Hey,**For start, *I am from Israel and the seller ships internationally.**I have offered an offer for a shirt I please. *the offers was approved.*I’ve been trying to pay with my rechargeable post office credit card directly via the debit*credit card option on checkout because PayPal doesn’t accept my card even though it works (worked...) perfectly fine - and fail.*I have attempted paying via the EBay app, the web site in its various forms, classic and regular - using a computer and a smartphone.*When I try to pay* “we can’t process your payment. Please select a different payment method or check your payment datails” red labeling occurs.*My credit card is straight forward OK - it is a visa, it was used too-many-times-to-count before on eBay in order to buy a comprehensive variety of items from a broad spectrum of sellers. *Ebay won’t let me pay despite the fact that the visa has enough money charged in it, the expiration date is on point and my account is legit.***My visa details are :******* **** **** ***********CVC - ****Name - POSTIL *********The garment I’m interested to buy :**Richard James Rainbow striped spread collar modern dress shirt *****.***Item number - ************.**The kind, patient and professional seller even relisted the shirt notifying me so I can offer again and attempt paying because we thought the problems lays in the actual invoice, well, it doesn’t.**My wanted solution is plain and simple:*I wish to pay the kind seller and finish the transaction in a dignified way.
