Hello, my comlaint is not about of this seller and the order. I just obliged to open a dispute by this way. Because of the seller has sent me a damaged item i have opened a dispute about the seller which has sent me an item. And that dispute was closed a decision by eBay that the seller has to refund me partial refund just ***$. Though about a month has passed from this decision the seller either answer to me nor refund me.I have denoted about this case many times to the customer services of eBay and has called to them about it. But because of the fee of the international calls is very expensive i cant denoted my problem till the end and the phone calls were shut up.Therefore there wasnt solution of my problem.Now i am sending to you the photos that show the item is damaged and the chats copies with eBay. I require just *** $ refund from them. The seller sent me damaged item also he didnt do full refund to me and plus he didnt refund me just *** $. How is it unjustice decide. And also i cant reopen a dispute therefore i write here. firstly the seller agreed to refund *** $ to me and asked me to close the dispute at paypal i believed him and closed the dispute. After it the seller did not agree wuth this refund. He deceived me. Therefore i write here and ask you to solve this problem. I have gave the phone to the service for its repair and i need to pay *** $ to the service to get my phone therefore the seller has to refund this *** $ to me asap. in any case i lost money because of the seller. He sent me damaged item. i have not paid such a big money for a damaged item its the seller's wrong that he sent me a damaged item. And now at least refund my ***$.
