Hello, I am seeking assistance regarding an issue with a throttle valve for a Volkswagen Golf purchased on eBay (item number [redacted]38) on June 2, [redacted]. After installing the item, the car did not start due to the new throttle valve being stuck closed, causing an intake problem in the engine. Connectingrodplanet requested positive feedback upon sending a replacement, which I complied with. However, the replacement unit did not work due to an electrical issue, as indicated by the ECU showing a throttle valve problem code. Despite providing a video of the issue to the email address provided by Connectingrodplanet ([redacted]), there has been no response after multiple attempts to contact them. I am reaching out for help as previously promised assistance has not been provided. I have retained all communication with Connectingrodplanet and would appreciate a resolution to this problem, which has caused significant time and financial losses. Thank you, Russell.

I purchased 4 Sub C Ni-MH Rechargeable Batteries from seller cyber-kiss. The batteries did not arrive on time, and after waiting an extra 2 weeks as agreed with the seller, they still did not show up. I informed the seller that if the batteries did not arrive, I would need a refund. Four weeks have passed, and the batteries are still missing, and the seller has not responded to my requests for a replacement or refund. Despite reaching out twice, I have not received a response. When attempting to seek help through the help center, I received a message stating that my request is closed. I need assistance with this issue.

I ordered two different items from two different sellers based in the UK and used PayPal for payment. I was not given the option to choose the shipping method and was forced to utilize the eBay Global Shipping Program. However, I never received the items. Upon attempting to track them, I received emails stating that international delivery service was not available for both items. When tracking, I keep getting the message "the item will be delivered today" for over a month now. It is past the deadline to open a case, yet I haven't received my paid-for items. I have contacted both sellers, who directed me to eBay for international tracking details. I am feeling frustrated and dissatisfied with the lack of resolution and support from eBay in this matter.

Buyer Greece50 has been refunded, and the case has been closed. I have requested the cancellation of this invoice for the transaction. Furthermore, I spoke to a supervisor yesterday who assured me they would resolve the issue. I recently bought a pair of Skecher Shape Up sneakers advertised as new. Upon receiving them, I noticed significant damage to the sides near the soles with the material disintegrating and exposing the foam rubber underneath. Despite contacting the seller with photos of the issue, they are refusing to provide a refund. The condition of the sneakers suggests long-term heat damage, which I find hard to believe the seller missed upon inspection. I have relied on Skechers for back problems since [redacted] and never had such severe deterioration in my previous pairs, even after years of use. These sneakers are now unusable, and I am requesting a full refund for the misrepresented product.

I have not received any further communication from eBay since receiving an email on 2/8/[redacted]. Following that email, I contacted eBay on the 10th after not receiving the purchased item or any communication from the seller. The case involved a purchase of "White Vinegar 5l - Pack of 2" from seller ra7yth3onpee80az4 for £9.30. The case number is [redacted] and was opened on 2 Aug [redacted]. Despite the initial notification to the seller, I have not received a resolution or any updates. eBay's message outlined the steps I could take if the seller did not respond, including asking eBay to intervene beginning 10 Aug [redacted]. I am now in the process of seeking further assistance regarding this issue. Thank you.

I recently purchased a phone case on eBay, but the item I received was not as expected. I contacted the seller, who provided a return label on August 6th. I shipped the item back and it was delivered on August 9th via Royal Mail, with tracking number XC[redacted]81GB. Despite this, on August 16th, the seller asked me to return the item again, causing concern. I opened a case with eBay, providing all the details, including the tracking number, but eBay's final decision stated that I needed to return the item before receiving a refund. I am confused about the mix-up between my order with maryaizulstore and the charge from daigames on my PayPal account. Even though I cancelled the order through eBay with maryaizulstore and received confirmation, I still got charged CAD$35.30 by daigames, claimed to be on behalf of carelyna from Singapore. It appears that there was a mix-up in the transaction, as I only intended to order from maryaizulstore and not daigames. The charge from daigames was higher than expected, and I am having difficulty resolving this issue as I am hearing impaired and struggle with phone communication.

I am experiencing a serious issue with seller xo13012. We came to an agreement for a Razer Edge Pro docking station, with the item number [redacted]10. I completed a bank transfer of [redacted] Euros on August 20th as per the request. Upon asking for the shipment details, the seller promptly canceled the transaction without returning my money. Despite numerous attempts to contact him, he has not responded. In case he denies receiving the payment, I have evidence of the transaction and his acknowledgment of it. I filed a case number [redacted] for an undelivered item I purchased. I received an email from eBay stating, "We are sorry that you have not received the purchased item. Your request is open, and we have asked the seller to respond and resolve the issue by August 16, [redacted]. If you do not receive a response from the seller or find no solution, you can involve eBay from August 16, [redacted]. To do this, go from this email to the details of the request or to My eBay to your purchase overview. We will then review your case and usually make a decision within 48 hours." I agreed to pay $[redacted] in ebay gift cards as part of our deal for you to ship me the car. I have upheld my end by paying as required. However, you failed to mention an extra charge. It was your duty to notify me of this cost beforehand. This information should have been included in the invoice, but it was not. As a result, there is now a delay in receiving the car I paid for in full. I have fulfilled my obligations per our agreement and expect the same from you. Please rectify this situation promptly.

Hello, my name is Preston Gordon. I am experiencing an issue with my purchase from ShoppingNewFrog. I recently bought a new graphics card from them, but the software provided does not work. They sent me a copy of the software rather than the original one that should have come with the graphics card. Despite my requests, they are unwilling to provide the original software. I recently received an eBay purchase that was described as a Seller refurbished laptop model HP EliteBook [redacted] with Windows 10 and a one-year warranty. However, upon receipt, the laptop was Dead On Arrival (D.O.A.) with no signs of life and unable to boot. I have attempted to use two compatible HP devices to troubleshoot to no avail. I am requesting a full refund, including return postage, as soon as possible. I purchased a Michael Kors watch with the ID [redacted]76 on August 8th, and it arrived on August 17th. However, upon trying to get it sized, I discovered that the strap is not authentic. Hello, A few days ago, I won an auction on eBay for [redacted] euros from a seller named "bas_sus_lylplii," supposedly located in Germany. We agreed that he would ship the laptop to Croatia from Germany using GLS for 20 euros. After transferring [redacted] euros to his bank account, he admitted via email to being a hacker from Russia who did not actually have the laptop. Despite his apparently perfect feedback on eBay, I have reached out to my bank to reverse the payment and seek a refund. I have provided them with the necessary documentation including proof of payment and fraudulent emails. While they mentioned they would assist on Monday as weekend help is limited, I am concerned about the [redacted] euros at stake.
