Return a below substandard bed I received ... I Want the bed collected And my money to be refunded! I ordered a bed from bed world and received it days later with no problems, the same night I found out that the bed was defective and after just one night of sleep it already started sagging in the middle! It was Clearly substandard and they new it I even sent them the photos they asked for as proof and they said they never usually have faults but would collect and refund, If you check my emails you’ll see I’m constantly trying to resolve the matter as fast as I can! but they just constantly fobed me off with complete and utter unacceptable excuses!, *To be completely honest I really do find it dam right insulting, as they have purposely made excuses to drag it on past your money back guarantee date!*I have been Waiting months now for their so called delivery van to be in the area, *Then I get an email stating They have tried contacting me as there is a van in my area next day, but guess what no one called my contact number like it claimed they had and I waited in the whole day once again only to know what I already suspected! That they fobbed me off again and then have the dam cheek to close the return request with you guys & claim it had all been sorted out! Believe me it ain’t , If you guys can’t resolve this then I plan on going to training standards and any other higher body to get this rectified as bad world are blatantly shipping out substandard items and then using loopholes in your system to get away with not Returning or refunding. I’m not saying it’s your fault I’m just making you aware Of what is going on and hoping you can sort this problem out and get me my refund & this piece of junk they sent me collected!*I personally don’t think they should be allowed to sell on eBay this is the kind of low life stunts there pulling off. It is now causing me to have health problems as I am sleeping on my floor as I threw my old bed out when I received the new one from bed world, but as was faulty they said to have it packed up and ready for collection.........that was over two months ago now, and I still have the bed packed ready for collection in the stupid huge box it came in. It’s properly in the way of everything And is mega hazardous.* I Should be taking them for compensation then alone a refund after being treated and left With these kind of living conditions.
I want the knockoff bed they dumped on me collected and removed from my property. In a proper business manner and time. NOT BEEN CONSTANTLY TAKEN THE P*SS OUT OF BY BEEN TOLD that they’ll get in touch whenever there is a van in the area. *So BASICALLY I have no bed to sleep on as it was a cheap knockoff and pretty much completely unusable*I cant buy another bed either until I get my refund and get this sorry peace of junk out my way and removed completely , as I only have a very small two bedroom flat *And don’t want this massive useless box taking up anymore of my time or space than it already has!
I been a loyal customer for ** years with no negative feedback from * single person! This is the first company that I have ever had real serious problems with on eBay
I have tried calling the helpdesk on the number they provided to find it just rings out or you get told the same ****! It with dispatch and they can’t give a time or date On delivery as they will have to wait for a few more Orders*returns from my area otherwise it’s not worth sending out there collection van apparently!! Unacceptable and what is also unacceptable is that they said they will call the day before collection which could be any day of any week without warning, I also work nights and sometimes I’m out of the area for a few days, so I need a proper set pickup date & time. It’s funny how they manage to do it all correctly on delivery after taking people’s money , but then can’t seem to follow there own rules and standards when it comes to returns and collecting and refunding money due to there faulty junk. This return policy doesn’t say anywhere that You have to wait months for a van to arrive before you can get your faulty bed returned and refunded.... this isn’t stated anywhere as if It was no bugger would buy it
