The seller did not send me the branded item as listed and shown in the photos but instead a generic copy of it. I am frustrated about having to cover the return costs for their mistake as it is difficult for me to reach the post office due to my disability. It seems unjust to pay for return postage on an item I did not order. I believe this is fraudulent behavior and the seller should be prohibited from selling on eBay. I am seeking a full refund and would like to dispose of the item. I am disappointed with this experience and intend to purchase the authentic branded item from Amazon instead. I spoke with a representative on July 2nd about a purchase issue. The buyer is requesting a refund, but after reviewing the item, the representative (Sharina) confirmed that it was as described and no refund was necessary. She mentioned the buyer might file a claim and advised waiting 3 days before contacting eBay, as the resolution would likely be in favor of the seller (my senior mom). I encountered an issue where I created a new eBay account, which was my first one. However, after two days, my account got suspended. I contacted eBay, and they advised me to link a PayPal account, which I did. Unfortunately, after another two days, my account got suspended again. I need assistance with a recent return. I bought a pair of Freya Sansa briefs/knickers from Belle Lingerie on June 28th and returned them the same day using a Royal Mail medium bag. Regrettably, I didn't track the parcel. The seller is now refusing to issue a refund. Despite successfully ordering many items on eBay, I feel this particular seller is not trustworthy. I have already provided copies of the receipt, return sheet, and original order form to them. This is the fourth return I've had to make recently, which is unusual for me. I want to report a potential fraud incident involving a buyer with the username "615misathebear." They cancelled a PayPal e-check that appeared as paid but the payment has not been reflected in my balance. I proceeded with shipping the item because it showed as paid on eBay and PayPal until PayPal notified me that the check didn't clear. The buyer mentioned multiple eBay transactions, but when I looked into it, I couldn't find any history even though their account shows they have been a member since [redacted].

I recently made a purchase on Ebay for a pair of hair tongs from Unique Culture. However, upon receiving the item, I discovered that the tongs were faulty as my hair kept slipping out of the clip. I contacted Unique Culture for a refund, and after sending the tongs back, they informed me that they could only provide a partial refund due to a damaged box. Despite acknowledging the faulty product, they mentioned they couldn't resell it with a damaged box. I am disappointed as the company is unwilling to give me a full refund for the defective product. I urge them to consider the faulty tongs and provide me with a complete refund, as I did not return them due to a change of mind but because they were subpar compared to my previous tongs. I am frustrated with trying to provide feedback on eBay. There is no chat or message center to express my thoughts effectively. The recent change in sorting items by price has made it more difficult and confusing. I used to rely on this feature, and now it's no longer the same. I find it unnecessary and frustrating. I won't be making purchases on eBay until this is resolved. Please explain this change and let me know when it will be fixed. I am very disappointed with this update.

I am dissatisfied with my experience with Elegant Showers, a seller on eBay. I ordered a sliding shower door with specific dimensions but later found a cheaper option on eBay. Despite confirming my requirements with the seller, I received a different shower door with incorrect specifications. Despite my PayPal account being inactive at the time of purchase due to limitations imposed by PayPal, I accommodated the customer's urgent need for the item. The customer assured me that once my PayPal account was reactivated, they would make the payment. Subsequently, a non-payment case was automatically opened and closed by eBay without receiving payment, even though the customer received the item in a timely manner, with tracking information available. Despite multiple attempts to contact eBay for assistance in receiving payment, I have been advised to reach out to the customer directly for payment. However, the customer is now refusing to pay via PayPal invoice and insists on paying through eBay, even though the non-payment case has been closed by eBay. This has put me in a difficult situation, as the customer initially shared credit card details with me for payment, which are documented in our messages. I have shown trust by not using this information and patiently waited for my PayPal account to be reactivated. I kindly request your prompt intervention in facilitating the release of the payment owed by the customer. Thank you.

I am experiencing issues with my Apple phone from the latest generation. It has a glitch where it starts making emergency calls on its own, even with the SOS feature turned off. The screen freezes randomly, and the phone stops working unexpectedly. Additionally, it takes over 4 hours to fully charge, indicating a potential problem with the charger or the phone's hardware. I am reaching out for help from eBay as I am facing an issue with an order. The item I received was supposed to be a set of three bras, but I only received one. I have an eBay gift card that I received as a Christmas gift in [redacted]. I used it to purchase something online (a silicone butt enhancer, to be precise) about a year ago. Despite being a sixty-three-year-old woman, I had never made an online purchase before, which is why the gift card remained unused for so long. Recently, I tried to check the remaining balance to buy a phone mount for my car. However, when I entered the redemption code, an error message appeared saying the numbers belong to a different account. I'm concerned that I might lose the phone mount if it's running low in stock.

I initiated a return for a package more than two weeks ago. Tracking initially showed it was returned to the USPS hub but then stopped updating. After contacting the seller, I discovered the package was lost. The seller opened a case without informing me, leading to eBay siding with them due to the package not reaching them.
