I purchased a comforter for $98.50 on eBay, but the seller sent the wrong size. After promises to send a shipping label for a refund went unfulfilled, tensions rose in our email exchanges. The seller claimed to have refunded through PayPal, advising me to keep the comforter and cease communication. PayPal mentioned a 7-day delay due to Canadian funds, but I possess records of all conversations and emails for proof. Despite eBay's policy of stepping in if a refund isn't available in two days, I was merely transferred to PayPal when I reported the delay. Despite my frustrations, I am left waiting until 9/13/18 for the refund. I am determined to have the seller banned from eBay for their disrespect towards buyers. Even after waiting since 8/22, the seller's behavior and the lack of support from eBay and PayPal have left me utterly disappointed as a loyal buyer. I may seek alternatives for future purchases.

I purchased a 3D Lulzbot printer on September 3rd. When I tried to set it up on my Windows computer, it wasn't recognized. After contacting the seller, who couldn't assist as they used a Mac, I sought help from Lulzbot's helpline. Despite various setbacks, their tech support assisted me until the printer ran. However, a new smell emerged during printing. Following a single successful print, the printer malfunctioned. After multiple calls to Lulzbot's tech support, they diagnosed a corrupt control panel needing replacement, priced at $[redacted] plus additional fees if sent for repair. I strictly followed their instructions and now seek a refund, even though the seller claimed no refunds. The printer's prior inactivity with the seller may suggest latent issues. I'm unsure how to proceed for a refund.

Hello, I'm Randolph. I downloaded the eBay iOS app around 12:30 AM on September 11, [redacted]. I registered a new account using my school email address. I bought a mouse pad for $24.99 through PayPal. After the payment, I received an email saying my bid was canceled, even though there was no bid mentioned on the product page. Then, I got another email stating there were security concerns, my eBay account was suspended indefinitely, and I owe money to eBay. I really want the mouse pad, and I trust eBay for the best deal. I'm confused by this transaction and would appreciate an explanation. I hope to either complete the purchase or get a refund of $24.99.

I previously reported not receiving an item I purchased. The seller advised waiting for the item to arrive at the local post office for pickup. The resolution deadline was stated as September 12, [redacted]. Despite no progress in delivery and unanswered messages, the case was closed automatically by eBay on September 11. I need assistance and can provide all relevant information and emails to support my case. The main issue is the lack of functionality in the postal system in my country, forcing me to rely on it instead of a courier service.

I am having trouble managing my watch list on the site. When I try to delete items, they keep reappearing even though I tick the delete box. The page layout is strange as it opens at the bottom with the delete button only at the top. This issue is frustrating as items I watched weeks ago constantly return. I have been a long-time member and have considered closing my account, but I rely on eBay to sell collector dolls houses for charity. I have attempted to reach out to customer service multiple times but have struggled to find the right avenue to address this ongoing problem with the eBay service. I hope posting here can help resolve this issue.

I purchased a wireless tire monitor system (item #[redacted]62) in May [redacted]. However, due to health issues, I was only able to install it on September 5. The system came with 4 tire pressure sensors, but only 3 are working. I received instructions to contact FoFoFov@gmail, and then to reach out to Sunix, the seller (even though I bought it on eBay). Over the last 3 days, I've been unsuccessfully trying to get assistance. I installed the sensors on my RV trailer, which hasn't been moved in several months. The system is faulty as it was received this way. Even though there is a 30-day limit, the system never worked from the beginning. I am looking to have the item replaced or receive a refund. It took 3 to 4 weeks from the order date to receive the item. Please let me know the next steps.

I would like to address an urgent matter regarding a recent transaction on eBay. I sold an iPhone 7 Plus 128GB (item nr. :[redacted]08) that had been used by me for over 2 years without any issues. The phone was in perfect working condition with a standby battery life of over 8 days. However, the buyer, ua_nikif, claimed there was an error with the phone shortly after receiving it. This seems suspicious as the phone worked flawlessly for me for years prior to the sale. Upon investigating further, I discovered similar complaints from other sellers who had interactions with ua_nikif. They accused him of swapping items and engaging in fraudulent activities. Despite these red flags, eBay seemed to side with the buyer, leaving sellers like me at a loss. I urge eBay to take action against ua_nikif to prevent further scams. It is evident from the feedback and comments that this buyer has been conducting such activities for a while. I fear that if the item is returned, it may not be the same or could be replaced with a different item altogether. I plea for eBay to intervene and protect sellers from falling victim to scams like this. Your prompt response and action on this matter are greatly appreciated.

Hello, I came across a car listed for $[redacted] on eBay Motors that caught my interest. We purchased gift cards for the amount and sent the codes to eBay Motors. Unfortunately, we were unaware of an additional $[redacted] payment required. When I contacted the seller to retract our interest, there has been no response. I attempted to check the gift card balance, but it shows as non-existent. Subsequent attempts to verify the balance are being restricted. I am concerned about the status of my funds and seek advice on retrieving them. Please provide assistance promptly. Thank you.

I was mistakenly charged for two USPS Priority Mail shipping labels that I didn't intend to purchase. After realizing the error, I immediately voided the two extra labels and received a refund for only one of them today, which took two weeks. Despite voiding both labels at the same time, only one refund has been processed. Now, my eBay account has been suspended, and I'm unable to access the "shipping labels" tab to provide proof of the void request. This restriction prevents me from accessing crucial information for my taxes. How can I gain access to the necessary details to demonstrate that I requested the void for both labels if eBay continues to block my access to the relevant pages?

Hello, I am inquiring about a parcel that was sent via eBay's shuttle service with UPS. The tracking number for the customer's parcel is 1Z2V7V[redacted]32. The customer claims they have not received the package, but according to UPS, it was delivered to the intended address. I received a response from UPS customer support confirming the delivery. Thank you for any assistance you can provide. Best regards.

