Last night, I attempted to purchase a Lenovo adapter and was informed that my account had reached the buying limit and needed verification. Frustrated, I tried again but encountered the same issue. Unwilling to go through the verification process, I abandoned the purchase. Assuming the transactions didn't go through, I bought the adapter from a different website. To my surprise, I discovered today that two adapters were dispatched. It's bewildering how eBay prevented me from buying due to account limits but allowed the transaction to proceed unnoticed. This situation is unacceptable and has led to unnecessary expenses. I seek a satisfactory explanation for this troubling issue.

I purchased an item on eBay which was supposed to be delivered on the 29th of June. According to the eBay tracking information, it shows that it was delivered, but I was home the whole time, and nothing was delivered to me or my neighbors. I did not receive any delivery card either. I opened a refund case, but eBay closed it in favor of the seller since their tracking shows the item was delivered. I can prove that neither my signature nor my neighbors' signatures are on the delivery receipt. Only the delivery person knows where they left my parcel. I was on holiday, which I had booked months in advance, and I contacted the seller and eBay three weeks later. I have searched all the houses on my street trying to locate the parcel. I am unable to get a refund from Royal Mail as I don't have a receipt, which the seller should have provided. It seems there is no buyer protection, as they did not inquire about the situation. The customer service was unhelpful, acting as if they had no knowledge of the issue when I called. This experience has made me decide not to purchase from eBay again due to their poor customer service and apparent lack of buyer protection.

I placed an order for a pair of men's Filia sneakers and ladies Filia sneakers on July 31st. During the checkout process on eBay, the order went through without allowing me to review my information. I was expecting a confirmation email that never arrived. Despite updating my email address on my eBay account and receiving daily emails from eBay, they claim to have sent the confirmation to my old email address linked to a school system I no longer work for. I purchased 4 magnets, 66kg each, from Fromhk999 around 5 months ago, possibly longer ago since time has passed. After paying for the magnets on the same day I bought them, they never arrived. I reached out to the seller after more than two months, and they said there was a problem with the package. They assured me they would resend the order. However, another 3 months have gone by, and I still haven't received anything. Now, I no longer want the magnets; I would rather have a refund. Even though it's not a substantial amount, I feel frustrated because I paid for something I never received. I ordered two sets of power tool batteries from best2shop15. The estimated delivery was between July 18 and July 31, but after a week of no updates, I contacted the seller. Seller indicated the package was untraceable once shipped. Upon following up a week later, I was informed the item had not been shipped due to a missing shipping label. They offered to resend it, with an additional 13-day wait time or provide a refund. I requested expedited shipping, but the seller opted for a refund which would take a few days via PayPal. The inconsistencies in the item's shipping status and the seller's history of undelivered items are concerning. Despite the pending refund, I'm disappointed with the experience and believe eBay should investigate the seller's reliability based on their track record.

eBay and PayPal are causing major issues with my business transactions. I've been attempting to resolve a $2.15 negative balance created by them for several days now, but they are not allowing me to access my account or make the payment. I am unable to transfer any money to correct their mistake. Despite hours spent on the phone every day for the past four days, no resolution has been achieved. This situation is preventing me from paying for shipping on items that have already been purchased. It's extremely frustrating as I rely on this platform for my livelihood. Their actions are unfair and are keeping me from accessing my funds, negatively impacting my ability to support myself.

