I am trying to find out how an info on the screen you agree with is changed with no warning and then it's too late to cancel or rectify. ... I paid and received an iPhone * (Tracking *:*TWZ********) (member ID nanat.au.yg*wkbnl), chose the free delivery offered which did show on the screen on step * of the ordering ($*), but the step * (Submit) showed a $** delivery. I did not have time to stop the order, it was sent automatically.*The seller says I did click on the Express delivery. I know I did not because I shopped around and chose this seller who offered the free delivery. The seller told me to refer the matter to eBay as they cannot do anything. *I did contact eBay but got nowhere and it's been a week already since I received the item and a word from eBay.*I have referred the matter to ACCC to see if they can get an answer why the postage fee suddenly appeared on the last step of the ordering when I never asked for it.*Maybe you can still help? I refuse to pay for a service I never asked. I am demanding a refund.*By the same token, I also ordered at the same time a case for the phone with free delivery that arrived a day after the phone. The delivery was free as said and perfect. *Thanking you.
I seem to talk to a wall whether it's the seller or eBay
I am expecting a refund.
I hardly use eBay to buy online for that very reason: there's always a problem and it's always difficult for me to have the problem rectify. And once again here and now.
I have referred the matter to ACCC