I sell items on eBay to earn extra money. Recently, I sold a product, but the buyer turned out to be a scammer. Now, I can't access my listing or account. I'm worried as the scammer has my PayPal details. I'm also having trouble relisting the item due to payment errors. I haven't marked the item as paid, but the system shows it as paid. There's no activity in my PayPal account, but I fear for its security. I need assistance urgently. Can you delete my account for safety reasons?

Less than a year ago, I sold an iPhone X on eBay for $1,[redacted].44 (Item # [redacted]41). eBay indicated the payment was received, so I shipped the item to speed up the funds release. However, the PayPal payment remained Pending. Contacting PayPal confirmed no payment was received. eBay removed the iPhone listing from my account, seemingly to cover up their error. Screenshots of their message are saved. The buyer on eBay, listed as "Sarah Scholz (crosower147)," didn't match the shipping name, which was Cristian Ricardo Sedano. Despite suspicions of scamming, the buyer's account remains active on eBay. My attempts to address this with eBay went unanswered. I am seeking either the funds from the sale or reimbursement for the iPhone X value ($[redacted].43).

I came across a car listing on Letgo and the seller asked me to email them if interested. They informed me that the car would be sold and shipped through eBay's Buyer Protection Program. I found this reassuring as I trusted eBay. Upon receiving an invoice that appeared authentic to me (I am new to eBay), I proceeded with the purchase. Following instructions, I purchased gift cards with cash and shared the photos as requested. The seller assured me that the funds would be held until I received the car. However, after making the payment, I did not receive the promised tracking details. Attempts to reach out to both eBay and the seller have been unsuccessful. The funds from the gift cards seem to have been transferred to an eBay account not associated with mine.

I shipped a package 5 days ago. The buyer contacted me saying they didn't receive it and that it was sent to a different address, not the actual buyer's address. I received an email requesting a shipping address change through eBay's system, and I didn't think much of it. Now the actual buyer is asking for a full refund. I need assistance with this situation. The package was sent via FedEx Ground with tracking number [redacted]76. My eBay user account is rsalamun6147.

I am having issues with a bed I purchased from Bed World. The bed is defective and started sagging after one night of use. I have been trying to resolve this with the company, but they keep making excuses and have failed to collect the bed for a refund. Their communication has been poor, and they even closed the return request without resolving the issue. I feel like they are purposely delaying to go past the refund date. I have been waiting for months for them to collect the bed properly. I am frustrated with their service and feel like they are not taking responsibility for selling substandard items. I hope this can be resolved promptly. Thank you. - Ashley W.

I sent the email on the 20th of August and have been patiently waiting for a resolution. However, my contact details and address have been publicly visible, causing me great concern. I have faced additional fees due to the account type change error, resulting in charges for my listings that should have been free. I was promised a fix within two weeks, but it has not been resolved, and eBay has not responded to my emails. Original Email: I switched my account to a business seller to qualify for a top-rated seller status, not realizing it was for registered businesses. I mainly use my account for personal purchases and would like to revert it to a personal account. I am worried about my personal information being exposed and receiving spam. Additionally, I received an email from the collections team demanding payment for my monthly seller invoice, which I paid four days ago. I hope this issue can be addressed promptly. Thank you, Toni

Hello, I have been trying to return an item to a seller after several failed attempts to make it work as instructed. After much back and forth, I managed to obtain a return address. When I inquired about a refund for the return postage cost of nearly $8, they initially agreed, asking me to provide my PayPal details. However, as I do not have a PayPal account, they later retracted their offer, citing the expiration of the 30-day return policy. I pointed out that I had indeed contacted them multiple times for a return address, which they denied. I have shared proof of our communication and am currently awaiting a response. I hope this clarification helps. Thank you. Best regards

Hello, thank you for your prompt response. I am facing an issue with a different seller named ddsky1688 who seems to be dishonest. A few months back, I purchased 2 wall plugs from them, but they never arrived. After promising to resend them when I complained, the seller failed to follow through despite my patience. I left negative feedback, and the seller then proposed to resend the items if I changed the feedback to positive. Unfortunately, even after doing so, the wall plugs never arrived. I attempted to order 3 more to receive the initial missing 3, but only 3 were sent this time along with a tracking number. This tactic prevents me from making a claim for the missing items. I believe this seller is deceitful and fraudulent. I seek assistance in obtaining a refund due to their deceptive practices. Regards, Jean

Hello, my name is Hristina Vasileva. I bought two beds on eBay on 03.09.[redacted]. While trying to pay for the second bed, the payment didn't go through. We started the process over again, but later discovered we received two confirmation emails and two transactions were deducted from our bank account. We contacted the seller right away to cancel one bed and request a refund as we intended to purchase only one. The seller claims to see only one purchase in their system. I have been trying to reach them by phone and email, providing screenshots of the emails and bank transactions. They have requested my postcode today, but still insist they see only one purchase from my account ID. One bed has been delivered, but parts are missing from the second one, set for delivery on 18.09. The seller is bedbustersuk ([redacted]). We are new to eBay and need help resolving this. Thank you.

Hello, I received multiple emails from PayPal on September 15th regarding a claim made by a buyer dating back to April. Despite the buyer leaving positive feedback confirming receipt of the item in April, PayPal recently ruled in the buyer's favor, resulting in a negative balance in my account. Surprisingly, I only received these notifications today with no prior communication. I find it puzzling that PayPal did not consider the buyer's positive feedback on eBay during their investigation. Within minutes, I received four emails indicating the case opening, case closure, and the buyer being refunded. I have taken screenshots of the positive feedback but am unsure how to submit them as evidence. There is no open case visible in my resolution center. How can I contest this decision? Thank you, Kallis
