Hi, I recently bought a $*** Cobra exhaust from leclarepowersports on EBay. I did not realize the seller was using Global shipping program to send my item until I checked out. This is my first time using this service. Anyway, to make a story short, I read some reviews about this service which had a lot of bad reviews. I then contacted the seller but too late, the seller already sent it and ask me to contact Pitney Bowes about shipping. Due to Canada Post lengthy strike, I sent * messages to Pitney Bowes shipping centre before my item arrived at their facility, trying to stop my item being sent through Canada Post. I got * replies from * different people and the last message was to inform them that my package had arrived at their facility and asked them if they could do something to avoid the delay with the strike but no one got back to me. So when I bought the item from the seller, the promised delivery date was listed between Nov. **-Dec. * but now it has been extended to Dec.*-**. I am not happy and quite frustrated with this service. All other items I bought after already came but except for this item which is still in transit. I love EBay but the global shipping program Ebay uses *****. eBay should consider stop using this service or switch to a different program. People pay more for the program but the delivery time is longer, not sure how that works.
