I sold a MacBook Pro to rosel-**** for £***, after about a month or so the buyer notified me about problems with the Mac and wanted a refund, The problems described by Rosel-**** were not ones which I knew about it. However he went ahead to make a return case to eBay, and eBay issued a refund immediately without hearing my side of the case. Anyway * months has passed and the laptop has remained unboxed in the packaging it was returned to me in as Protest to this decision, however I opened it today for the first time only to find that the laptop is completely different from when I sent it to rosel-****, it doesn’t work whatsoever anymore, doesn’t even start up, and the screen is completely black, I have looked into every way to make my claim to eBay but the case has been closed, although I have let * months pass but I remember at the time then doing nothing to protect sellers and I have been returned a product which is not work at all how I sent it off and I’d like a full or at least partial refund from roses-**** who has returned my laptop to me broken. **Item number - ************
