I need assistance regarding my suspended Ebay account under the email [redacted] The reason given for the suspension was vague, and it happened right after winning a bid. The seller is trying to contact me but I cannot respond. I have been attempting to resolve this issue with no success. Suspending an account while blocking all communication channels is frustrating. I would appreciate speaking with a representative from Ebay to address this matter promptly.

Numerous vendors on eBay are selling a product called kopi luwak, which is exclusively harvested from a particular animal species. Sadly, these animals are being subjected to horrendous conditions to obtain this rare coffee bean. They are wild creatures caught in small cages and compelled to ingest coffee beans against their will to generate profits for vendors. The deplorable situation has been extensively reported by reputable sources such as USAToday and Metro. Allowing the sale of this coffee on eBay perpetuates the notion that profiting from cruelty and mistreatment of animals is justifiable. In late August [redacted], I experienced an issue with a Samsonite suitcase purchase that I did not receive. I reached out to PayPal for a refund, which was processed earlier this month. My concern now is whether there is a money-back guarantee for the Samsonite Theoni Large 75 cm Hardside Suitcase in red (item number [redacted]) if I purchase it from the eBay site. I purchased the Neatcell Laser Blue for treating dark spots, pigmentation, and acne scars. Shortly after buying it, a professional cautioned me that it's only safe for salon use, not for beginners at home as it could be risky. I immediately requested a refund from the seller, as this information was not disclosed in the description. Despite trying to reach out multiple times on Sunday, I couldn't get a response. Based on her feedback, it seems she might ignore my request and still ship the item. Are there any steps I can take in this situation?

Last month, I purchased Rejuran serum from a seller on eBay whom I had bought from previously. Despite attempting to reach out to the seller before placing my order and receiving no response, I went ahead with the purchase for USD179.99. Upon confirming the purchase, I eagerly awaited the shipment which unfortunately did not arrive. I initiated a return request, but eBay advised me to try contacting the seller directly first. Despite multiple attempts to communicate with the seller yielding no response, I escalated the issue by contacting eBay for assistance. As a devoted eBay customer, I am disheartened by this experience and hope for a prompt resolution to this matter.

Last week, I had a conversation with a representative regarding a shoe cabinet I purchased. Unfortunately, some parts were missing upon delivery, and after multiple attempts to address the issue, the incorrect parts were sent to me. I requested for them to collect the cabinet, but was informed that I would have to pay for the return as I no longer wanted it. They are now requesting photos of the items sent and a reiteration of the missing parts. This has been a frustrating experience, and I would appreciate any assistance in resolving this matter.

I bought a full-body electric massage chair using my credit card. When I checked my orders, it showed that the item was not purchased because the payment was not received. I canceled that order and bought a similar chair using PayPal, which was successful. I don't feel it's fair that I have to cover the return shipping cost for the canceled chair. Thank you, Chris C.

Out of the 12 coupons, codes, and eBay bucks I have, none of them seem to work! I activated the 5x eBay bucks offer for items over $50, but only received 2% instead of the promised 10%. I'm frustrated; can someone help me with this issue? It seems the discount is not applying to the item I purchased, although the promotion did not specify any exclusions. Is anyone else facing this problem? I'm also having trouble accessing my total bucks earned; every time I try, it just brings me back to the summary page. When I click on eBay Bucks, it redirects me to a strange summary page with no option to view my bucks unless I go through eBay directly. The PICKFAST code is also not working, and when I called Customer Service...

Item # [redacted][redacted]83 was returned by the buyer due to concerns about the rough and uncomfortable handles, along with a bit of peeling. The handles have a glitter surface, which is intended to provide a rough texture. While the purse was in great condition as described, the buyer is requesting a refund excluding original and return shipping due to buyer's remorse. I have a solid reputation as a buyer and seller with positive feedback. The buyer in question has received 5 feedback ratings in the past year.

I attempted to purchase using a gift card, but the system processed a partial payment from the gift card and then charged an unclear amount to my PayPal account without permission. After spending over 4 hours on the phone with customer service and managers, no resolution was reached. A manager mentioned a refund within 24 hours, yet it has now been three days with no refund, email, or solution. I've been on the phone for hours today and was promised a call back from another manager within 2 hours, which never happened. When I called back, there was confusion about how to reach the previous manager. This has been an incredibly frustrating experience. I demand a full refund and assurance that I can use the gift cards as intended. The purchase was meant to rectify a previous scam incident that corporate did not address. The ongoing problem has lasted for over a month. Trying to contact corporate via phone only abruptly ends the call without alternatives, leaving email as the only point of contact. Overall, the customer service experience has been severely lacking.

I recently purchased two identical chairs, but I received two different chairs instead. I have been in contact with the seller, who will only collect the wrong item if I close the eBay return first. This leaves me feeling unprotected. I am reaching out to see if eBay can step in and assist as the website currently does not offer me the option to involve eBay. I would like either the wrong item to be collected and replaced with the correct one I ordered, or I would like both items to be collected for a full refund so I can make the purchase elsewhere.

Hello, a few years ago, I used to sell on eBay and maintained a [redacted]% seller rating. Unfortunately, after being hospitalized for a month due to a motorcycle accident, I received several negative feedbacks for delayed deliveries. I was contacted by the customer who stated that the item they received arrived completely shattered. I had taken great care to package the item securely and had followed all guidelines to guarantee its safe delivery in pristine condition. After reviewing the images provided by the customer, it is evident that the item suffered substantial damage, with pieces broken off and some missing. Additionally, it appears that the courier attempted to remedy the situation by using tape to mask the damage, despite being aware of the issue. I possess all the necessary evidence including the customer's photos and our email correspondence.

I believe I should not be required to pay taxes on an item that I did not end up purchasing. The CBX1000 motorcycle I intended to buy from the USA will not be purchased now. I informed the seller that I am unable to afford the motorcycle due to a sudden illness requiring an expensive operation. I have already paid a $[redacted] deposit for the bike, which I have unfortunately lost as the owner refused to refund it. I initiated a return on eBay, but the label generated by eBay was rejected by the post office due to the parcel's size, requiring a different label. Despite my attempts to contact eBay, I have been unsuccessful. Consequently, I proceeded to cancel the return with the intention of reopening it with a different carrier, only to find that the return option is no longer available. Despite not receiving the charger, I contacted the seller who informed me it would be delivered in November due to lack of stock. Not wanting to wait, I initiated a return for a refund. I was charged extra tax on an item I bought. I reached out to eBay, and they referred me to the Ca. Tax Bureau. After contacting them, they insisted eBay was responsible for the tax. Following up with eBay, a representative promised to investigate but hasn't responded in over four days. I was charged $8.35 tax on a $35.00 item, while Ca. mentioned their tax rate is around 7.5 percent. This experience has made me question future eBay purchases if tax calculations remain inaccurate.

I am writing about the Home & Office LED bulb I received, advertised as a direct replacement for the par 16 hi spot bulb. The seller's page is misleading as it does not specify that one needs to check the description to see it's a different bulb, bigger in size. This could lead buyers to receive an unexpected product. Despite being labeled as a direct replacement, the size difference should have been clearly stated. Many eBay customers, including myself, might face this issue. I have already contacted customer service about this but have not received a response. Therefore, due to this misleading information, I am requesting a refund without having to cover the shipping costs. Regards, Joseph.