On July 17, [redacted], I purchased a Delonghi Esam [redacted] Display Repair part on eBay with item number [redacted]80. After payment, I was informed by the seller, reparaturservice-hamburg, that due to vacations, my item wouldn't be available until August 2, [redacted]. This delay disrupted my plans, leading me to cancel the order following eBay's procedure on July 18, [redacted]. Despite contacting the seller multiple times, they have not refunded the full amount of 85 Euros (70 Euros for the goods and 15 Euros for delivery) promised. I recently had my order for a DYSON 13 upright new vacuum cleaner canceled by the seller. They claimed it was due to an incorrect address, even though I confirmed with eBay that my address was correct. I attempted to email the seller but the email bounced back as nonexistent. This experience has made me consider shopping elsewhere to avoid unreliable sellers like this. I recently received a Gucci Disco Bag with a transaction number [redacted]52 and an ID of 8D[redacted]E117302S. On 2/8/[redacted], I paid $[redacted].90 USD plus $52.69 USD for postage using my PayPal account. Upon receiving the item, I noticed that on the seller's post office slip, the declared value was only $18, leading me to suspect that the item is fake. The seller has removed their name from eBay, and my attempts to reach them through emails and phone calls were unsuccessful due to poor customer service. Order #[redacted]53: I left negative feedback for the seller after experiencing communication issues. I repeatedly asked for guidance on receiving my item and for the courier's contact information. The seller claimed the courier couldn't reach my address, despite my efforts to provide it during order placement. When I expressed my continued interest in the item, the seller threatened to report me to eBay. They stated that if I still wanted the item, I would need to pay for redelivery because the courier had returned it. Despite my attempts to address the situation, communication with the seller proved challenging.

I would like to discuss an issue with my recent order, #[redacted]53. I left negative feedback due to difficulties contacting the seller regarding the delivery of my item. Despite providing the correct address to both the seller and the courier, there was a problem with the delivery. The seller mentioned that the courier couldn't locate the address, leading to the item being returned. I listed an item on eBay and had multiple offers. While negotiating with an international buyer for a full-price sale with fixed $20 shipping, I needed to adjust the listing for international shipping. After declining three U.S. offers, the third decline did not process correctly, resulting in an unintended sale generated by eBay. I promptly refunded the payment due to prior commitment. Today, when I relisted the item for the committed buyer with a $20 international shipping rate, eBay charged the buyer $31.50 for shipping and $9 in taxes. Additionally, eBay froze the funds pending shipping information update, without specifying the required changes or notifying me about fund withholding. The buyer received a message about fund hold falsely attributing it to a store closure, causing confusion. This situation is distressing and undermines my credibility as a seller on eBay. The buyer affected by the unintended sale blames me for the issue, though it was not within my control.

I purchased item ID [redacted]47, a tuner for a Duramax Diesel truck. The seller mentioned it needs the program restored and the truck reset to factory settings before it can be used, as each tuner can only have one VIN number. Unfortunately, the seller wasn't willing to help, offering only a $[redacted] discount. I refuse to sell an item that's not functional. The manufacturer can reset the tuner for $[redacted], but considering the total cost, buying a new one seems more logical. I request the seller to either reset it or refund $[redacted], otherwise, I'll return it for a full refund.

Approximately 14 to 15 years ago, I began selling on eBay with a store named Toys and Games for All. I was performing well until my soon-to-be ex-husband took over and renamed it Adult Toys and Novelties without my consent. He altered the account ownership, preventing my access. Despite maintaining over 15,[redacted] positive feedback ratings and always scoring above average, he obscurely informed me of a warning that led to our inability to sell on eBay. This abrupt halt deeply affected me as eBay served as a source of mental stimulation to combat my depression. I have recently listed two items on eBay in the "collectibles" category. My initial listing fees were supposed to be $7 and $12, but I received an invoice for $35, including a surprise $10 advanced listing fee and an additional $6 on top of what was originally quoted. I tried to reach out to customer support for help but was hung up on twice and faced long wait times. I am frustrated with this experience and refuse to pay these unexpected charges. I am so disappointed in eBay that I will not be selling or buying anything on the platform in the future. It was difficult to even find this email address for feedback as it is not readily available on the customer service page.

I bought a tan padded long center console armrest lid for a 92-96 Toyota Camry. The purchase cost $39.99 with free shipping. The USPS tracking number is [redacted][redacted]53, which indicates delivery by the mail carrier. However, upon arriving home, I couldn't find the package anywhere on my property.
