I've sent a request to have a refund and also let you guys know about the past two recent orders I've done have been non authentic products, one of the orders seller says they have a certified letter from their supplier, but and the other has not responded for a while now. However Smok (the company of the coils) has a authentic checker for their products and it comes back as non authentic and not to use nor buy because they're not made by Smok. I have had this issue before previously with my last coil order and I got refunded and they also took the product off. Smok takes non authentic products of theirs very seriously, so I also reported the issue to them. I'd really like a refund if possible because I'm not going to use these coils I tried one of eat box and one doesn't work and the other takes like pure cotton which isn't normal. Non authentic products like these can also be dangerous due to not knowing the quality of the materials in said coil.
