I purchased coconut oil from Germany on eBay.de from the eBay seller reformhaus_shop. Initially, everything seemed alright until I checked the tracking number and saw that my package was supposedly in Frankfurt for delivery to Spain. My PayPal address is in Croatia, so this discrepancy was confusing. I paid for delivery to Croatia, not Spain, as clearly stated on eBay.de. I have tried to contact the seller regarding this issue, but have not received a response yet. The tracking information shows that the item is in transit, but when checking on DHL.de, it indicates that the package is in Spain. I believe that German Post DHL should be informed about this mistake, and the seller should rectify the situation. The current tracking status is as follows: Shipment number: RE[redacted]68DE Item status: It was not possible to reach the recipient; the item was scanned. The item is either being delivered in Spain or being held for pick-up.

I purchased a display for my HP X360 13-400dx laptop (ID [redacted]29) which turned out to be non-original with low pixel density and an additional frame around the screen. After paying for installation, I discovered these issues and a yellow spot on the screen. The seller did not disclose these details before the sale. Now, the seller is unresponsive after offering to take back the screen, leaving me to incur additional costs to reinstall the original display. I explained that I only realized these problems after installation, but the seller has stopped communicating.

Item Number: [redacted] I recently sold a vintage vinyl Beatles album that was in excellent condition, carefully packaged. The buyer has claimed it arrived with sellotape on the cover and a crease, wanting a refund and to return it. I take pride in my [redacted]% feedback and describe items accurately. The buyer opened a case on eBay, and although I haven't responded, I don't believe I did anything wrong. I purchased a sneaker from an eBay seller who claimed it was authentic or offered double money back. However, upon receiving it on August 18th, I discovered it was fake by comparing it on a website that differentiates between real and fake sneakers. Additionally, the item did not come with the original box and seemed to be worn, not brand new. The seller, who was initially responsive and friendly, now seems to be avoiding my messages after admitting the sneaker was indeed fake but refused to honor the refund policy. I purchased a beauty blender on eBay, but unfortunately, it turned out to be a fake when I received it. After carefully reviewing the listing and reviews, I noticed that the pictures did show fake beauty blenders. I decided to return the item, but when I tried to print the return label, I could only email it. I sent the beauty blender back and received an email from eBay stating that I must return it by September 5 to get a refund. However, when I went to mark the package as shipped, I encountered an error with the tracking number already being in eBay's system. I am unsure if I should wait for the seller to receive the item before September 5 or if I should provide the tracking number to the seller for verification. This is my first time returning an item on eBay, so I am unsure of the correct process to follow.

I purchased this product for $51.34 including shipping, but it doesn't match the description. The listing stated a diameter of 19/18 cm, but it's actually 17 cm which is crucial for me as a basketball coach. I feel like I've been deceived. The seller is insisting I return the item but that would cost me an extra $40 and more time, which I can't afford. I've already given the ball to a local kindergarten, so returning it is not possible. I've had to buy a replacement product at a higher price while waiting for this one. My bicycle was stolen in Peckham, London on August 26, [redacted]. Since then, I have been monitoring Ebay for any leads. On August 30, [redacted], a bike matching my stolen one was listed in Bristol for [redacted] pounds. The listing was removed the next day on August 31, [redacted], at 10:50:08 BST, without contact details. The bike for sale, a Genesis Croix de Fer 10 [redacted] Olive Green, had generic internet photos, with a description that mentioned [redacted] pounds worth of accessories, including a rack, 2 water-bottle cages, silver clip-in pedals, and mudguards, similar to my stolen bike. I am worried this could be my stolen bicycle. I have already reported the theft with reference number [redacted]/18. Any guidance on the next steps to resolve this would be greatly appreciated. I have been struggling to print a label for a Ralph Lauren shirt I sold since this morning, August 31, [redacted]. I've tried using three different browsers, cleared all cookies, and attempted various solutions, but I am still unable to print the label. The PayPal system is refusing to process the funds, displaying the message: "We're having trouble printing your label." "Please print your label again. If your label still doesn't print, please try again later." Even after attempting to pay with both my credit card and bank account, I have had no success. I have been waiting on hold with eBay for the past three hours. I am very frustrated as this has never happened to me with any other company. It feels like there is a lack of customer service at eBay. I hope this issue can be resolved promptly.

