Hey guys hope your doing good. So for case number *********** there is still a problem. *So it started off with me selling the iPhone * and the customer paid the money no problem. Then he got the device and was unsatisfied with one thing (there were missing screws in the problem) I then offered to send him screws for the bottom. He then requested a return. I told him that I don't do returns normally but would be willing to return it and refund him **%. I did not hear from him for several weeks. By this time PayPal unfreezed the money in my account and I received the *** dollars. Then a few weeks later the customer complained and *** dollars randomly went missing in my bank account. Which would have been fine, however I did not receive the iPhone * that I sold, or even a tracking number.*The reason that I am thinking this is not fair is because I never officially agrees to the return. While it is true that I suggested it in a eBay message I never got confirmation from him that this happened. *About * weeks ago I called a eBay customer service (who did a wonderful job) and she said that what happened was not fair. And she assured me that I would either receive the phone again or the *** dollars. *It is nearing almost a month since I have heard anything else about the dispute, and I just wanted to follow up. *Also I am currently out of the country on a service project and will be until early March, and with that I do not have phone service. *If I could just receive some sort of update on the dispute that would be great. Thanks so much.
