Hello, I checked my emails today and noticed a delivery notification from Hermes indicating that a package was delivered yesterday. However, I never received the package nor did I sign for it as the tracking information suggests. Despite being home all day, no one approached my door as shown by my security camera footage. If the package has been delivered, it was not to my address. I kindly request assistance to resolve this matter. Please contact me at [redacted]2. Thank you.

I can't recall the last time I accessed my Ebay account, and I wasn't even certain I had one. I discovered an account associated with my email address, [redacted], but received notification that it has been suspended. I am unsure of the reason for the suspension or how to address it. I am currently on vacation in Mexico and unable to call Ebay due to my cell phone's restrictions on U.S. toll-free numbers. Can anyone assist me in resolving this matter or provide an alternative non-toll-free number to reach Ebay?

Hello, I am Mrs. Farida Asmal from Bolton residing at [redacted] Blackburn Road, Bolton, BL1 7AA. I recently cancelled my account, but unfortunately, individuals who hacked my accounts are still sending me emails claiming they changed my passwords and placed orders for goods that I did not authorize. Despite closing my account, this unauthorized activity persists. It seems someone else has access to my email address and name. Kindly cancel any pending orders and address the security breach promptly. If need be, I will resort to using my daughter's account for future purchases. Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter; it is causing me great concern that my personal details are being misused.

I purchased coat item number [redacted]74 with £10 postage. The parcel weighed 0.555kg and was shipped by Royal Mail costing £4, wrapped in recycled packaging. I assumed the postage was high due to the coat's weight. When I inquired about the overpayment, the seller refused to refund, citing bus fare and eBay fees, despite living near the post office. Various excuses, including a father with cancer, have been given for not reimbursing the £6 overcharge. I kindly request the seller to refund the excess postage. Thank you.

I made a purchase on May 28th, but the item has not arrived. When I contacted the seller a week after my purchase, they mentioned a family loss and promised to send the item after dealing with funeral arrangements. Despite reaching out to them again later, I never received a response. I've been trying to resolve the matter on eBay with no success. Name DPDLV, Balance due as of December 9, [redacted]: $93.38. I have emailed eBay on two other occasions at eBay Collections and [redacted], requesting the information you have used to calculate your charges. I am in dispute with the amount, and I regard your lack of response as an indication that you are a robot. You have not described what the charge is for! I would like a detailed description that clearly distinguishes it. Your invoice charge lacks discrimination and discernment, only stating "You owe." Without any clarification on how you constructed the charges, I am left in a state of uncertainty and apprehension regarding any payment to eBay. I received a letter from eBay titled: "Resolution of the dispute for non-payment of the item Dewalt DCN692N 18V 90mm Framing Nailer With DCS391N Circular Saw Body Only." My name is Valerie Vahey, and I have already explained that it was not me who purchased these items. It was, in fact, a scam. eBay has already placed a restriction on my eBay account since these purchases were not made by me. So please explain to me the letter I received regarding a dispute. The seller was supposed to ship the item with free postage; however, when it arrived, postage charges were required. The two-pound package was sent as 12 ounces. Upon contacting the seller, they claimed that eBay was at fault. I asked the seller to reimburse the postage costs to my PayPal account, to which they agreed initially but failed to comply within the necessary timeframe. As the Post Office only holds packages for 15 days, I returned the item due to the seller's non-payment of the postage fees. Subsequently, the seller offered a refund of only $30 for a $98.18 purchase, which I declined. Given the circumstances, I believe I am entitled to a full refund.

Yesterday, around 2 p.m. on December 9th, [redacted], my computer was hacked. While trying to download a driver for my printer, my computer froze and I received an instant message with an audible voice saying "fraud alert, fraud alert!" It prompted me to call a phone number for a Microsoft technician. When I called, I spoke with a gentleman who tried to pressure me into a one-time payment of $[redacted]. I hung up, but now I'm worried about the security of my accounts. Specifically, my eBay account could have been compromised. I'm wondering what steps I should take to address this issue.

Hello, I purchased an item using a guest account, but unfortunately, it arrived damaged. The seller has initiated a refund through eBay, but they require my approval. Since I used a guest account initially and accidentally created a new account using the same email, I am unsure how to authorize the refund without access to the guest account password. I bought an item on eBay with the item number [redacted]32, which is a Mpow [redacted] W8 smartwatch. Upon receiving it, I noticed that the band color was different from what I had chosen. I reached out to the seller, who apologized and refunded me $3 for the error. However, a few days later, the watch stopped working. When I contacted the seller again, they refused to refund me. I offered to return the product if they refunded the shipping cost, but they declined. Now I'm left with a non-functioning watch for which I've paid the full amount. Order Number: [redacted]39 I ordered a [redacted]*200CM Ombre Pink rug, but received the wrong size (120x160CM). They don't have the correct size in stock, so I requested a refund. They agreed to the return but want me to pay $37.20 for return shipping. I suggested they cover the return postage since they couldn't provide the item I originally ordered. I am adamant about receiving a full refund and do not want the incorrect item they sent me. Despite my efforts to resolve this, they are uncooperative and still expect me to cover the return shipping for an item I never wanted in the first place.
