Hello, I recently received an email from eBay stating that my account has been temporarily suspended. I was instructed to contact customer service directly to resolve this matter and reactivate my account. I attempted to call the provided number, [redacted], multiple times over the past few days, but was unable to get through as the system mentioned that upgrades were in progress. Could you please assist me in finding a way to reach you to address the issues with my eBay account? I would greatly appreciate a prompt response or a valid phone number where I can reach you. Subject: Review of Account Security Email I recently received an email (which I believe is genuine) asking me to review my personal information. While it is essential to do so, having a link in the email that redirects to a login page is risky. This could make customers vulnerable to phishing scams. I suggest informing customers to log in using the usual method and providing clear instructions to access account details. I received a package from Ebay, but it appears to have someone else's order. My item number is [redacted]93, with order number 17-04[redacted]1, and tracking number UPAAB[redacted][redacted]. The package had my details but was not my order. The original sender was LLOYD DESIGN CORP in Northridge, CA, supposed to go to HOFER SAM'S GARAGE in Erlanger, KY. The seller, Live Fast Supply Company, is aware of the issue. As I received a package, the delivery docket may be closed. The FedEx package I got had tracking number FedEx [redacted]70. Somehow, my details ended up on the wrong package. My delivery address is Unit 2, 26 Jackling Drive, Lavington, NSW, Australia, [redacted]. - Phillip Pennell

Hello, I purchased three Sansui receivers on eBay from a member in France back in January. However, upon winning the auction, I discovered the seller is actually Chinese with a bank account in China. Despite this, I paid a total of [redacted] Euros via bank transfer for the items. We agreed he would send them through DHL in three separate packages due to their weight. I made sure the seller confirmed he was in France and would pack the items individually, to which he said yes. He provided me with one tracking number (LE[redacted]11CN) from China, raising concerns as it was not what we agreed upon. After questioning the seller about this, they have not responded, leading me to believe it might be a fraudulent transaction. Hello, I would appreciate your assistance. I bought an item on eBay with order #15-04[redacted]2 on Nov 25, [redacted]. The product is the "OnePlus 7 Pro 6T 6 5T 5 Flip PU Leather Phone Case Wallet Slots Stand Cover" that was supposed to be delivered by 22/1/[redacted]. However, the item has not been delivered yet. I have reached out to the seller multiple times, initially being told to wait for the delivery, and now I am informed that the seller is unavailable until January 30th due to a holiday. I have tried to initiate a case in the Resolution Center, but despite eBay indicating that the item is still in transit, it states that I can only start a case on 22/1/[redacted], which is today. Unfortunately, I am unable to do so as the eBay system is not allowing me to open a dispute today. I suspect there might be a glitch in the system. I received a message from a user named scotts348 regarding a purchase I made of a Playstation 1 with 6 games and a Playstation 2 game. After requesting an invoice and asking to contact them via email at [redacted], which seemed suspicious, I decided to block the user. Subsequently, I have been receiving fake emails from PayPal and eBay that end up in my junk mail, falsely claiming to have resolved the issue. These messages instruct me to send the games before receiving payment, raising further red flags. I have taken the precaution of blocking the user and am disregarding the fraudulent messages. To prevent others from falling victim to a potential scam, I recommend eBay to block the account associated with scotts348, as confirmed by a message I received from eBay alerting me about this scammer.

Dear HR Department, I wish to report issues with several supervisors, including Larry, Brendon, and Vanesa at Ebay. They have not been truthful with the customer service provided. The delivery was delayed, and upon arrival, the package was left unattended, leading to the items being broken. Despite assurances of a refund, the supervisors have failed to resolve the issue promptly. This lack of accountability and misleading information is unacceptable. I have expressed my concerns with photos of the damaged items. The supervisors' behavior is disrespectful and unethical. I am considering legal action for breach of consumer laws. Hello, I purchased a NIKE bag on eBay from Nicholson1988 on January 8th, but I have not received my item. eBay shows that it was left in a safe place at my home, but I cannot find it. I didn't receive a receipt or sign for the package since I don't communicate with friends or family. I reached out to the seller asking for a refund for the $38.79 I paid. The seller asked me to open a refund case, which I did, but now they are not responding, even though they had agreed to a full refund. I need assistance with this situation as I had to buy another bag for my daughter who starts school soon. I have repeatedly asked the seller for a refund, but I haven't received any further replies. I am considering contacting eBay to ensure I get my refund. Thank you for any help you can provide.

I was told I was approved for a personal loan but was required to purchase payment protection insurance to cover the lender in case of default. They provided emails, phone numbers, and management names. To expedite the process, I was asked to put $[redacted] on an eBay gift card since I didn't have one of their bank cards. I have the receipt from Kroger Grocery store where I bought the card with my debit card but am unable to check the card balance or activity as it shows the redemption numbers on the back are invalid. This situation has left me in a tough spot financially, as I put all my money on the gift card in anticipation of the loan. I have unsuccessfully tried to reach out to the company for assistance.

