I am still waiting for a resolution regarding reference number 1-[redacted]37. My GDPR details were compromised as you shared my information with my ex-husband who made a payment through PayPal without my consent. Despite me being incorrectly informed about the selling process and being told I would only pay £1, I was actually charged £90.91. Furthermore, you asked me to test selling two other items, which I did and then removed from the platform, but I was still charged above the agreed amount. I am now considering seeking legal advice due to this breach of my personal information.

Hello, I recently had my eBay account suspended after listing my first item. The item reference number is [redacted]60. My username is "[redacted]" (hashawijesingh_9). I would like to know if there is a way to reactivate my account. I assure you that I will adhere to all policies in the future. Please consider my request to reactivate my account. Thank you.

I am facing an issue with an order I made. The product was delivered to the wrong address. I have evidence in the form of a screenshot showing that the correct billing and shipping address was provided. I reached out to the seller for assistance, but they were uncooperative. Despite informing them that I have proof, they claim the problem lies with eBay. I am now without the product and have incurred a significant financial loss. I possess details of the address where the item was wrongly delivered and screenshots of the correct address that clearly display the company logo, product, credit information, and accurate billing and shipping details. I am requesting a refund for the transaction.

I've been attempting to contact you for some time without success. Navigating the site has been challenging, especially since I don't understand Spanish well. I require eBay's assistance regarding a purchase that went awry due to a faulty item. Despite eBay approving the return, the seller has not provided the return label for me to send the item back. Despite my requests, no progress has been made. The order number is 04-09-[redacted]8. I am hopeful that you can assist me or direct me to the appropriate contacts for help.

I've been attempting to purchase a SanDisk on eBay, but I'm encountering issues with my credit and debit cards not being accepted. Both of my cards are in good standing, and I've only been using eBay for a week. When I proceed to check out and buy the item at the set price, my payment is not going through. I am not participating in any auctions, just trying to make a direct purchase. I must be making an error during the checkout process, and I am seeking assistance to resolve this.

In August [redacted], I bought 2 Gentrax 800W Inverter Generators from outbaxcamping using my account abhall98. One generator worked well with occasional use, but the other one I purchased in September stopped producing power in October despite the motor running. After contacting outbaxcamping in early December, I finally received a return postage label at a cost of $25. However, they claimed the warranty was void due to dust and dirt in the motor housing. They suggested maintenance tasks that were not due yet, considering the low usage of the machine. They offered a replacement unit, which was not helpful as I had already replaced it myself. When I requested their ABN to escalate the issue to QCAT, they refused, and I feel they are intentionally delaying the resolution process.

My son's trampoline was destroyed in strong winds, and after receiving $[redacted] from insurance, I tried to replace it. I came across a few options with pricey postage, making it hard to afford or ship to Tasmania. Eventually, I found one offering free postage to Tasmania and proceeded to purchase it through PayPal. The following day, I received an email stating that the free postage was a mistake and I would need to pay $[redacted] for shipping. Despite discussing my limited budget due to an upcoming birthday gift, the seller wouldn't budge. The situation left me feeling frustrated as I had entered a contract with OZSPORTS for $[redacted].05 only to be asked for additional postage fees later on. It seems there was a lack of clarity in the listing regarding shipping costs, which caused confusion and disappointment.

I am an eBay seller who encountered an issue with a buyer. The buyer claimed their country's customs rejected the item due to containing milk powder. I agreed to the return but have not refunded the buyer as I am waiting for the returned item, which has not arrived. PayPal's statement shows a refund on the date of the return request. I have been unsuccessful in contacting eBay due to an outdated request. How can I resolve this situation and receive my refund?

I believe I have been wrongly charged by eBay for unsold item selling fees. My listing clearly stated that the item was for local sale only, yet an international buyer somehow managed to contact me and request the item without paying. I had to cancel the order because the computer wire was damaged, so it's concerning that I have been charged $[redacted] in fees despite not completing the sale. I am frustrated as this situation has caused me financial distress as the money taken was meant for my student loans. I am exploring all options, including seeking assistance from the court and my friends and family. If anyone has a contact number for eBay to address this issue, I would appreciate it.

This is my first experience using eBay, and I'm a bit confused. I bought a white TV unit with LED lights right before Christmas. When it arrived, the TV unit was not white but black and had damage on the corners. I emailed them the next day with pictures, and they were understanding. However, I'm unsure about the next steps. I need to speak to someone before the return deadline on January 17, [redacted]. Unfortunately, I've been having trouble entering my Irish address on the website. I would appreciate eBay's assistance. Thank you, Donna P.

I recently purchased a wireless mouse and keyboard set from eBay Germany as a guest. However, the item arrived with missing parts, so I requested a refund which was processed. I returned the item on January 3rd. I received a refund ticket via email, but the link provided to check the refund status doesn't work. The website prompts me to log in which leads to an error message. Since I purchased as a guest, it doesn't appear in my purchase history. When I try to view the status using the guest account on eBay Help, it prompts me to register which isn't working. I have been unsuccessful in contacting eBay via email or phone due to language barriers. I have been attempting to resolve this for nearly two weeks and am frustrated with the lack of progress in getting my refund.

