And you're my last hope to resolve this issue.***I've never sold anything on ebay when a buyer asked for a refund cause she wasn't happy with the item I refunded her the full amount of £**.** and because of that I was unaware she needed to send me the item first, and asked that she return my item ASAP, after * days without my Item arrive, I contact her and ask if she returned my Item, she said no and I say to her if I didn't contact her about send my Item back she wouldn't never returned it, I said to her I would pick up myself and she told me her husband would be waiting for me on the door! after this argue she said to me she wont speak with me no more and since that day I've send her inumerous email*messages and still dont have a replay!**contacted ebay several times about the issue and they said to me on customer service is nothing they can do....I contact them again a few days later and a nice guy talk to me on the webchat live and says to me to do not worry about he would send an email to the buyer and to think positive about the outcome! waited for * days without a repaly from the ebay and yesterday night ******** contact again the customer service on live webchat and I was told this time by a guy named james, once I've refund the buyer the full amount she has the right to keep my item!!! I was in shock in hear that from him, everytime I call ebay I get different answers from different customer service representatives, why we get different answers from different persons everytime we call!***Now I'm trying to contact the buyer to return my item everyday and she doesn't replay to my messages on my eBay! Also EBay have been trying to contact buyer and she doesn't replay to eBay messages! Clearly is a fraud, she keep my item and the money as I'm new in the eBay, just start selling in the beginning of the march ****!*This situation is very painful, depressing, can't understand why EBay don't do nothing about to create an harmony when problems arise, why EBAY dont refund me my money, but in the end I still need to pay the fees and this is not fair on SELLERS.!**We are talking about a multi million pound business who should support more their sellers as EBay is nothing without the sellers I suppose!*This leave to many question about EBay protecting is sellers as the few item I've to sell is my treasure and my start up to the business on eBay and a blow from buyer is less money I've to live on and to reinvest as this is my only income at the moment!* *I'm not rich or swimming in money, I just want fairness in my problem being resolved as this is starting affecting ,I can't sleep, think properly, concentrate, eat, feel depressed every time I start think about the issue and try to understand why!!*Just want my t shirt back or the money and the problem will be done for me, otherwise is considered fraud and I'll claim against on action fraud or police or even send the chat transcripts and recorded calls on my mobile to channel * news, the guardian etc .*As I've full details of the buyer, full name, address, etc. and The thing is up setting me more is she still selling on ebay and do things freely, so I ask where is the fairness here? she have my money and my Tshirt!?*If the issue persists and nothing is done, I will need to report this.** kindly could you please help me resolve this problem mr.
