I purchased a VCR Tape for $60 from EBay. The seller, located in Middleton, WI, informed me that the item was ready for shipping. However, later they stated that the tape was in poor condition and would not be sent. I was assured a refund of the $60, but I wasn't aware my payment was processed through PayPal. They mentioned refunding it to my PayPal Account, for which I don't have details. I've requested a refund check but haven't received any help. I'm looking to reach a person at Ebay promptly to resolve this. Thank you, Bruce L. G. from Beaver Dam, WI.

I recently made a purchase on eBay, but unexpectedly, my secondary account was used instead of my primary account for processing the order. My primary account is [redacted], but during checkout, it switched to [redacted] for payment. Although I received a confirmation email from eBay, I can no longer find the order confirmation or locate the [redacted] account. I previously discussed this matter with a representative. Where is my account, and where is the product I purchased?

I have been a loyal customer on eBay for many years. Recently, I relocated my warehouse and unfortunately misplaced some items that were listed for sale. As a result, I had to cancel the orders placed by buyers. I promptly issued refunds and informed the buyers about the situation. However, I have now encountered limitations on renewing or creating new listings on the platform. If this restriction is permanent, please inform me so I can explore alternative platforms to sell my items. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Tom W. (GoNutsforGolf)

I purchased a muffler for my [redacted] Yamaha Raider [redacted], but it doesn't fit as expected. It is too small and won't slip onto the pipe. I have not installed it and repackaged it for return. The company requested a picture, but this won't be useful as the muffler is uninstalled. Taking a picture would be quite inconvenient for no benefit. Could you please provide a return mailing invoice and a return slip for me to send it back?

Regarding case no [redacted], I was informed by the live chat team that the buyer requested a refund of £90.00 for a pianola they purchased and won. The case ruled in my favor as the item was clearly listed as "COLLECCTION ONLY" and the buyer agreed to this condition. Despite this, the buyer has not collected the piano, which is still available for pickup. eBay supported my position that the buyer is not eligible for a refund in this situation. I am concerned why a refund was granted now and if the £90.00 will be deducted from my account. I refuse to pay this as the pianola remains available for the buyer to collect, causing significant inconvenience as it blocks my patio doors. Thank you. - Roger B.

I have experienced multiple issues with eBay recently. In the past, I received items in the wrong size or not as described, but still left a decent review. However, my latest order was exceptionally disappointing. I was charged almost $13 for something that I could have gotten for free as a sample at stores like Sears or JC Penney. The tiny bottles contained just one use each. This feels like a deliberate attempt to take advantage of customers. I am extremely frustrated and have decided to stop using eBay altogether. I will be informing my friends about the disappointing experiences I have had with the company.

I recently sold an unbranded secondhand battery for a MacBook Pro 2[redacted]. The item was thoroughly checked and in perfect working order, with photos provided in the listing. However, the buyer has initiated a return more than three weeks after purchase, claiming the battery is faulty due to being unbranded and pre-failing. Interestingly, the buyer's computer, shown in a photo with a silver bezel, indicates it's a MacBook Pro [redacted], which is incompatible with my battery. Understandably, using an incompatible battery could damage it. I believe the buyer is trying to return the item under false pretenses, despite eBay automatically approving the return. How should I proceed in this situation? Thank you for your help.

Hello, I have been waiting for over a week for eBay to contact me regarding resolving a dispute. A couple of days ago, I sent a letter from Capital One Bank explaining that I am no longer pursuing the dispute. I requested an eBay representative to reach out to me regarding the information I provided but have not received a response. Upon reviewing my email receipts, I came across a letter from Dean at eBay. Dean mentioned that eBay is supposed to notify Summit Racing about the dispute. However, when I contacted eBay, I was informed that they were not involved in resolving the dispute directly. Thank you and best wishes! Gary

I purchased a water distiller on June 14, [redacted] through Ebay. The listing indicated a 2-year warranty. Unfortunately, after using the distiller twice, it began leaking. Despite reaching out to the seller for a replacement or refund, my messages were ignored. I initially paid $75.26 for this product. I am unable to warn other potential buyers through a negative seller review. I am disappointed by the lack of response and adherence to the warranty terms. The seller is onemillion, and my order number was [redacted]. In hopes of a resolution, I am requesting a refund promptly in light of the warranty agreement supposed to be upheld. Thank you, Sue Tarrant.

Seller wuxf2011, It's been nearly 5 months since I placed an order and paid for two cameras, but I have yet to receive them. Despite my previous attempts to address this issue, I have not heard back from you regarding the whereabouts of the shipment. I request a refund for the purchase and shipping costs so I can reorder from a U.S. supplier. My name is Brian J. Lee. To eBay, It has now been over 6 months since the purchase, and despite being given an invalid tracking number and unsatisfactory responses from wuxf2011, my refund requests have been ignored. I'm curious about why many international sellers claim to be based in the UK when they are not. I often filter my searches to find items located in the UK, but I've received packages late after going through customs because the sellers were not actually UK-based. It's frustrating to be misled like this. One time, I only received one out of four T-shirts I ordered, and the seller didn't send the rest despite promising to. When I raised a dispute, eBay refunded me for the undelivered items without addressing the seller's behavior. It seems like eBay prioritizes profits over ensuring that sellers are honest with their location and deliveries. It's disappointing that negative feedback can be removed, especially for a seller with a significant impact on eBay's revenue.

