I purchased the Capodimonte Urn, [redacted]/[redacted], Italy with Lion Finial, Relief, Handpainted by K.B.N.Y from seller gingerlightworker on eBay. My username is lena-law. The sale date was on 7th December [redacted]. Due to the time zone difference in Europe, I missed the payment deadline. The seller has possibly removed the item from eBay, but she mentioned she would accept the payment if eBay contacts her. I need assistance to finalize this transaction and make the payment within eBay's framework. Could you provide me with a phone number to reach a live representative from eBay? This item is a promised gift, and I am eager to settle this matter without any issues. Thank you for your help. Lena-Law.

I encountered a continuous issue on eBay where Croatian Post's tracking updates were not visible. Consequently, the buyer received a full refund of $[redacted]. In the open case, I included the tracking number and referenced multiple postal websites displaying the package's transit and delivery status. Last month, I initiated an International Mail Search and obtained the buyer's signature upon item collection. Regrettably, the buyer ignored my messages since opening the case. This situation feels like a scam due to eBay's faulty tracking page. Despite contacting customer support, their claim that this issue was unprecedented is disheartening. I am willing to provide evidence of similar tracking problems with all my delivered items. The consistent display of "info received" is unacceptable for a platform as significant as eBay. How can I recover the lost funds?

Regarding item number [redacted]11, I experienced an issue where the item got deleted right after I paid for it, causing a delay in the refund process due to eBay's recent system upgrade. I reached out to the seller on October 31st for a refund, following PayPal/eBay guidelines to initiate the refund process today. However, eBay and PayPal should have intervened earlier as their systems were also at fault, leading me to directly contact the seller who has yet to respond. Below is the original message I sent on Oct 31, [redacted]: "Please issue a refund for purchased item [redacted]11 - Sony Playstation 4 PS4 Console Pack w/ Fortnite Royale Bomber Outfit [redacted] V-Bucks [PS4 Pro 1TB Fortnite Edition]. Even though the item was cancelled, the transaction has been debited from my bank account."

I received a $10 off coupon from you and used it to buy an item on my phone. However, the coupon wasn't applied to my purchase. I contacted customer support but received no assistance. I requested to speak with a supervisor and was informed one would call the next day after a 20-minute wait. I didn't receive any calls for two days, so I reached out to customer support again. Supervisor RA explained that there was nothing she could do. Disappointed by this experience, I feel it's unfortunate to lose a loyal eBay customer over a simple $10 coupon. I've decided to close my account and switch to Amazon for future purchases due to the poor customer service. I doubt I'll even get a response, so I'm sharing my disappointment with this whole situation.

I recently bought an item from a seller on eBay without registering on the site. I can't recall which email I used, as it has been a while since I made a purchase. The item has not arrived, and despite reaching out to the seller requesting a replacement after the delivery date passed, I have not received any response. I am unable to respond to eBay's email regarding this purchase issue since I made the purchase without a registered email. Even after creating an account with the email, I am still unable to resolve the problem or contact the seller. I am eager to receive the item I paid for and would appreciate eBay's assistance in resolving this matter. Thank you. I recently purchased two charm pendants but only received one in the package. Despite contacting eBay and the seller, the issue remains unresolved. After several calls and complaints, including speaking with a representative named Jamie who promised to follow up and failed to do so, the situation persists. I have been given conflicting information and inadequate assistance, leading to frustration and wasted time. I expect the missing item or a refund promptly. My attempts to escalate the matter to a manager or supervisor have been unsuccessful. If not resolved promptly, I will seek legal advice and may share my experience on social media to highlight eBay's poor customer service.

My attorney recommended that I reach out to you regarding the improper closure of my account by a representative in the Philippines. They labeled my items as reproductions and flagged my prop money as well as my World War II and copper coins as counterfeit. Surprisingly, I bought these coins from trusted eBay sellers. This unjust action has not only cost me hundreds of dollars in lost sales, but it also led to a case being opened against me because the items couldn't be located due to my account being wrongly suspended twice. My legal counsel has advised me to escalate this matter to eBay headquarters and has prepared a letter for the vice president regarding the situation. Additionally, I have all the necessary documentation to support my case, including proof of purchase for my collectible items.

Regarding item: [redacted]86 Unfortunately, the seller won a return case against me, and I received a gloating message from them. Here is the content of the message: "Hi there, I wanted to clarify that I won't be issuing you a refund as I successfully opened a case regarding the item's condition. The negative feedback you left has been removed by eBay, as they found my communication with you to be professional, and the item description was accurate. Additionally, you have been blocked from purchasing from my store. Please remember to carefully read item descriptions before making a purchase to avoid misunderstandings. Best regards, Samantha" I had left negative feedback, which was removed, stating, "Seller has a smart arrogant attitude = poor customer service." I would like this feedback to be reinstated for the item.

Hi, I recently purchased an iPhone 6S from Brandsalescorp. I specifically selected free delivery during the ordering process, but was mistakenly charged for Express delivery. The total cost showed $[redacted] with $0 postage initially, but in the final step, a $15 postage fee was added automatically. I was unable to cancel the order before it was processed. I am replacing my old phone and do not need the new one before Christmas, so I don't require Express delivery. Brandsalescorp insists that I chose Express delivery, but I am certain that I did not. I have contacted the ACCC to report this issue. Can you assist me with resolving this matter? Thank you for your help. Best regards, Natalie

The address listed for California is incorrect. Please update it to the Hatboro address within the next 48 hours to avoid any legal consequences. Additionally, there have been changes to the "pay pay" account for the past three months, leading to suspicious activities linked to your account. You are now formally notified and have a "duty of care" to address this matter. Kindly send a handwritten notification to the Hatboro PA address promptly. I have made changes to Pennsylvania's laws and regulations, making online platforms like eBay susceptible to vulnerabilities. If there are doubts regarding my message, I recommend watching the following films: "A Beautiful Mind," "The Imitation Game," and "Temple Grandin." I await a confirmation email within 48 hours and the letter within two weeks, expecting both without any excuses.

