I purchased an item from good-fortune-day. It is called Car Holder Windshield Mount Bracket for Mobile Cell Phone GPS iPhone Samsung. The item arrived and it was faulty so I asked for a refund. They wanted me to take a new one with a gift and a wait of ** days. I said that this would be too long as I need the item for work. They said. that they would get it sent out quicker and I eventually agreed. Telling them that if the item had not arrived by a certain time I would be asking for a refund.**After that allotted and it not arriving I made them aware that the item had not arrived. They checked and said it had been delayed and would need to be sent out again. **I said no I will take the refund and they said it would be sent within ** hours. This was about * weeks ago.**I gave it a few days and after no refund I got in touch again. Since then they keep saying the item is on its way can I wait. I have told them no and I want my refund at least * times and they keep coming back saying it is on its way, can I please wait. I have told them in no uncertain terms I want a refund. **They have messaged me again today asking me to wait. It may only be *.** but I have purchased anouther product. I have binned the original broken item as they never asked me to return it and I feel I should have no responsibility for the new item to be returned before a refund as I have told them on multiple occasions that I do not want the item before it was shipped in * occasions.