I have been attempting to receive a refund for an item since December 26th. Initially, they instructed me to return the item to receive a full refund. After waiting for a shipping label that never arrived, I was then informed that I did not need to return the item and that a full refund would be issued. I patiently waited for a few days for the refund but received nothing. Subsequently, I was instructed to open a new case labeled "unresolved item," only to be told that this was incorrect. I am feeling extremely frustrated with this situation. Additionally, I did not provide positive feedback due to these issues, and was asked to revise it in exchange for the refund. I have followed all their instructions, but after three weeks, I am still struggling to obtain a refund for an item that did not match its description. Any assistance in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated.

My pretzels have arrived, unfortunately, they are completely smashed! Instead of whole pretzels, I received a package full of crumbs and broken pieces. I am extremely disappointed and frustrated. I am requesting a refund immediately. I wish the seller had processed the refund promptly after I provided them with photos of the damage. It has been days since I reached out, and I have not heard back regarding the refund or any resolution. I am disappointed that the seller does not accept returns and simply want my money back so I can move on from this situation. I closed the case when the seller finally reached out to me, but now I am unsure how to proceed with receiving my refund. I am reaching out to eBay to facilitate the refund process. Thank you for your assistance in refunding me the money for the damaged item.

Dear Sir, I recently made online purchases for a gold detector. I accidentally ordered five detectors instead of one due to some technical issues during the checkout process. I tried contacting the sellers to cancel the extra orders. One seller agreed to take back the item with me covering the shipping costs, another offered 30% compensation, and a third claimed to have already shipped the item within minutes of me reaching out. The fifth seller increased the price after payment. At this point, I am stuck with multiple detectors and a financial loss. I am unsure of what steps to take next as I only intended to purchase one detector. Your assistance in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated.

I placed this order on December 2, [redacted], and it was shipped to my street address using FedEx Smartpost. Unfortunately, my post office only accepts mail for PO Boxes and doesn't deliver to street addresses, so the package was returned to the seller via USPS regular mail. The last tracking location showed it was in Los Angeles or Bell, California. If it had been sent via FedEx Ground, it would have been delivered much sooner. I'm patiently waiting but would appreciate some updates and a new tracking number. I am experiencing difficulties with my eBay account. A mistake with a return label caused my item to be sent to the wrong vendor. I'm unable to log in as I inadvertently created two guest accounts due to forgetting my passwords. I've been trying to fix this for three days now. The package has already been sent back to the incorrect vendor, and I couldn't intercept it at the post office. To sort this out, I need to inform the wrong vendor and get the item sent back to me so I can return it to the correct seller. I also mistakenly sent a ring to shinebritewithdiamonds ([redacted]), and they need to return it to me. Furthermore, I need a return label for order number 02-04[redacted]9 for Goog-deal-bay as it needs to be returned by Jan 24. I can't access my eBay accounts to request these labels, so please send them to my email address at [redacted] Thank you for your assistance in resolving this issue. - Jenn TR.

I am having difficulty returning my item. The return ID is #[redacted]69. The item did not match the description, and the seller agreed to accept the return. eBay provided a deadline, which is ending tonight. I planned to use FedEx for the return, but the cost is $[redacted], which is not feasible for me. Although the seller should cover the shipping expenses, I am required to pay upfront. The item's value is $[redacted]. This morning, the seller suggested a more affordable option within the USA, but did not provide the address. I suspect the seller is trying to delay until eBay closes the case. Please reach out to the seller for the address. The seller's ID is send2asap. I am prepared to ship the item; kindly assist by contacting the seller. Additionally, could you grant me one more day for the return? Thank you.

Hello eBay Customer Service, I hope you are doing well. I am writing regarding order number 05-04[redacted]0. I recently requested a return for item number [redacted]05 as it does not match the description provided by the seller. The seller has agreed to the return, and I am prepared to ship the item back. However, before proceeding, I would like the seller to cover the return shipping costs and reimburse me for all expenses incurred in receiving the item in Israel. I initially ordered the item to a US address through MYUS, who then forwarded it to Israel via FedEx Priority for $41. Additionally, I paid approximately $[redacted] in customs fees upon its arrival. Since the discrepancies in the item were due to the seller's oversight, I believe it is fair for them to cover the return shipping cost of $60, along with the previous expenses. I appreciate your assistance in this matter. Best regards.

I purchased an item from eBay on December 16th and was informed it was shipped by Hermes. On December 28th, I received an email stating it was delivered at 17:59 to a "safe place" I don't have. I disputed it with eBay, but they ruled in favor of Hermes despite no proof of delivery. eBay advised me to obtain written proof of non-delivery from Hermes, which seems impossible since Hermes won't communicate with me and the sender is unresponsive. This situation contradicts eBay's buyer protection guarantee. - M. Davey

I want to report an item on eBay that has been duplicated. The seller is leading people to an email where fraudulent information about invoices from a shipping company or PayPal is being sent. Another seller with the same photos listed has informed me that eBay is looking into it; why is the seller still allowed to advertise when fraudulent actions are known? The eBay item number is [redacted]61 for the VW Transporter. It seems like a scam, please be cautious. Thank you. Regards, AH I received an email from a seller asking me to use a transport company for the purchase of a van. The email address provided is [redacted] The seller wants everything to be done through the transport company using Shiply, including payment by bank transfer. This seems suspicious to me. Beware of such transactions online and always prioritize safety when making purchases. Thank you. Regards, AH
