I recently received a case of air filters instead of the pump I ordered from championtvsales. I contacted them on Thursday and Friday to obtain a tracking number, but it was not available initially. On Saturday evening, they provided the tracking number, which helped me discover that the filters were in place of the pump. I urgently require the pump for the upcoming weekend and reached out to them for assistance. However, I have not received a response yet.

Hello, I recently discovered that my account was compromised. Although I was able to change the password and security questions promptly, unauthorized purchases of two items have been made. Fortunately, the hacker was unable to access my Paypal account. I have attempted to reach out to your customer support through the website, but I am unable to locate an email or chat option as I am currently outside the US and cannot make phone calls. I would greatly appreciate it if you could assist me in canceling the two unauthorized purchases made by the hacker ([redacted]28 and [redacted]79). I used my PayPal card for a purchase on eBay from a seller called Easy Trade. PayPal records show that I bought a new iPad Pro for $[redacted].00 on 5/25/18. When I tried to use the cellular feature to connect to AT&T, I received a message on the screen indicating that the device may have been stolen. I was unsure how to handle this at the time. Months later, I encountered an issue called "Autolock" from Apple, which locks a stolen iPad or iPhone, requiring the original owner's passcode. The original store I bought it from is no longer available to assist. An Apple technician provided a temporary fix, but the Autolock issue remains unresolved. As the iPad I purchased seems to be stolen, I am requesting a full refund to buy a new one. Sincerely, TJ.

I am having trouble logging into my account. The system keeps asking me to verify my identity through pictures, which I do, but then it asks me to do it again upon logging in. When I try to log in using Google, the box is already checked indicating I am logged in, but when I uncheck it and log in, it automatically checks itself again. My eBay account is rpigott01. I have attempted to call for help, but it routes me to a computer voicemail. Can you please email me instructions on how to resolve this issue? I have changed my password multiple times from my phone, followed the password reset process, but still cannot access my account. There is a key symbol next to my login. There was an unauthorized charge of $[redacted] on my credit card, and suspecting it was related to my eBay account, I received an email from an unfamiliar email address, [redacted] After following instructions to mark it as not mine, I found myself permanently locked out of my account. Although I created a new email address to try and resolve the situation, I am hesitant to open a new eBay account as I risk losing all the saved information tied to my current one.

I came across a [redacted] Honda Accord EX-L for sale at the price of $[redacted]. I got in touch with the seller, Angela Lewiston, who mentioned that the transaction would go through eBay. After providing my email, name, and address, the sale was facilitated by an eBay representative named James Harper. I was charged $[redacted] for delivery of the car supposedly from Augusta, Maine. Despite saving all the documentation, the entire process turned out to be a scam where I haven't received the car nor a refund of $[redacted]. The order ID #[redacted]67 is associated with this incident that occurred in January [redacted]. I, Loevia Brinegar, am seeking assistance in recovering my funds.

Dear eBay, I bought a violin with a bow and case on January 29, [redacted]. I paid the seller, but he hasn't shipped the item despite several emails. I'm seeking a full refund of $[redacted] for the item and $49 for shipping. Even though I selected to return the item, the seller hasn't responded. I purchased an item online on October 13, [redacted], from Americanmolokan. The item was a brand new otoscope [redacted] and ophthalmoscope [redacted] for $[redacted].63. Unfortunately, I only received the otoscope head and never received the ophthalmoscope head. I tried reaching out to the seller multiple times with no response. I then contacted eBay and opened a case. The seller eventually apologized, mentioning they had been overseas, and promised to send the missing item immediately. eBay closed the case, but I have not heard from the seller since. I have been blocked by the seller and am unable to contact them anymore.

Dear eBay Customer Service Team, I am writing to address an issue with a stocking socks & garter belt suspender set that I purchased on eBay on January 5, [redacted]. The item arrived on January 24th in a damaged condition with a completely ripped back fabric on the garter belt. I promptly contacted the seller on January 25th to express my disappointment and clarify that a partial refund would not suffice given the nature of the damage. I explained that the item was intended as a special surprise for Valentine's Day, and a ripped fabric was unacceptable. The seller initially offered a replacement, which I declined due to time constraints, opting for a full refund instead. Hello! I need assistance with displaying the shipping options properly. I manage products from two countries, Pakistan and the USA. Even after entering both primary and secondary addresses, they are not appearing for buyers. A recent incident occurred where a buyer purchased a jacket, assuming it would be sent from the USA, but it was actually shipped from Pakistan due to one of our manufacturing units being there. I purchased motorcycle leather jackets from a seller, leather.biker.shop, for GBP [redacted].96 on November 23, [redacted], using my Visa Card. The shipment was to be delivered to House [redacted], road [redacted], block [redacted] in Manama, Bahrain. Unfortunately, the shipment never arrived, and despite contacting the seller multiple times via email, the issue remains unresolved. The seller claimed the purchase record was removed from eBay's database. I struggled to reach eBay customer service but couldn't find a way to contact them. I bought a product with a specific part number for around $[redacted]. When it arrived, the box had the correct part number, but the item inside had a different number and doesn't fit. The seller sent a return label, but it would cost $71 to use it, which I believe the seller should cover. I contacted eBay twice, but the representatives had difficulty with English and didn't provide any updates. It's been some time now, and I still haven't found a resolution.

An unauthorized charge of $64.95 appeared in my personal checking account labeled as "E-Bay Dual Card" while I was in eye surgery. The transaction is not mine, and I did not give permission for it. I only have access to my account. I suspect someone obtained my account information from Ebay. I urgently request Ebay to delete any financial data they have on me and confirm it in writing. I expect assurances from Ebay that this won't happen again and reimbursement for any future incidents. I demand a refund of $64.95 to my account and details about the person/entity who used my account. I purchased four Yokohama tires totaling $[redacted].43 from Priority Tire on eBay. The order was placed on January 31, [redacted]. I received only two tires on February 4 and have been trying to reach out to them since. After contacting FedEx, I was advised to ask Priority Tire for the tracking details of the missing tires. Despite sending emails on February 6 and today, I have not received any response from them. I am still waiting for the missing tires or a refund to be issued to my account.

Hello, I am trying to purchase tires from eBay UK to ship to my mother in the UK. The seller only ships within the UK, and I encountered an error when trying to pay. I need assistance in using my USA eBay account to pay for the tires. I spoke with the seller who mentioned only eBay can resolve this issue. I prefer using my PayPal account for purchases.