I am still waiting for a full refund for an order I made and paid for with my Visa Debit card on August 9th, 09/08/18. The order was for an Acplay ATX027 DC Batman Catwoman [redacted] Selina Kyle Action Figure, item #[redacted]84, priced at £[redacted].99. The seller notified me on the 17th that the item was no longer available due to an issue. I immediately requested a refund. It took 8 days until the seller cancelled the order on the 25th. As of today, September 2nd, I have not received my refund back to my card, and the resolution center is not providing clear information. I am stuck in a loop of generic responses, unable to get any specific details. I am seeking clarity on the refund process, the timeline for receiving it, the method of refund (preferably back to my bank account), and I would appreciate more personalized assistance to resolve this matter promptly.

Dear Ebay, I would like to file a complaint against a seller by the name of molinari_sports. On August 13th, I made a purchase from this seller. After noticing that the item had not been shipped, I reached out twice for clarification. The seller only responded to the second message on August 26th, claiming the item had been shipped but was not updated on Ebay. Finally, on September 1st, I received notification that the item was shipped, indicating that the seller may have been dishonest in their previous communication. When I addressed this issue with the seller and expressed my intention to leave a negative review, they responded rudely and unprofessionally, disregarding common customer service standards. Having been an Ebay user for many years, I have never encountered such unprofessional behavior from a seller. I am bringing this complaint to your attention to highlight the poor customer service provided by this seller, which contrasts with the usual high standards on Ebay. I purchased a tablet that arrived broken. The seller agreed to send a replacement, but it never arrived. They promised a refund after 55 days if the second item didn't show up, but no refund was issued. After involving PayPal, they agreed to pay 50% of the purchase price to return the item to China. Hello, I need assistance. I was reported by an eBay seller named 2010mandy1 because I requested photos of tan brogue shoes in a size 5 being worn. I wanted to visualize how they look when worn to determine if they suit me. I specifically asked for front and side photos to see the details better. The seller mentioned the photos were already on the site but I needed to see them being worn. Sadly, there was a misunderstanding, and now I feel compelled to close my account due to this issue.

I received a notification that an item I recently purchased was removed from listings due to a potential fraudulent seller. Despite paying for the item, it will not be delivered. I am requesting a charge reversal from PayPal for item number [redacted]55 purchased on 9-1-[redacted]. eBay concluded it was a fraudulent listing and refused to refund me. Consequently, I had to contact my credit card company to request a refund. PayPal also denied my refund, leaving me with no resolution as the scammer did not receive any funds. It seems eBay and PayPal's buyer protection claims are unreliable.

Given that the item is valuable, I am concerned about shipping it internationally and navigating customs procedures. Hello, I need your help regarding a damaged item that the seller claims they do not accept returns for. The item arrived damaged, and it is evident as I have not removed the bubble wrap and can see tiny pieces indicating damage. I believe the item was damaged during shipment because the seller did not pack it in a box but rather in a soft yellow envelope, leading to it breaking upon delivery due to handling issues in my area. I apologize for the delayed response; I wasn't able to contact you sooner about this matter. Since the seller refuses returns and the item is broken, I would like a refund for what I paid. It's disappointing that more care wasn't taken to properly package and protect the item. Bubble wrap and a soft envelope were insufficient to prevent breakage.

I am inquiring about who is responsible for covering the shipping costs for the return of a missing or not as described item. In a previous email exchange, I was informed by Gilda from eBay customer support that I need to print and use the label provided by the seller, then bring the package to the post office for shipment. Once the item is marked as shipped in the return details, I should ensure it is sent back by September 11, [redacted]. In case the seller does not issue a refund within 3 business days of receiving the return, I can notify eBay to assist in the refund process on the seller's behalf.
