I purchased a walking stick about three weeks ago, and the rubber foot split open shortly after minimal use, exposing the metal. I contacted the seller twice without a timely response. When they finally replied, they claimed that since I used the stick, they wouldn't take any action. I expressed my dissatisfaction with their response, as the rubber foot should not have split so quickly, and they cited eBay's return policy, refusing a refund or replacement. The rubber defect renders the stick unusable, making the product unfit for its purpose. I believe the seller's response was unsupportive and unfair, and I am seeking help to resolve this issue through eBay's intervention.

Need Assistance! I recently bought two items from seller kodache-0, but suspect I might not receive them due to someone offering a higher bid after I purchased the items on BUY-IT-NOW! The item IDs are [redacted]87, Suntory Discover Nagasaki Unzen Amakusa Park, and [redacted]32, Suntory Discover Hokkaido Shiretoko Park. Additionally, my friend R.J. (british10ozcans on eBay) had a similar issue with an item (ID: [redacted]10). I kindly request monitoring of these three purchases and an email warning to eBay member kodache-0 to fulfill their obligations; otherwise, they risk being removed from eBay. I noticed the status changed from "PAID" on both items initially but is now only showing on one. Looking forward to your response! Please also send a copy to My Messages on eBay (to sbh.61) as I'm away and unable to check my email for over a week. Thank you, STIG (sbh.61 on eBay)

Hello, I had several listings on eBay that were receiving bids when I received notification from PayPal that my account was restricted due to not using my full name. They advised me to open a new account. However, eBay wouldn't let me update payment information on these listings. Now, I have interested buyers who are unable to pay. After researching on the forums, I found that I can invoice buyers from my new PayPal account without breaking any eBay rules. The challenge now is how to obtain the buyers' email addresses to do this. eBay prohibits the exchange of email addresses, leaving me and my buyers stuck. I would appreciate any assistance with this issue. Thank you, Steve.

I am experiencing issues with eBay's checkout process. Despite selecting my bank account as the preferred payment method, the system keeps insisting on using my backup credit card instead. I have successfully used my bank account for a purchase on July 27, [redacted], even when my PayPal balance was zero. However, the current problem is affecting my credit card account and I need to address this before proceeding with any more purchases. The error message I keep receiving is "Unfortunately, we can't process your payment. Here are your options:", with my credit card being automatically selected over my bank account.

I have not received a response from the user named dankymall regarding my order placed on March 2 with the previous user: guan0512-crhgcrzw42. The product I purchased is article [redacted]54. The package was lost, then resent, but it still has not arrived. I previously emailed them with the same issue. On June 1st, they mentioned the shipping time is usually 30-45 working days and provided tracking number P[redacted]77. However, when checking with the shipping company, the user status is still pending. It has been 5 months, and I am now requesting a reimbursement.

I believe I have been a victim of a fraudulent transaction. I have returned the item to the seller at my own expense. The original order was for a size 06, but instead, I received another size 05. Despite providing evidence of the return postage, the seller refused to issue a return label. The product in question is the Ladies Full Ribbed Briefs in assorted pastel colors with sizes WMS-6XOS. My feedback score is at 99.8%. The underwear size should have been XXXXOS for 56-58 inch hips. I have incurred costs of £2.79 for return postage to Royal Mail UK and £4.99 for the wrong item sent. The seller is claiming not to have received the return. I am willing to provide copies of the Postal Receipt and proof of the incorrect item if necessary. Is there any chance of obtaining a refund for this situation?

I believe I have been a victim of unfair treatment when I returned an item to the seller at my own expense. Despite sending a copy of the Royal Mail Return Postal Receipt, the seller failed to rectify the mistake in sending the wrong-sized item twice. I ordered a size 06, but received a size 05 instead. The product in question is the Ladies Full Ribbed Briefs, a pack of 3 assorted pastel colors in sizes WMS-6XOS (Item number: [redacted]41). The seller, apronman[redacted]6, boasts a feedback percentage of 99.8% and the underwear size I needed is XXXXOS for 56-58 inch hips. I incurred losses amounting to £2.79 for return postage with Royal Mail UK and an additional £4.99 for the incorrect item sent. Regrettably, the seller is disputing the receipt of the return. I am prepared to provide copies of the Postal Receipt and evidence of the incorrect item received. Is there any chance I could receive a refund? An email response would be greatly appreciated.

Hello, I purchased a fan on July 2nd for £10.99, but it arrived broken. I contacted the seller right away, sending photos. They promised to send a "return pack," but it never arrived. Eventually, I bought the same fan again from them for £13.99, as I urgently needed it during the heat wave. Despite multiple reminders, I never received the return pack they promised. I'm still waiting for it. I've asked for a refund of £13.99, the cost of the second fan I purchased due to the first one being faulty. I've tried communicating with the seller multiple times but haven't had any success. This situation has been frustrating, and I hope for assistance in resolving it. Thank you, Bev G.

I was approved for a return of an iPhone on 7/18/18. I promptly shipped it back using the original label provided, realizing later that there was a different label issued. The tracking confirmed the seller, Reilly, received the phone on 7/24/[redacted]. After reaching out, Matt from PMG, who was on vacation, later confirmed the phone was located. Despite some issues, it was eventually removed from my Apple account. However, on 8/02/18, eBay messaged me that the return was closed due to lack of notification from the seller. Unfortunately, my attempts to contact Matt from PMG for an update have gone unanswered. While I've been patient, my patience is wearing thin. I seek guidance on the next steps to take. Thank you.

