Your customer service is an absolute disgrace.** “Shop with confidence eBay money back guarantee” only to be told that I’m not covered. What a joke. **If I purchase an item and it does not get delivered, it is the seller’s (the person I have paid money to) responsibly to rectify this, either by sending me another item or refunding me MY MONEY. I do not expect, as a buyer, to be kept waiting nearly three months for the situation to get resolved, only to have the case closed with no rectification. To add insult to injury, clearly unhappy with the final outcome, I opt to finally leave negative feedback, something I have never done in almost * years on this account with eBay, only to find out I can no longer leave feedback BECAUSE OF HOW LONG AGO I MADE THE PURCHASE!!! Surely the fact that I was still waiting for an item nearly three months after I PAID for it, would only strengthen my reason to leave feedback. I want to know EXACTLY why I have been refused a refund, when the seller has not delivered what I have PAID for and why eBay (that’s you) have also failed to follow through with your promise of “money back guarantee” **This is essentially theft and fraud and I fully expect either a full refund from yourselves or from the seller, who currently still has in their possession, MY money.