A customer recently purchased garden lights from me and claimed they were not working. Upon their return and testing, the lights are functional. The customer appears to have falsely reported the issue in order to secure a free return. He is insisting on a refund for the postage he paid initially and expects me to cover the return postage as well. This abuse of the return process is concerning. It's frustrating to be in a position where I have to cover costs for a return when the goods are not faulty. I question if other retailers would handle this situation the same way. Thanks, Stuart S. Hello, I need urgent assistance. I am residing in Saudi Arabia and had to make an international call due to a pressing matter. Unfortunately, the call ended without resolving my issue. Previously, I successfully made a purchase on eBay from one seller. However, when I attempted to buy from a different seller and entered my credit card information, I repeatedly encountered an error message stating that the payment could not be processed. This issue persists even after trying multiple credit cards and sellers. As a trader from Saudi Arabia, I have numerous items to purchase from eBay, but for two weeks now, I am unable to proceed due to this recurring problem. I am struggling to reach the customer service for assistance. Your prompt help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I purchased a 3800W Mini Electric Tankless Instant Hot Water Heater from the eBay seller "ouyou2010" on November 30th. After installation, I observed water leaking from the cold side due to a defect with the screen filter. Furthermore, there were exposed wires and the extension cord overheated dangerously when plugged in. Despite numerous emails to the seller with photos of the issues, they only request a video that I believe will not add any new information but only complicate matters. I have followed the eBay return process and requested the seller to accept the return, but they refuse. Now, I am seeking eBay's intervention for a full refund. Order details: - Item: 3800W Mini Electric Tankless Instant Hot Water Heater Kitchen Washing Faucet - Item Id: [redacted]14 - Seller Id: ouyou2010 - Return Id: [redacted] Thank you, Xiaojun Li

I recently encountered an issue with a product purchased online. Upon delivery, I discovered that the dimensions of the chair cover did not match the listing. Even though I carefully measured before placing the order, the chair cover ended up being too small, as depicted in the photos I provided to the seller. Despite the seller initially considering a partial refund, they have now requested for me to return the item at my expense, which is disappointing. The couch cover from the same order fits perfectly, but the chair cover is an incorrect size. While the cost of the item is not significant, approximately $15, the inconvenience of having to return it due to a discrepancy in the size is frustrating. I am sharing these details seeking assistance to resolve this matter. Thank you for your attention to this issue. Best regards, F.S.

I purchased a digital dehumidifier with the product number [redacted]74. After being charged £19.89, I received an email from eBay stating that my order was cancelled due to possible fraudulent activity. I reached out to the seller, charleycatcocoa, who referred me back to eBay. eBay issued a refund on 13/12, but I have yet to see the money returned to my account. I have checked both my PayPal and bank accounts with no sign of the refund. Despite attempting to contact the seller again, I have not received a response. Unfortunately, I am unable to reach eBay as my case appears closed. My case number is [redacted]. How can I go about reclaiming my funds? Thank you.

I recently sold an oven on eBay, but the buyer disputed the description. Despite my disagreement, eBay ruled in the buyer's favor, requesting a refund. Customer service advised against it to preserve my right to appeal. The appeals team in Dublin also discouraged an appeal, foreseeing a similar outcome. eBay is now insisting on a £[redacted] final value fee for intervening and asking for the refund I was told not to issue. My attempts to resolve this over the phone have been unfruitful, causing frustration. I face losing money and the oven. Your help in resolving this would be appreciated. - Nicholas

I recently received the camera I ordered, but unfortunately, the suction mount does not fit the camera body. I contacted the seller for return instructions and they proposed a 15% credit, suggesting I find a replacement mounting. After explaining the situation with two professional installers confirming it to be a custom mounting, I reiterated my request for return information. The seller asked for a photo of the mounting, which I promptly provided. However, it has been several weeks with no response. I am still seeking to return the item for a refund. Thank you, Irv G.

To Whom It May Concern, I have been a loyal customer of eBay for many years and have always received positive feedback as a buyer. I recently purchased a Commemorative [redacted] Walking Liberty Half Dollar Centennial (Item #[redacted]62) on 12/15/[redacted] but did not receive eBay Bucks credit for it. I contacted customer service, and after explaining the situation, I was informed that I was not eligible for eBay Bucks due to an improper listing of the item. Despite spending time on the phone with the help line in the Philippines, I was unable to receive any help or credit for my purchase. I am disappointed with the lack of resolution and respect I encountered during this process. As a long-term customer, I believe eBay should prioritize customer satisfaction and address this issue promptly. The $8.08 eBay Bucks credit may seem insignificant, but the principle of being disregarded due to a listing error is what concerns me the most. I kindly request that my account be credited with $8.08 in eBay Bucks. Thank you, (choh-mik)

Hello Team, I'm reaching out regarding my recent eBay purchase. I bid on the item "New 2X 8GB PC3L-[redacted] DDR3-1600mhz DDR3L 1.35V 204pin Laptop Memory Fr Kingston" today, but the listing (item# [redacted]85) has been removed, and the seller (username: vwhmoma-81) is now unregistered after I completed the payment. I received a message from eBay stating that the transaction doesn't need to be completed since the listing was removed. They mentioned that if payment was already sent, the sale would process normally. However, I am concerned about getting my money back due to the seller being unregistered now. Thank you, Bing
