If you are having issues with your Ebay order that was already placed click https://resolutioncenter.ebay.com/il/en-us/. From there, you should be able to report the issue to Ebay using their forms.

This is frustrating because I am new to eBay, I didn't know about the fees associated with selling on eBay, and I don't have access to a phone because I am in the middle of switching phone carriers.*I simply cannot afford to pay $** for the "service" that eBay provides when it is simply a platform that brings people into contact with one another. Facebook does this for free. A **% fee is unbelievably unreasonable. To top it off, this website is very difficult to maneuver, so this whole situation could have been avoided had it been easier to find specific pages in eBay. Instead, I ended up getting lost in the "rabbitholes" of this site.
I need the listing taken off the site, the order to be cancelled, and the fee to be waived since I am not even selling it here. Then I will cancel my account and not have to worry about this happening again.
I am a brand new eBay user. This is an incredibly bad first impression for eBay. If all of this were to be amended, I would be happy to say that eBay has great customer service and I would continue using this site more knowledgably (lesson learned).
I have initiated a cancellation with the buyer (who has not paid yet), but they have not responded yet. I have also tried to find a way to take down the listing because more people are contacting me about the item, but cannot figure out a way to do this.*I am hoping that when this transaction is cancelled, the $** fee will be retracted as well.