I received a partial refund for an item that should have been fully refunded. The item, a drone, had a faulty battery that would not charge. I returned the drone promptly, but the seller accused me of testing it. Due to the battery issue, I could not have tested it. I am disappointed by the seller's response. They refunded only $[redacted] when they should have refunded the full amount of $[redacted].99. The seller claimed I did not return the item in its original condition and accused me of keeping parts. I have been a loyal eBay customer and have never encountered such behavior. I returned the drone in time, and I believe I am entitled to a complete refund. I wish to initiate a money-back guarantee case against the seller. Seller's ID: Infinite deals luv. Order# 14-[redacted]–[redacted] Item# [redacted]06 I urge eBay to assist in resolving this issue promptly.

I ordered three items a while ago, and they still haven't arrived after almost three months since I made the payment. The payment was processed successfully, but the sellers did not update that the items were paid for. One of the items was removed from eBay shortly after I paid, complicating the situation. I am unable to request a refund because the sellers claim they have not received the payment. I can provide PayPal transaction details to verify the payment. Please either send me the items I purchased or issue a refund. I will provide the links to the items and my eBay information for reference. Thank you.

I would like to return order no. 17-04[redacted]5, a pair of antique Japanese cloisonne vases. I paid $[redacted].00, excluding the $20.00 postage charges. The seller has a strict "no refund" policy, but I believe I should receive a refund due to the discrepancy between the item's condition and the description provided on eBay. The seller insists I provide photographic evidence of the damage, which is not feasible for me as I do not own a camera phone. Despite my polite requests, the seller's responses have been unhelpful and condescending. As a long-time eBay customer who values good service, I expect better treatment. I hope for a full refund of $[redacted].00, and I am willing to cover the return postage and insurance. I have refrained from leaving negative feedback to protect the seller's reputation, but my decision hinges on their cooperation. I trust that you can assist in resolving this issue promptly and fairly. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Best regards, James T. R.

Hello, I'm Alex Simon. I recently sold my MacBook Pro, and the buyer informed me that after updating the system, the numbers on the keyboard stopped working. He had it examined, and apparently the keyboard beneath the malfunctioning keys is corroded, a detail unknown to me as everything was functioning when I cleared the laptop before selling it. The buyer now expects me to compensate him for the cost of replacing the keyboard. I'm unsure how to proceed as the issue occurred post-sale. Any advice on what I should do in this situation would be appreciated.

Hello, I am reaching out regarding an issue with an order and a refund request. The customer ukrevi claimed not to have received an earring that was ordered without a tracking number. However, we have evidence of a previous refund made for a similar order by the user ualgoksden. These two accounts appear to belong to the same person, as their messages and situations are identical. We have sent correspondence to the addresses provided by both users and have photo evidence of the letters being dispatched. We are dedicated to ensuring timely delivery of our products. We kindly ask to investigate the IP addresses of these users to confirm our suspicions. It is clear that there is an attempt to receive multiple items without payment under different accounts. We urge you to take appropriate action and assist in resolving this matter, particularly concerning Case #[redacted]. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Hello, I am James K. and I operate my eBay account under the name "*st*marys*band*club." On June 23, [redacted], I made a purchase from allterco_robotics for a Shelly 1 One Channel Smart Relay Switch Open Source Wi-Fi Home Automation - 4 Pack ([redacted]30) and paid $71.14 AUD = $47.40 USD via PayPal. After receiving a notification to collect the item from the post office, I found out that it was already returned to the sender. I contacted allterco_robotics and they initially agreed to resend the item once they had it in hand. Recently, they asked for the tracking ID, which I provided, and later agreed to refund me. They requested I initiate the refund process through eBay as they couldn't do it directly. As the purchase is not appearing on eBay anymore, I'm seeking assistance here to resolve the matter. I prefer to have the item resent as agreed or accept a refund if that works better for them. Thanks, James K.

I recently ordered 2 sets of Thai knives that I never received. I messaged asking for a refund but only received half the total amount as I mistakenly mentioned one order instead of two. I should have clarified that the order consisted of two sets. I am seeking a refund for the remaining half. Despite replying to the email acknowledging the partial refund, I haven't received any further response. It seems Ebay may not address such communication. eBay, I have not been able to communicate regarding a closed case issue. I am yet to receive a refund for my payment to my original source. The case in question is ID: [redacted], involving eBay customer service and Seller ID: dreamcli-0. I used my credit card to pay $[redacted] on 16th September, [redacted], for the Gemini AS-12BLU Portable 12-inch Active Powered Bluetooth speaker with a microphone. Despite filing for a refund since not receiving the item, I have not received the $[redacted] refund promised in the email on 27th October [redacted]. It stated that the refund was processed back to the original funding source, but as of today, 16th November [redacted], I have not received it. I urge eBay customer service to address this matter promptly as it is their responsibility to refund the payment to the original source. Requesting a swift response from eBay customer service.

I recently set up an eBay selling account this week. However, today when trying to log in, I received a notification that my eBay selling privileges have been revoked. The message stated that my account was suspended due to concerns with my account activity. It seems like I might have unknowingly violated a term of service on the platform. I'm new to selling on eBay and was eager to start a business there. I had only posted one listing before my account was banned. I'm confused about the reasons behind this action and would appreciate some help in resolving this matter.