I bought a 36V [redacted]-350W Motor Controller, but when I tried to use it, it didn't work. Now, I want to return it, but there seems to be a mistake on the invoice stating it's a 24V-48 Motor Controller. I recently made a purchase on eBay from Shawar for the Noor Herbal Beauty Cream for Whitening, Pimple, and Spots Removing. Unfortunately, I missed the delivery and the item was returned to the seller. Despite several messages to the seller requesting a re-shipment, I have not received my order or a refund after waiting for 2-3 months. I paid $10.76 for this item. My eBay account has been suspended without a valid reason. After receiving an email requesting documents, I uploaded them, but they were deemed insufficient. I tried twice more with different documents but was still informed of an indefinite suspension without a clear explanation. The email referred to safety concerns without providing specific details. I am a genuine seller with a [redacted]% positive review history. I have never attempted to scam anyone and always resolved disputes by offering refunds or finding amicable solutions. I want my account reinstated or a refund of all fees paid to eBay.

I am new to using eBay and am trying to sell a pickup truck. I've noticed discrepancies regarding posting fees and am confused about the different information I've come across. When attempting to add photos to my listing, I spent a lot of time figuring it out and even called eBay for assistance, which was a bit confusing. It took me some time to realize I needed to create an account before posting. Additionally, I found the selling assistance link to have links for buying instead, which was misleading. I also suggest having a clearer guide for managing photos on the posting page. It would be helpful to have a designated email support for complex issues. The ads at the top of the page can be misleading and confusing for users.

Dear Ebay Team, I urgently need to report a serious issue involving fraud and theft on Ebay. Between September 28 and November 11, [redacted], I made 74 purchases from a seller named mackiesons5 in the United Kingdom, requesting that the items be stored for combined shipping due to my mother's illness and my overseas location. After requesting the items to be sent on January 9, [redacted], the seller promised to ship them on January 10. Despite repeated emails, the seller has not responded and declined other offers, indicating activity on Ebay. Numerous negative reviews describe similar experiences where items were not received, and seller did not reply. I have not received the items valued at AUD $[redacted].63 including shipping costs, and seek a refund. Please investigate this seller, ban them from Ebay, and track their bank details to prevent future fraud. The transactions dates and values are: September 28, [redacted] ($[redacted].08), September 30, [redacted] ($65.49), October 28, [redacted] ($2.41), and November 11, [redacted] ($12.65). On January 22, [redacted], I purchased 6 pairs of copper compression stockings from the eBay seller "home-gaga" for $21.66 (order # 02-04[redacted]8). Upon receiving the package, I discovered that I only received 3 pairs of socks instead of the 6 I was charged for. I raised a claim explaining that the stockings are personal items that cannot be returned. The seller responded, asking for all 6 pairs to be returned, even though they had only sent me 3 and they were already in use. I hope this is just a misunderstanding on their part rather than an attempt to deceive buyers. The seller changing locations after the purchase is another issue I encountered. I am seeking a resolution through eBay to uphold the trust and credibility customers have in the company. Thank you.

My eBay account was recently suspended, and I'm unsure of the reason. eBay has requested to verify my account activity directly with me to lift the suspension. They advised against creating a new account as it could affect my ability to appeal the suspension. However, they have not provided any means for me to communicate and verify my account. I sold trainers on eBay, but the buyer complained because they weren't "new," despite my description stating they were used and the photos were recent. The buyer returned them without providing tracking details. eBay shows they were sent to my old address and then back to the buyer as my new address wasn't properly updated in the system due to differences in the eBay app settings. I've been trying to contact the buyer since January 9th about the return, offering to cover postage and providing the correct address, but have been ignored. It's now February, and the buyer still has my trainers and my PayPal account is in debt. I find this unfair, especially after being an eBay member for 14 years. Despite assurances from an eBay "specialist" for a refund, it has now been denied.

My account was suspended less than 12 hours after creation due to "security concerns", even though I didn't engage in any improper activity. Initially, I had a guest account that I used to make a purchase and communicate with the seller. When prompted to create an account to respond to the seller, I complied. However, I encountered an issue trying to reply to a message, as it was considered too old to respond to. I attempted to resolve this by checking my original email for the order confirmation to contact the seller using the item ID. After managing to respond through my guest account, I was surprised to find my second account suspended the following day, barring me from accessing eBay or creating new accounts. I suspect having both a guest and a "real" account simultaneously triggered this problem, although I never intended to have a permanent account. Confusing instructions led me to unwittingly violate policies. I seek the lifting of the suspension, deletion of the unnecessary account, and a return to using only a guest account as before.
