Also, been calling and leaving messages for someone to call me back since then. The following information has been emailed before. I'm trying again to get satisfaction from you without contacting ebay directly. I ordered * of the above cameras on October *, ****. Although your cameras have the round antennas and read "Code Black" in the description, I assumed they were just an updated version of the cameras I already have, which are blade cameras and are "Code Black" cameras. Your cameras, nowhere on the boxes or on the cameras, does it have "Code Black." which leads me to believe they are not really "Code Black," cameras. I have a Covert Wireless account which I am able to utilize totally with my blade cameras, which is why I subscribed to the plan. I am able to make changes to my camera settings through my Covert Wireless app on my cell phone to my camera without having to drive an hour, (one-way) to do so. With the cameras I ordered from you, I cannot do that. I have to drive an hour and physically make the changes to the camera settings on the camera. Therefore, it is not in my best interest to keep these cameras, since it is not totally compatible with my Covert Wireless app. I just spoke with a Covert Wireless representative prior to emailing you to make sure I was doing everything correctly before contacting you and they confirmed what I had already learned* your cameras are not compatible with their app. Could you please send me a Free Shipping Return Label asap so that I can return the * cameras? I would like to exchange them if at all possible for * DLC Covert Game Camera Code Black AT&T LTE Mossy Oak Country * ****, if you have them in stock. If you do not have them, please send my money back.
