I Want the WAY BELOW SUBSTANDARD bed collected And my £*** to be refunded! I ordered a bed from bed world and received it days later with no problems, the same night I found out that the bed was defective and after just one night of sleep it already started sagging in the middle! It was Clearly substandard and they new before they even sent it! *I even sent photos as proof like they asked and they said they never usually have faults or give refunds, but under the circumstances they said they would collect it and refund my money. Please check my emails you’ll see I’m constantly trying to resolve the matter as fast as Possible! but every time they just fob me off with some absolute complete and utter ****!*To be completely honest it’s beyond a dam right insult and a professional scam at that! as they have purposely made excuses saying they will send a van to collect faulty goods when one comes back into the area, surprise surprise this still hasn’t happened and its now * months gone and both deadlines cancelled that I had setup with you guys to try and salvage the situation. I honestly do strongly believe that they had done this purposely to avoid been forced to refund my money by default by the Ebay money back guarantee policy.*I have been Waiting months now for their so called delivery van , *Then I got an email a couple of days ago (on the last deadline day) stating They have tried contacting me to say there would be a van in my area the next day to collect! but guess what?? I took another wasted day off work & waited in for them the whole day & once again for absolute nothing! Know one called the contact number that they had for me like they stated they had!*So they have successfully fobbed me off again and on top have the dam cheek to close the return request themselves claiming it had all been resolved! Believe me it ain’t!!..........If you guys can’t resolve this then I plan on going to training standards and any other higher body’s to get this rectified as bed world or should I say BAD WORLD are blatantly knowingly shipping out substandard goods and then using loopholes in your EBay money back guaranteed system to get around not taking them back and giving a refund like there policy says. I’m not saying it’s your fault I’m just making you aware Of what is going on and hoping you can sort this problem out to stop others falling in the same trap and to also get me my refund & this piece of junk they sent me collected!*I personally don’t think they should be allowed to sell on eBay or anywhere else for that matter if this is the kind of low life stunts there pulling off on working class people.I’m not the only one who has had these types of issues either! There page has a long list of unhappy misled customers who all in one way or another have suffered the same fate!*What I really want to know is what you guys plan on doing about this issue? and what you plan to do with the criminals running this scam off your eBay site?? *It’s really is just so obvious that’s what’s going on that a *yr old Could spot it without even attempting too. But if you don’t want to take my word for it just look at the evidence! My emails to them and their responses plus the stunning reviews from other delighted customers or should I say victims of this scam *If you have any type of morals or sympathy then please please help me out here and stop these criminals from been allowed To continue*I know your strict or allowing the sale of drugs or weapons on eBay due to what they are and what they stand for which I fully respect. On that note tho I hope you extend The same curtsy to cheap and nasty scum l bed world who *Many thanks and kind regards*Ashley Wilbraham**It is now causing me to have health problems as I am sleeping on my floor as I threw my old bed out when I received the new one from bed world, but as was faulty they said to have it packed up and ready for collection.........that was over two months ago now, and I still have the bed packed ready for collection in the stupid huge box it came in. It’s properly in the way of everything And is mega hazardous.* I Should be taking them for compensation then alone a refund after being treated and left With these kind of living conditions.**I been a loyal customer for ** years with no negative feedback from * single person! This is the first company that I have ever had real serious problems with on eBay**I want the knockoff bed they dumped on me collected and removed from my property. In a proper business manner and time. NOT BEEN CONSTANTLY TAKEN THE P*SS OUT OF BY BEEN TOLD that they’ll get in touch whenever there is a van in the area. *So BASICALLY I have no bed to sleep on as it was a cheap knockoff and pretty much completely unusable*I cant buy another bed either until I get my refund and get this sorry peace of junk out my way and removed completely , as I only have a very small two bedroom flat *And don’t want this massive useless box taking up anymore of my time or space than it already has!**I have tried calling the helpdesk on the number they provided to find it just rings out or you get told the same ****! It with dispatch and they can’t give a time or date On delivery as they will have to wait for a few more Orders*returns from my area otherwise it’s not worth sending out there collection van apparently!! Unacceptable and what is also unacceptable is that they said they will call the day before collection which could be any day of any week without warning, I also work nights and sometimes I’m out of the area for a few days, so I need a proper set pickup date & time. It’s funny how they manage to do it all correctly on delivery after taking people’s money , but then can’t seem to follow there own rules and standards when it comes to returns and collecting and refunding money due to there faulty junk. This return policy doesn’t say anywhere that You have to wait months for a van to arrive before you can get your faulty bed returned and refunded.... this isn’t stated anywhere as if It was no bugger would buy it
