I have called NUMEROUS times to get a refund, that I was PROMISED, via Ebay. I reported a seller who was selling counterfeit items, in this case--a CD of **** Microsoft Office Plus. After buying the software on August *, ****, the seller immediately messaged even before I received the product, telling me NOT to contact Ebay for this order (because it's an illegal product). This seller has had his account suspended multiple times for inauthentic items. His products are heavily discounted and they're short duration listings. When I received the CD, it was obvious it was fake. I have tried communicating with the seller, but I cannot send him messages because his account is chronically suspended. The purchase was handled through Integrated, not PayPal and I do not have any records of this transaction, including my credit card statement. I have started this customer service process ** months ago. I was told through a supervisor over *,*** copies of the software sold. Ebay made a decision to refund the item, regardless of the ** day money back guarantee, the $**.** refund would be deposited directly into my Ebay account within * business days. I called back on day twelve and still nothing. I have spoken to Jerome and Mo over the past two weeks. I was promised a phone call back within ** hours from my last conversation with customer service but that didn't happen. This was a decision made by Ebay for those who called and reported this, and no action has been done to correct and fix the problem. ****** call with Jerome**-**************-**************Follow up call *** with Mo**-**************Mo was going to get in touch with Jerome and I was promised a phone call back within ** hours and that didn't happen. I have also repeatedly asked to be CC'd included on the emails with customer service agents, but that was not an option since it was an "internal issue". I have no way to be included in this process and I am having to keep my own records since Ebay has not taken any action and FIXED the problem. Each time I call back, I have to re-explain my situation to several agents and apparently there is no context on my account about continuing this quest. So I have to start from the beginning each call, because there's no record of my previous attempts about this specific situation. The agents sound like I'm making this all up. Just needing my refund from Ebay as promised.
