I'm relatively new to EBay, since sometime in May but in that short time I've made over ** purchases and SUCCESSFULLY completed * sales.*My feedback is ***% positive. Every transaction in regards to a sale my customers have received their items AHEAD OF SCHEDULE, often by DAYS! I communicate before and after my items ship. Sounds like just the type of person you want to have as part of the workforce, I say that because technically I am, each time I make a sale eBay gets their **% right? Oh yeah I pay my invoices AHEAD OF SCHEDULE TOO! Often times even before my FUNDS from that same sale are released. Here's my issue out of * sales ($***.** to be exact) the first, second, and third where part of a learning curve. You know the part where FUNDS FROM NEW MEMBERS ARE HELD! Up to ** days or most cases * days after receipt of shipment is confirmed. Here's my kicker my *th and *th sale just recently made the *th for $*.** and the *th for $**.** those two sales my FUNDS were immediately available in my PayPal account EVEN before I uploaded the shipping information, much less * days after receipt of shipment! I thought WOW ok now that I've "GRADUATED" I can really start to increase my profits by the number of sales (since apparently my FUNDS were no longer being HELD) and yesterday I made my largest sale since opening my EBay account.....CONGRATULATIONS right, uh No.....I upload my tracking information and log into my PayPal account in preparation to pay my **% eBay charges of $*.** and low and behold MY FUNDS ARE BEING HELD YET AGAIN!? WTF!! WHICH IS IT PEOPLE (NO NEED TO ANSWER THAT WAS A RHETORICAL QUESTION) I call customer service or have them "CALL ME BACK" and the representative who just so happens to be one of your ACCOUNT SPECIALIST says well she doesn't really know why some funds aren't held, if she had to guess it's because the amount of my sale significantly increased from the $**-$** range up to $**!? AGAIN WTF!? I WORK HARD TO MAKE MORE MONEY FOR MYSELF AS WELL AS THE COMPANY AND INSTEAD OF BEING REWARDED I HAVE MY FUNDS HELD! This wouldn't be such an issue but look at my account it goes from sales *,*, and * FUNDS HELD, to sales * and * immediately available, back to sale * FUNDS HELD!? YOU CAN'T HAVE IT BOTH WAYS! Customer service*support what an absolute absurd joke, just double talk and people who know less about policy than I do.
