Returning an item SR* *-***************Okay so I have a new problem, I paid for the customs fee and today I tried to login to the Kindle. It kept showing that I cannot login because of some "internal error", So I asked on Amazon live chat what could I do. They said off the serial number of the device that the device has been marked as Lost* Stolen. The listing of the Kindle on eBay is " *BRAND NEW* All-new Kindle Paperwhite * (****)(**th generation) Amazon ebook" how could be something Lost* stolen if it is brand new. *I attached a picture of the device*s serial number, shipping box and the copy of communication with one of Amazon*s employees Premdeep.*And also I would like to delete my positive feedback to this seller! **Best regards**Jani*kovi*****Other info and attachments are in original ebay customer service email
