Dear team,**I really need your help on this!**I bought a Casio watch item: Casio CMD-**D Rare Wrist Remote Control & Calculator Steel Digital Watch CMD-** ( ************ ) couple of weeks ago, tracking (CY*********AU) and I have finally received it today.**Unfortunately, the received item is not “New with tags” as claimed & posted by the seller...**The watch is used, it has visible scratches on, and it has no tags... I can’t accept the item, I requested for a full refund.**The seller hasn't been as cooperative at the beginning until I insisted on the fact that I can't accept an item unless it does match the posted condition.**I'm in Dubai UAE - and the seller is in Sydney Australia, however, now and since the seller has finally accepted to refund me upon receiving the item back in Sydney, I'd like to know who is to supposed to cover the cost of the return along with the custom charges I had to pay here when I received it today? **Thanks for your very soonest reply.**Amer Alyo
