Hello, I am an eBay member who recently noticed an unauthorized charge of $21.74 on my PayPal account "[redacted]" dated June 16, [redacted], as a preapproved payment. I did not receive any notification regarding this charge. After reviewing my eBay charges, it does not indicate that I owe this amount. I am aware that I owe $1.50, due on the 27th, which I received a notification for. This discrepancy seems to be an error by eBay or PayPal, considering I have only sold items below $11 and have already paid the seller fees. I have temporarily revoked the billing authorization for eBay billing and would appreciate guidance on resolving this issue. Thank you, A. Revuri.

I need to report a seller scam from a seller named tracphonewireless. They have a fake page with fake ratings. I bought a cell phone that was supposed to be unlocked, but it turned out to be locked. I initiated a return before receiving the product, and when it finally arrived, it was not what I ordered - just damaged batteries. The seller wants me to pay the return shipping cost, which I refuse to do. I need help to get my money back from these scammers as my return process is closing soon.

I listed an item on eBay with detailed photos and a description, but the model number was different than what the customer received. eBay automatically added the heading to the ad, and I was unaware that the model number was incorrect. The customer is now requesting the model she originally purchased, but I only have one item for sale from my medical office. She received the item 10 days ago, the payment cleared on July 10, [redacted], and she notified me about the mistake on the same day the funds were released. It's puzzling why she waited this long to inform me. I never included the model number in the post, so eBay might have assumed. This is only my second sale on eBay, and I might not have fully understood everything. The shipping cost me $[redacted], and similar items are listed on eBay for $[redacted].00 to $[redacted].00.

I have attempted to sell various items over the past three to four months, but every sold item is stuck on "awaiting payment." A buyer messaged me claiming they paid, yet the status remains unchanged. I've confirmed that no payments were made to my linked PayPal account. I made a purchase of a Chess Set on June 13, [redacted], from seller rongenius02 with item number [redacted]02. Unfortunately, when I went to check on my order, the listing had been removed without explanation. I have attempted to reach out to the seller multiple times with no response. Strangely, the delivery time was then pushed back by 3 weeks. To my surprise, I found the exact chess set listed by another seller named robb-olso with item number [redacted]16. It appears suspicious that the same product is being sold by a different seller. I am concerned that this may be a scam to extort more money from buyers. I just want to ensure if this seller is legitimate and if there is still hope for me to receive the product I paid for. My priority is receiving the item rather than the refund at this point.

The buyer was billed AUD$33.92 for shipping, while the seller only received 4.50 UK pounds after personally posting the item and paying 11.65 UK pounds. It's essential to rectify this issue promptly for both parties. Pitney Bowes, the freight company involved, has taken the payment without providing the appropriate service. They are expected to reimburse the excess charges to the buyer and compensate the seller accurately. Your attention to this matter is greatly appreciated.

Hello, recently, I faced a ban on eBay and I am seeking to have it lifted since I believe I am not at fault. After being initially unbanned and then rebanned without a clear reason, I encountered difficulties. While using my own PayPal account to sell items, I unexpectedly experienced payment holds. Upon attempting to resolve this via a provided link, I encountered an invalid page, which I assumed was a technical error. Subsequently, I sought to determine the issue by testing a friend's PayPal, only to discover their account was linked to banned activity. Despite my lack of association with such accounts, I was banned. Following a conversation with support where they acknowledged my situation and reinstated my account, I relisted items and was promptly banned once more. I am now reaching out for assistance in regaining access to my account.

I have not received my order for Chanel Black Evening shoes, order number [redacted]24, purchased on June 26, [redacted]. The seller has not sent it and is unresponsive to my messages. Despite claiming to be away on a trip, the seller continues to add items to the site. They requested additional postage, blaming PayPal and accusing me of providing a wrong address (Kentucky, USA). PayPal confirmed my address was correct and shared that this was false information. The seller has a history of blaming PayPal for similar issues based on reviews. I seek help to resolve this situation as I only want the shoes I paid for to gift to my wife. I am extremely upset with eBay. My first order was canceled (ending in [redacted]), and then I chose another desk ending in [redacted], and now I am being told to resend payment. How can I resend payment when it was made with a gift card? I needed the desk for next week, and I regret choosing eBay. I request a refund for my gift cards. If you are selling subpar merchandise, why are you working with these vendors? I am deeply disappointed in eBay; you have let me down when I needed this the most. This situation is unbearable, and I am in tears as I have no desk for next week. I am unsure what to do now. The representative I spoke with was not empathetic towards my issue. Ordering a desk from eBay should not be this complicated. I urgently need a desk.

A few days ago, I received an email from eBay informing me that my eBay account has been suspended. After checking, it appears to be true. I recently purchased computer components such as an SSD and RAM on eBay from a seller called Newegg. I am unsure why my account was blocked in relation to this transaction. I would appreciate assistance in restoring my account, Even though I currently do not have any funds in my eBay account, I value using the platform and aim to maintain a positive business relationship. Kindly advise me on how to address and resolve this issue. I suspect that changing my address to use a promo code may have triggered this action. If adjusting my address back will help, I am willing to do so. If there were any mistakes on my part, I sincerely apologize and would like the opportunity to rectify them. I attempted to contact customer service via phone but being in a different country, I am unable to make an international call. I purchased a Midnight Blue DualShock 4 controller from AntOnline. Unfortunately, it arrived with a defect, prompting me to begin the return process. Initially, AntOnline was hesitant and particular. I decided to sell the controller myself to recoup some funds. Unexpectedly, AntOnline then approved the return after I had already received a bid on my listing. To avoid penalties, I couldn't cancel the listing once it had a bid. The deadline for returning the item to AntOnline was July 13, [redacted], but as of July 15, the return case remains open, causing me to doubt its progress. The winning bidder is delaying payment, despite me opening an Unpaid Item Case. I'm unsure if I will receive any payment even if I win the case. Other bidders did not accept my Second Chance Offers. The issue with the return process to AntOnline is that I may not be able to start a new return if the current one closes. It would be emotionally draining to relist the controller. I lack confidence in the bidder's intention to pay for the item they won. I would appreciate eBay's assistance in restarting the return process with AntOnline if the bidder fails to pay or ensuring I receive the full price from them.

I bought an item on eBay, and after payment, the listing got removed due to seller account issues. I want my $18.99 refunded. Customer service is hard to reach, and I've had two recent issues. A while ago, my eBay account was hacked for a desk purchase. After contacting multiple representatives, I fixed it through PayPal. Now, my recent order was canceled with no refund. The website lacks a contact number and keeps leading me in circles. I've waited on hold for over 30 minutes and feel frustrated. I may cancel eBay soon.
