Hello there! I recently noticed a charge of $16 on my account for November-December but wasn't aware of any fees. Additionally, I encountered a fraudulent situation when trying to sell an item on eBay. The buyer asked me to include a $[redacted] eBay card in the package, which felt deceptive, and I ended up losing out. Can you please refund my fee promptly? I no longer wish to participate as a member on eBay. Thank you.

I started a return 3 days ago for a damaged chainsaw with free returns according to the seller. They are asking me to troubleshoot and send a video which I find unreasonable. They seem to have found a loophole in the eBay return policy by accepting the return without providing a return shipping label.

I purchased a Christmas tree from a company, and they have approved the return. I returned the item the next day within their 5-day return policy. I contacted eBay to report that I have not received a refund and instead have received threats regarding the process not being completed. I will update you on any developments. A representative has seen the return label and tracking number and has recorded this information for reference.

Hello, I recently made a purchase online from shopeddies.ca. My order was confirmed and scheduled to arrive on December 23rd. However, on the specified date, I received a notification stating that my order was canceled due to a product defect. Though I was informed that my money was refunded, I have yet to receive it, preventing me from purchasing the item elsewhere. This delay is concerning as I intended to bring the order with me overseas to Ghana. I am considering taking action against shopeddies to address this issue and honor the sale that was initially made to me. Thank you.

Dear Sirs, I recently had a dispute with a seller on eBay regarding an incomplete item. During the exchange, I used some strong language which I regret. I am located in Panama and was unable to reach an eBay representative at the provided number. I recently bought a chainsaw from a seller who offers free returns. Unfortunately, the chainsaw arrived non-functional, and after spending two hours trying to start it, I requested a return. However, the seller has not provided a shipping label, exploiting a loophole in the eBay return process. They are now asking for a 3-minute video of me troubleshooting the faulty product, which I believe is not my responsibility and will not be doing.

I have not received the product even though FedEx claims it was delivered. The seller opened a case, but it was promptly closed without any contact or evidence of delivery provided. This pricey item did not require a signature on delivery, and I am now without the phone I purchased. My order number is 25-04[redacted]0 with a total of $[redacted].24. It is frustrating to have the case closed without eBay reaching out to me for input. I have been a significant buyer on your platform and am not one to make baseless claims. Please address this situation fairly and assist in resolving it.

I am unsure who I should be speaking with regarding my recent experience. Initially, I was quoted $[redacted], and the seller mentioned covering the shipping costs, which I agreed to since I require a 4-wheel-drive truck. After reaching out to eBay, whom the seller claimed was managing the sale, I was instructed to purchase $[redacted] in gift cards and provide the codes from the back of each card. Subsequently, I received an email requesting an additional $[redacted] for shipping expenses that the seller had supposedly not included. Given my financial limitations due to disability and being on a fixed income, I expressed my inability to afford the extra $[redacted] and opted to cancel the purchase. I have retained all communication via email but am unsure who to contact for a refund. Losing such a substantial amount of money would be detrimental to me. Any guidance on this matter would be greatly appreciated.

Hello! I recently made my first purchase on the platform and encountered an issue. After successfully completing the payment and receiving confirmation that my order was being processed, I later received an email notifying me that my order was canceled and my account was suspended. Unfortunately, there was no explanation provided, and I have been unable to find a way to reach out to customer support as my attempts to sign in are met with the suspension message. This lack of transparency and accessibility is disheartening, and I hope to receive clarification on the situation as well as a refund for the canceled order.

I recently received a notification regarding a delayed shipment and have reached out to the customer to address the situation. The delay in shipping was due to the item being ordered too late for Christmas delivery, but the customer was understanding and not bothered by the delay. Since the purchase was made, I have been dealing with hospital visits, which the buyer is aware of. I will ensure that the item is shipped by Thursday or Friday this week.

I purchased a Nokia 6 phone that arrived damaged, so I contacted the seller. They offered to refund or replace the phone if I returned it. I sent back the phone as instructed, and the seller sent a replacement. Recently, the seller informed me that the package was returned to them, and they are unable to provide me with the phone. When I requested a refund, the seller insisted on receiving the phone first before processing the refund. I expressed my dissatisfaction with this condition, but the seller has not responded to my message. I am seeking a refund. Thank you.

I opened my eBay account on December 6th and placed an order for a graphics card for my PC immediately. Upon realizing that the shipping date was later than expected, I tried to cancel the order soon after purchase. I made the payment through PayPal and have the transaction receipts. I tried to cancel the order within an hour of purchasing, but it took over two days to receive a response stating that the cancellation was denied. It has now been 30 days, the item has not been marked as paid, and I suspect the seller is selling lower-grade cards modified to appear as higher-end GTX [redacted] cards. I am eager to get a refund. This unpleasant experience has made me hesitant to use eBay in the future.

Hello, I recently learned that my account has been restricted due to my practice of using my agent in Egypt to handle my eBay purchases, which involves communicating with sellers using my agent's email address. This is done to reduce international shipping costs. When I win bids, I have sellers send invoices to my agent for payment and domestic shipping purposes. I contacted the seller via email regarding my order of Chess Polgar, Laszlo (Order number: 16-03[redacted]8) which I paid around $31.93 for the item and $39.94 for delivery. Despite promises to deliver the book to Hungary, Budapest by November 3, it did not arrive. After changing our travel plans twice due to the delay, the item still had not arrived by November 9 when we left for the USA. I believe it is fair to request a refund of $71.87. This matter has been escalated to eBay customer service to address the issue promptly. Thank you for your attention. Laszlo Polgar P.S. The buyer might be trying to scam us by claiming that the items arrived damaged during transit. When we informed them that we record all outgoing and incoming shipments, they responded in a suspicious manner. I wanted to document this and report the buyer's dubious comments in case there are any additional issues when processing the return for them. I had previously mentioned that I, as the seller, would be providing a pre-paid return label. However, today the buyer's message indicates a change of mind from our previous conversations on the 22nd and 24th.

Hello, I am requesting the reinstatement of my eBay account as it has been suspended. I received a notification (MC113) stating that my account was suspended due to security concerns and that some of my listings may have been removed. I’m unable to use eBay, even with another account. I have outstanding selling fees that need to be settled as soon as possible. Thank you.

I received an email notifying me of a new eBay account opened under my name, but I did not create it. It's concerning and suspicious as I haven't authorized this account. I recently purchased 2 bedside tables from October-Forever. When I tried to assemble them, I found that one of the table parts was missing drill holes. I contacted their customer support to return the tables. They offered me a $18.00 discount, but I would rather return the items. They initiated a refund process and provided me with a label to put inside the box. However, they have not yet given me a postage label. I have emailed them twice regarding this issue but have not received a response.

Hello, I placed an order two days ago and messaged the seller asking when they can ship my order. The status is marked as paid but not shipped. I followed up today with another message. How long should I wait for shipping after immediate payment by debit card? Any suggestions on how to contact the seller other than by email? I prefer not to open a case. I understand the seller may have reasons for the delay and don't want to be pushy. Any advice on how to approach this situation respectfully would be appreciated. Thanks.
