I tried to buy a cell phone battery by clicking the buy button. They requested my information to ship the battery. I provided the details, but I do not own a US mobile phone as I reside near the border, in Rosarito, Mexico. My post office box is in San Ysidro. I receive my orders through a private postal service from there. Unfortunately, they are unable to fulfill the order because of the incorrect cell phone number.

Item ID: [redacted]00 I accepted a best offer for this item but the buyer requested to cancel as he misunderstood the product. I followed eBay's process to cancel the transaction, waiting for the buyer's response. Despite my efforts, the buyer was told he doesn't need to take any action. Both of us are eager to cancel the transaction to avoid any negative impact. How can we ensure the cancellation goes through without any issues?

I sent an email previously regarding my purchase of The Complete Diabetes Cookbook as an ebook through a guest account. I intended to return it, believing it was a physical copy, and the seller agreed to the return. However, I have yet to receive my refund due to a technical issue. Ebay mentioned they would intervene after a certain period, and it seems that I have successfully returned the item as per their records. The item number is [redacted]22, and the return ID is [redacted]. Your communication stated that if the matter isn't addressed by May 13th, there might be a delay in processing my refund. I am eager to have this resolved promptly and receive my refund. Thank you.

Dear eBay Customer Service, I would like to express my gratitude for the amazing platform you provide. I want to share my brief experience with eBay. I discovered eBay while searching for a platform to sell my father's old items. It has been the best choice for me. I uploaded various antiques and sold some at very affordable prices to gain experience. I covered the shipping costs myself, even for the last sale of two jackets for just $10 each. I incurred losses on shipping to improve my understanding of how eBay operates. Unfortunately, I fell ill and shipped a product without retaining the tracking number, though I have images of all items I dispatched. A month later, the customer informed me that she had not received the item. I promptly apologized and refunded her money, despite the shipping cost being $20 - which exceeds the average daily wage of $15 in Hungary. Subsequently, I engaged several Chinese suppliers, and one offered a collaboration opportunity with a contract. Regrettably, I have been suspended from eBay. I acknowledge my mistake and assure you it will not be repeated. Kindly consider reinstating my selling privileges on eBay. Thank you for your understanding, and I eagerly await your response. Best regards, [Initials]

I recently bought a part for my [redacted] Lincoln Town Car - I ordered the passenger side mirror, but received the driver's side instead. Although I tried to stop the shipment before it was sent, I received the wrong part. I contacted them and got a return ID ([redacted]), but faced technical issues while trying to print the shipping label from their website. Instead, I sent the part back via UPS ground to Heartland Auto Salvage at [redacted] NE Kincaid Rd, Topeka, KS 66[redacted] on April 23rd from Provo, Utah with tracking number 1Z5Y6Y[redacted]41. Unfortunately, they didn't have the mirror I needed. I've reached out to E bay and Heartland Auto Salvage but haven't heard back yet.

Hello, I am a buyer experiencing an issue with a non-delivered item. I made a purchase on December 2, [redacted], and the seller did not provide a tracking number. Despite agreeing to wait longer and the seller allegedly sending the item twice more without tracking, it has not arrived. The seller, single2000, is unresponsive to my messages. The item in question is a Bike Cycling Chain Cleaner Bike Cleaning Machine Brushes Bicycle Wash Tool New, priced at $4.99 with the item number [redacted]50. I am unable to open a case or use the Resolution Center as the item does not appear there. I am seeking a refund as the seller is unwilling to provide one. Any assistance would be appreciated. Thank you.

I placed two orders with an eBay seller on May 11, [redacted]. After reconsidering, I attempted to cancel the orders but did not receive any response despite sending multiple emails on the same day. eBay was contacted, and a request was made on May 11th to prevent the seller from shipping the items with eBay to get involved on May 17th. On May 13th, I sent two more emails to the seller without a response until the evening, where I was informed that the orders were already shipped. The seller's delayed response on May 13th raises concerns as I had attempted to cancel on the same day. I have disputed the charges and will need to contact eBay for a shipping label. As per the confirmation number, the items are in transit, although I had tried to cancel them. The seller's refusal to cancel the orders is frustrating.

I purchased around 10 electronic vapes/mods from eBay. Unfortunately, I have only received 2 of them, while 3-4 are missing. In addition to the missing items, I received random items I didn't order. I requested a refund for the missing products and was successful in getting my payment back. However, dealing with fake items has been a different challenge. Multiple sellers accused me of attempting to scam them, claiming I used the same reason (friend's birthday). Despite trying to return the items, they are refusing to cover the return costs. It seems like a complicated situation. I listed the products I am having issues with in case that helps: yylx-s8's Original infinix pod, hfkj-[redacted]'s original freemax mesh pro, and huan_june's infinix pod. My main goal is to get a refund for these items.

