Hello, I’m writing to you regarding the DELL **** that I purchased not long. However, not all information about the product was there so I ordered the laptop screen thinking it was touch screen but unfortunately it wasn’t touch screen and therefore didn’t fit. On your auction it said I can return the item within ** days and so I decided to return the item. I packed the screen without destroying the packaging or the product itself. I even sent the product back in its original packaging in which I received it. When sending the package it was sent with a tracking number and securely so I don’t see how the product could have been damaged when being sent. I was supposed to get a reply from you within **h and it has been * days since and nothing has happened. So when can I expect the refund that I am entitled to? *Kind regards Mateusz