I purchased a lot of 20 empty retail boxes for iPhone 6+ in rose gold, not fully understanding the listing. Despite requesting a refund from the seller after paying $[redacted], my request was denied. When seeking eBay's assistance, they mentioned they would step in if the refund was not issued by the seller. It has now been five months, and neither eBay nor the seller has refunded me. The items were returned, but I am still out of pocket. I have a PayPal account linked to my profile, where the transaction details are visible. Being 17, turning 18 soon, I am eager to have my money returned promptly.

Hello, I hope all is well. Name: Bellel Safieddine Email: [redacted] eBay Username: safibellel I have recently opened a business account on eBay to start selling. However, I am facing an issue with my Seller Hub. The Seller level forecast is always unavailable, and I do not see any of my listings. Whenever I try to list a product, I receive the following message: "Request higher selling limits. We're unable to increase your selling limits right now. However, we'll review your account periodically and may automatically grant a limits increase based on your selling performance." I am willing to provide proof of identification and address for identity verification. I have attempted to call for assistance, but have been unable to reach anyone. I would appreciate any help in resolving this matter and obtaining a starting seller level so I can begin selling. Thank you.

My eBay account is ol4baby. On August 2, Olibusiness requested a refund for item #[redacted]19. I responded on August 3 to negotiate. After some back and forth, we agreed on August 6 that I would refund $30.00 and they could keep the item. I'm currently waiting on Olibusiness to provide their PayPal account information for the refund. Unexpectedly, on August 7, eBay informed me that they had issued a shipping label because I hadn't responded before August 6. I want to clarify that the label won't be used as we've already settled on a refund directly. Please ensure that I'm not charged for the unnecessary return label. I would appreciate it if you could double-check this information with Olibusiness. Thank you, and I hope to hear from you soon.

I placed an order for Nic Nacs peanuts 8 hours ago. I contacted the seller 2 hours ago upon waking up, but the response hasn't been sent yet. I am confused as the item was listed for 39 euros without mentioning shipping costs and indicated worldwide shipping. I intended to purchase it, but when I proceeded to buy, it directed me to contact the seller about shipping. I am keen on buying from eBay, but the process seems different. Unlike other platforms, I prefer to have all details before pressing the buy button. However, on eBay, it seems I need to contact the seller first. The seller mentioned an additional 65 euros for shipping, which seems excessive as it exceeds the product cost. I wish the process was simpler like other platforms where I can see everything clearly before confirming. I tried to reach out to the seller, but I am still uncertain about what to do. I appreciate any assistance in understanding how to navigate eBay effectively as it confuses me. Thank you, eBay.

I am trying to return a purchase of truck mirrors. My zip code is [redacted]. On August 6, I received instructions to print the return label, but encountered an issue when the printing process got stuck at around 15% without progressing further. I tried printing on my laptop and even at a public library with the same result. My son-in-law, an experienced eBay user, also attempted to print the label without success using his work computer. The seller offered a $12 price reduction today, but I do not want these mirrors as they lack integral turn signals. The deadline for the return is August 13, which is inconvenient for me as I will be out of town from August 13 to September 10. I have tried contacting eBay for assistance but have been unable to get through to their staff, experiencing disconnections or long wait times.

Regarding Transaction ref: [redacted]21. I would like to address the misinformation provided by the seller regarding the cancellation of the transaction. The seller mistakenly claimed I initiated the cancellation when, in reality, they altered the selling price within eBay communication. I declined the price increase, leading to the cancellation. I am frustrated by the seller's actions and their attempt to manipulate the situation in their favor. I believe the cancellation reason should reflect the seller's price adjustment. Furthermore, I expect the seller to acknowledge my timely completion of the transaction by refraining from leaving negative feedback, as the main issue stemmed from their unjust price increase.

The seller changed the price after we completed the "buy now" transaction, raising it to more than double the original price. Given this, I chose to cancel the purchase. However, the seller is now misrepresenting the situation as a "buyer cancellation," when it was actually due to the price increase. How can I address this with eBay? While it may seem minor, being marked as the one who initiated the cancellation prevents me from providing truthful feedback. In contrast, the seller can freely leave feedback, potentially impacting my ratings.

I am uncertain about the recent events on my eBay account. While browsing today, I noticed discrepancies in the delivery details. An address from Russia has been added to my account as the primary one, with the country region changed accordingly. Although no money has been withdrawn, I suspect a breach and wish to reset my password. I usually have no funds in my linked PayPal account. If possible, I would appreciate guidance on reinforcing my account security. I've received alerts from eBay about suspicious activities previously but lacked tangible evidence until now. I have rectified the address issue and restored the correct country region. I took a screenshot for documentation purposes. I believe this incident would be logged on your end, but I can provide the evidence if needed via email. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Best regards, Ceri Morris

Hello, I recently purchased a textbook hastily, only to regret it immediately. I tried to cancel the order within minutes by emailing the seller, but they proceeded to ship the textbook disregarding my request. After multiple attempts to communicate, I was denied a return based on the digital format sent to my email. I can prove that I have not accessed the material. I clearly expressed my wish to cancel the order just three minutes after placing it, as evidenced by the timestamp on my message. I am seeking a refund for this unfair situation. If not resolved, I will reconsider using eBay in the future. I am a financially strained student who cannot effectively study from a PDF nor afford printing a [redacted]-page textbook. Your assistance in this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