I purchased an item on eBay that was needed by Friday, March 17th. Despite not receiving the item due to the seller's unreliable behavior, I no longer require it as I bought a similar product elsewhere. I am seeking a refund for the item purchased. I have contacted the seller via email with no response. Unfortunately, I used a guest account for the purchase and cannot access any additional information. The product I ordered is 'Script Names Letters Words MDF Personalised Book Art Wooden Wood Wedding SF' for £3.38, inclusive of delivery. Although the payment has been deducted from my bank account, the seller claims they have not received the order. The item number is [redacted]66, and I received the order confirmation on May 12th at 9:37 pm. I kindly request assistance in obtaining my refund. Thank you. - Lena

I need to file a serious complaint as I am very upset. The delivery driver arrived at my house where a motorbike was parked in the front yard. He came in angrily, kicked my door, and when I opened it, he expressed impatience since he couldn't bring in the parcel. He used offensive language towards me, damaged my motorbike, refused to deliver the parcel, and drove away. I managed to note down the license plate number which is LX60ZMZ. This incident was extremely frightening, especially with the insults directed at my elderly mother. I need this matter resolved promptly as it has left me feeling unsafe. I will not be requesting another delivery after this experience. Thank you.

I am an 84-year-old retiree with limited mobility due to a disability. I recently bought an electric portable wheelchair to assist me, but it's too heavy for me to lift into my SUV alone. To solve this issue, I purchased a wheelchair ramp from eBay, hoping it would help me load the wheelchair into my car. Unfortunately, the ramp is also too heavy for me to manage independently. I need to return it for a full refund. The product is an "8ft. Folding Portable Wheelchair Ramp" with eBay item number [redacted]81, costing $[redacted].99. I tried to follow the eBay return procedure, but the product does not appear in my order history. I kindly request a full refund as I am on a fixed retirement income. Thank you for your understanding.-Richard L. Tavrow

I purchased a golf cart from someone named Angela Kior in April [redacted]. She suggested using her eBay account for the transaction and I followed her instructions. I sent $[redacted] in eBay gift cards for the purchase, referencing the eBay Motors Protection order #[redacted]. Later, I was asked to send an additional $[redacted] for shipping insurance, which I did promptly. However, I have not been able to reach Angela or eBay Motors since then, and I have not received the golf cart as of today, 5/16/[redacted]. I am unfamiliar with eBay transactions as I am not a regular customer, and now I'm unsure how to proceed to either get my $[redacted] back or receive the golf cart. Any advice on how to resolve this situation would be greatly appreciated.

I recently purchased a Samsung Tab on eBay, but unfortunately, the item I received did not match the description. The listing stated it was a brand new tablet in the original packaging, but what I received was a used tablet in an opened box with no original packaging. Moreover, the tablet had clearly been used as it was already turned on and had a scratch on it. I have initiated a return case, but the seller has been unresponsive and has not provided a return label for me to send the item back. The eBay deadline for the return is approaching, yet I am unable to get in touch with the seller or eBay for assistance. Your help with this matter would be greatly appreciated.

I have not yet received my order, specifically the Lord of the Rings chopping board. eBay denied my refund request without a proper investigation even though I appealed it. The seller contacted me to inform that the board was returned to them. I insist that I never received it and eBay should have refunded me accordingly. I am frustrated with eBay's handling of my case and am now seeking a refund from either the seller, PayPal, or my card issuer. There is evidence in my messages from Sumagics confirming that the board was returned to them, supporting my claim that I did not get the item.

Recently, I purchased a dashcam from a seller for $44.46, and unfortunately, it arrived with an issue not reading the sd card. After leaving negative feedback, the seller contacted me to convert it to positive for a replacement. They assured me no need to return the faulty item. I followed their request, expecting a working replacement. The seller initially promised a tracking number upon shipment, but it has not been provided even after a month. I am disappointed with the seller and eBay, unable to lodge a complaint. I have the message evidence of this exchange with the seller.

Dear Sir/Madam, I'm reaching out for assistance as I am at a loss on how to proceed with a troubling situation. I purchased parts from an eBay seller named Koreaparts. Despite assurances from the seller that the parts would be compatible with my vehicle, they did not fit upon arrival. I requested a refund from the seller, who agreed, but complications arose as the parts were in Curacao and took longer to reach the US. I initiated the return process and requested a refund on eBay. However, after several days without communication from the seller, I tracked the package and found it had been delivered and received by someone named T. Wilson. The seller claims they did not receive it. Despite my continuous efforts to resolve the issue, the eBay case expired and was closed without a resolution. I am now stuck without a refund and no package. I appeal to you for assistance in resolving this frustrating situation. Your prompt help would be greatly appreciated. Regards, Rofarly Martina

Hello! I recently bought a trench coat from a seller based in Macedonia, who claimed it was a genuine Burberry coat. Unfortunately, when it arrived, I discovered a defect in the coat's lining and that it was not authentic Burberry. After contacting the seller, we agreed on a refund once I sent the coat back. It took a while for the package to reach Macedonia, but tracking now shows it has been delivered. eBay closed the case without a refund. I'm disappointed with this outcome, having paid over [redacted] € for a defective and fake coat. I feel deceived. I urge eBay to reconsider by reopening the case and reviewing the provided pictures, alongside the tracking information confirming delivery to Macedonia. I'm eagerly awaiting my refund through PayPal. Thank you for your attention! Best, Kadri K. (username: kadrikomariko)

I am reaching out because I am distressed about a letter I received from a company called IMFS claiming I owed £67 to eBay three years ago. I verified with eBay that it was a scam, as they confirmed they would contact me via email if there were any outstanding payments. Now, IMFS is insisting on a reduced payment, despite me not owing anything to eBay. I have involved the police and the online fraud department, and I seek assistance to stop these threatening letters. As a disabled individual struggling with chronic pain and anxiety, this situation is very troubling for me. The fraud department advised me to contact them if I receive further correspondence. Thank you, Margaret Moralee.
