On December **st, I got an offer for $*** for my Roxy snowboard. Item number ************. I accepted the offer and was waiting to be paid for shipping. In the meantime, I had the board safely wrapped to ship. A day later I was still not paid. The buyer, Keru-**, messaged me that she was not aware shipping would be so much and was hoping to spend $*** total. I clearly had listed plus shipping. I cancelled her order at her request. On January *rd, she put in another offer for $***. I accepted so it would help her out with the shipping cost. I also found a cheaper shipping option (usps retail ground). Again it took her multiple days to pay and asked several questions about the board. I told her there were scratches on the black part. I also reminded her it was a used board as stated in my listing. **Yesterday January **th, the messages began again. She messaged that the snowboard did not look the same in person from the pictures. She stated there was rust on the metal. The only metal on the board is by the bindings. She also said the edges were dented, which is not true. She again brought up the scratching, which I reminded her that I told her about this and put it in my description. I spoke to a representative on eBay so he filed this report for me. He told me to contact PayPal which I did so my money was not on hold anymore. He read my messages and saw clearly that I told her about the scratches. **I offered her $** more off or a refund so I could stop getting these extorting messages. She has not responded. At this time I am going to block her and not respond because I work full time as a school teacher and can not be getting this harassing messages all day. She even stated, “I would have already contacted eBay if I wanted a full refund.” So I am unsure of her intentions. I believe I am being extorted for more money off. If she wants to return the board, she should have to pay for shipping. I am very nervous she may have damaged the board more out of spite. I don’t feel she should get a refund as in my listing I stated NO RETURNS. I am hoping eBay will step in and support me through this negative experience.
