions including multiple sclerosis, scoliosis, and bipolar disorder, I am unable to visit the post office. Despite my situation, eBay seems indifferent to the discrimination I am facing. Other platforms like Amazon offer solutions like sending a courier, unlike eBay which insists on me physically returning the item.

Hello, I am looking for assistance regarding a refund request. The buyer requested a refund for a coat about 3 to 4 weeks ago. To date, I have not received the refund or the coat back. Despite providing my address details via email, there has been no response or resolution. The buyer complained about marks on the item, which I can confirm were not present when I sold it. I specified "no refund" when listing the item, yet it seems the buyer has manipulated the situation. I believe the buyer has ruined the coat and falsely accused me. I feel unfairly treated and would like the buyer to face consequences for their actions. Urgent help to resolve this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I have reached out to the seller regarding the iPhone I ordered. Initially, they requested that I return the phone and cover the shipping costs, which I am fine with. However, despite messaging them repeatedly since November for their address, I have not received a response. I am frustrated as I am now out $[redacted].50. The phone I received does not hold a charge; it shows [redacted]% and then dies within 5 minutes. I have tried different chargers, but the issue seems to be with the phone itself. The product is supposed to have a one-year warranty, but the seller is avoiding honoring it. I am extremely unhappy and dissatisfied. I am seeking a full refund. While I typically enjoy shopping on eBay, I am considering using Amazon moving forward. I have also tried contacting eBay about this matter.

I have had a frustrating experience with eBay's customer service. After being given incorrect information that a bicycle transaction wouldn't impact my feedback score, I faced difficulties when the buyer tried to keep the item without returning it. Despite my attempts to resolve the situation, eBay left me to deal with the buyer directly, even involving the police. I've also raised concerns about FedEx overcharges that were deducted without warning. Despite numerous calls to eBay, promises of resolution were not fulfilled, leaving me feeling unsupported as a seller.

I made an offer on a vintage belt buckle, and the seller counter-offered, which I accepted immediately. Upon clicking 'accept,' I encountered an error message stating there was an issue with my request due to a temporary buying limit. I informed the seller about my limited internet access and reliance on the local college library. They were understanding and accommodating. Despite being unable to proceed with the seller's offer due to a block on my Buy It Now account, I managed to make two other purchases last night. However, the block has not been lifted as promised. I plan to purchase the item at the original price to prevent another buyer from securing it first. I find the handling of this situation frustrating and believe that such corporate practices are unfair to everyday consumers like myself.

Hello, I'm reaching out regarding a return approved on February 13th for item #[redacted]56, a Fantastic Four #55 I purchased with a 14-day return policy. I promptly returned the item to the seller the following day and a refund of $96 was initiated to my PayPal account. However, on the 18th, the refund was mysteriously canceled. I attempted to contact the seller on February 21st but did not receive a response. The tracking number ([redacted][redacted]) with Canada Post confirms delivery on the 18th. I wish to escalate this to an eBay Money Back Guarantee case for a full refund, but I am encountering difficulties navigating the item's Return Details section. Any assistance in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you, Marc R. (eBay username: phoenix1073)

I have yet to receive my order and I am eager to receive it. The seller has reached out with another option to resolve the issue. I am writing to express my frustration with the way in which Ebay dealt with Case No. [redacted] regarding Order No. 22-04[redacted]80 involving a transaction with Mr. William L. On February 18, [redacted], Mr. L contacted me regarding an old fly reel he purchased, expressing dissatisfaction. I agreed to a return and refund upon receiving the item in good condition. I retrieved the return from my mailbox on February 25, [redacted]. However, Ebay intervened by refunding $18.37 on February 26th before I could examine the reel or address the issue. While I accept returns without question and clearly state this in my listings, I feel Ebay's premature involvement was unnecessary. My reputation as a trustworthy seller and buyer should have been considered before assuming I wouldn't uphold my commitment.

I received an email asking for almost £50 in fees, which were initially listed as £10 when I listed the product. I refused to pay as I was scammed out of my product. Even though I specified UK shipping, the buyer requested sending it to Uganda, promising an extra £50 for shipping on top of the £30. I agreed, then received a fake PayPal email holding funds until I provided a shipping number. Being new to eBay, I believed this was standard procedure. Only at the post office did I realize it was a scam. I won't pay the fees as I didn't profit from the transaction and would suffer a loss due to being scammed.

I recently bought a Harp music box from generous.spirit.gifts, but unfortunately, it arrived with parts unglued due to insufficient packaging. I reached out to generous.spirit.gifts to request a return shipping label from my EBAY purchase history. However, I am unable to locate the purchase history on my page. I am uncertain about how to generate the return shipping label. Whenever I try to send a reply question to the company, I receive an error message stating that the issue is either invalid or over 90 days old. The response from generous.spirit.gifts was dated Jan. 22, [redacted], which is within the 90-day timeframe we have been discussing the return of the harp music box and how to generate the shipping label via My EBAY account page.
